  1. This episode made most of these folks look like jerks.  Kyle is so plastered 24/7 that it is impacting his relationship and he doesn't even see it.  Yes summer is supposed to be fun but.... there is a vast difference in having a few drinks and being literally falling down drunk all day, every weekend.

I think it was awkward for Stephen to force this topic on camera.   His parents love him and that is very clear but they are not enlightened on his homosexuality as part of him as a person.  It isn't something they are comfortable with and in fairly rural Alabama (Prattville is a suburb of Montgomery) they aren't having as many experiences with people who are not like themselves.  I think they have a long way to go but it is clear they love him.  Hopefully in time they will become enlightened that it is not a choice.  :-(

Everett and Lindsey - just no.  They are the worst together or apart but trying to get together or whatever.  No.

  2. So glad this show is back.  I can't see how it wouldn't change things to bring Grandpa to the present - he wouldn't be doing any of the things he did in the past if he was suddenly disappeared from his oriignal timeline, right?

I was so ready to see Flynn - I was wondering if I missed something about him that was said early in the episode or something.  Thankfully he is back!

Oh my gosh, I didn't even put the two together. Good catch! What a tool she is.

P.S. My husband is the epitome of "manly" in my eyes and he has never skied or snowboarded. But he HAS build an entire vacation cabin for us himself. So take that, Scheana!

But does your vacation house have a binder?  LOL <kidding>

  4. Doormat gate cracks me up.  I could only find business doormat specifications (like how wide based on your door etc) and this was for the mat after you open the door and walk in.... Nothing etiquette or design-wise on doormats otherwise.  It does make good sense to get one proportionate to your home size and doorway entry size.    I've never heard shade over a doormat.... til this week.... Love it....

Lindsey is just sloppy and too aggressive. I bet that guy would have been into her if she wasn't so obvious. As it is, he had to sneak out first thing in the am. Sheesh. And put your weird cleavage away.

Lindsey was pathetic with that guy.  It was so disgusting and embarassing for her that she was soooo into him.   UGH.  And yes that dress/top was doing her no favors at lunch.  ICK.

I am right handed but I guess I am left-foot dominant. I always led with my left leg when doing cartwheels, roundoffs, etc. So my left leg has always been more flexible than my right

I am also right handed but my left leg was always my higher kicking leg and was the first leg I learned splits.  Even now that I am old and not kicking or splitting anything, I can feel my flexibility be much greater in my left leg during exercise and stretching.    I had a high kick back in the day but my lord Holly's is perfection and she makes it look so effortless.  Puts a new meaning to kicking up to your nose!

  7. WOW - lots of discrepancies for those of you in the industry.  I had no idea.  My husband and I enjoyed it -- mostly the suspense parts and the action.  I think it has potential but we love most of the Ryan Murphy shows (didn't like Scream Queens)....

Also I saw some verbiage at the end of the show saying all the scenes came from actual calls that had come into a 911 center.

  8. I wasn't sure where to put this but wanted to share....

I went to see AC2 Live on Friday in Irving, Texas.  We ate at one of the 2 restaurants that area open in the entertainment district where the event was being held.  I was looking around to find the ladies room and the hostess pointed out to my husband and me that "the red headed RHOD was there".   She also told me how to walk to go to the ladies room.  On my way, I spotted Brandi and her husband and another couple.

As luck would have it, as we were walking out of the restaurant and to the venue, so were Brandi and her husband.  We "walked with them" LOL to the venue.  What struck me was how teeny-tiny Brandi is in person.  She was cute in a black shirt with some sort of saying like housewife, _____ ,  _____ (no clue what the other 2 words were) on it and jeans with knee high sparkly silver boots.  Her husband was not all that tall either but both were more attractive in person than on camera.   We didn't say anything to them nor they to us and when we got to the venue, they were turned away from the entrance we went into (assuming they were sent to will-call whereas we had tickets) and we did not see them again.

I did not see any other housewives or househusbands though supposedly they were all there - to include D'Andra's mother.  There is a picture of all of them on twitter on the AC2Live feed.  The show was great!

  9. I definitely think the fuse box was a foreshadow to the housefire.  Or a red herring.  Definitely one of those!  haha

Hopefully this is Kevin's rock bottom and he can recover...

Good episode -- loved the William flashbacks within the flashback.

  10. Just recently finished this series and have many of the same questions a y’all have here.

However, one I haven’t seen on here is regarding Danny’s restaurant burning down.  Does anyone else think Nolan did it?

I also thought Sally must have had an affair with the man who came back in the first season and was a PI and former law enforcement officer and wondered if he was a father to Danny.

  11. Andy mentioned he was going to be bringing A2 Live to Dallas (i have tickets) and I wanted to scream - IT'S NOT DALLAS - IT'S IRVING.... NOT DALLAS.  LOL Just like they do over who lives where on the show.  Now I work in Dallas and live in a suburb (not Irving) and in general I feel like it is fine to call the whole area Dallas or DFW and I do not have shade for anyone living anywhere and what they want to call it.  But OMG the ladies on this show have some post code pride....

I think D'Andra is a little embarassed for her friend LeeAnne by the way she was reacting on the sofa.   D'Andra is definitely my favorite of them all though I think Brandi and Stephanie would be super-fun to hang out with.

I do not hate Kameron but she was not convincing me of anything last night.  I think she is much prettier without that severe hair pulled back into a bun look.  She was definitely on her high horse last night!

Can't wait to hear/see what happens next week.

Per the show, Brandi lives in Plano and LeeAnne in Dallas though not in the same area as Cary, D’Andra or Kameron.

Still kinda sweet in a way putting Ivy in the room with Kai's parents.

"The bed is for family" line just cracked me up.    This was a really, really good episode.  I have not been an Ivy fan but I especially did not like the way she was so willing to leave Oz with Kai.  I got the idea she was okay with leaving him with Kai forever in terms of running away with Ally.    I feel like in that moment was when Ally decided she was done with Ivy.    I was taken aback by the scene with the bottle of wine and a "romantic" dinner after just having left their son with a psychopath cult leader.  I don't believer either would be calm enough to have that dinner if they were in that position....  But what about AHS has ever been realistic :-)  :-) :-)

  14. I wonder if LeeAnne was in on the joke with producers to show all her threats and lies this season?  It is the only way I can reconcile how she is acting on the show.

I also think Stephanie and Brandi made up their "break up" in order to have a good story line (didn't work really).   I still like the two of them when they are being goofy.

I am amazed that Kameron stood by LeeAnne -- but loved her expression when she stated, you didn't really threaten them and then added - did you? (or whatever it was - it was everything!)  D'Andra seems like she is just used to LeeAnne's crazy and can deal with her and just brushes it off.  She is also past the age that she has to "win" all the time.  Cary, Brandi and Stephanie have the "win" the situations whereas D'Andra just lets it go.

Tiffany looked great but where was not-Keith Urban?

I was so shocked by LeeAnne's mother (in a good way) and how uncomfortable it must have been to go to that therapy session ON CAMERA.   There is something missing from the story that we are being told.  OR - more likely - LeeAnne is taking small things that happened and playing them over and over and over in her mind until they are larger than life and built up to much worse than what actually happened.

I may be just too old and out of the loop, but every bridal brunch I have ever been to has been either the day of (for an evening wedding) or the day before (for an earlier wedding) and included the bridal party and out of town female guests.  Not for bridal planning.  It was clear this was a setup for the show and not actually for LeeAnne.  Otherwise, it would be much, much worse that these ladies piled onto LeeAnne at her own bridal brunch....  (it is bad - just not as bad as it would be if it were truly her own event)

  15. At one point during last night's show, they put the camera on a blonde rookie that I do not think I had ever seen before.  HA!  I do not follow closely enough to know all the names -- obviously I remember which one is Gina and my favorite is Lauren.  And I know the others that are featured heavily but this gal I had not heard her have one correction, one distinct moment.  LOL

Kameron, you insufferable twat.  I love how she immediately points out to Brandi how faaaaar she had to come to lunch with her, reminds her of how she served drinks in plastic, and then she says "Brandi immediately starts jabbing at me".  Furthermore, asshole, I could "launch a product" too if my dad gave me $20,000 to buy it with.  Sheesh.  I hate her.

Also, Mark may be a dick but I liked how he talked with Leanne tonight.  "Do you respect me?  Then why do you accuse me of soliciting men?"  "I only said that because she said Rich had a small dick."  (Not true - she said her bit first.)  Then he asked her about calling his business a chop shop - "That's only because she said my vag doctor wasn't a plastic surgeon."  Is she lying now or was she lying when she said those things?  Either way, not an excuse for talking that way about someone you supposedly 'respect.'  I don't hate her like I do Kam, but she's an asshole too :)

I liked that Mark was standing up for his wife during the conversation.   I also understand why he wouldn't want to have someone calling him a chop shop dr.

Kameron is a horrific parallel parker and her car even has backup cameras and that spot was ginormous she didn't even need to parallel park.

My question is why didn't she valet park?  There is valet parking EVERYWHERE in the DFW area where parking might be a concern.  We valet all the time at that area of town (Shops of Legacy) at restaurants as it is just so stinking crowded all the time.

Also it is 19 miles from Highland Park to Shops of Legacy up the toll road.  It is a fairly busy road but at lunch time, it should not have been bad traffic.  At 4-6pm - another story all together -- it has taken me almost 2 hours to travel that same distance.

It was interesting to learn about Travis's struggles in school. I'm pretty sure that either he or Stephanie had mentioned him being dyslexic before. But to hear that he had to repeat such early grades and couldn't read until he was likely 9 or so? That's sad. I'm glad there's more awareness and help for kids these days. And even though Travis acts like a dick half the time, he has done well for himself in life and I'm sure that will be an inspiration to his son.

Kameron is almost as bad as I am at parallel parking! Still so snobby. Apparently meeting Brandi is like driving to another country. Give me a break.

Normally I side with Brandi/LeeAnne when it comes to Cary, but I thought they were both a bit full of it this episode. First Brandi was all self righteous, "I kept her secret for over a year!!!" Oooooh, BFD. Here's a hint - if your friend tells you a "secret", you keep it for LIFE.

And then LeeAnne was really deflecting when talking to Mark. She was trying to act like EVERYTHING she said was in retaliation to shit Cary said. But she made the Round Up comments before the small dick comment was made, so.....Does Rich REALLY even like Mark? Or did production tell her to get those two to her party?

I will say this - I thought Cary looked very pretty at the party. Pink is a good color on her, and her loose curls really softened her up. She's had way too much shit done to her face to wear a severe bun like she was sporting last week.

It is horrifying to me that Stephanie and/or Travis didn't notice their son's issues given we now know Travis has them....  Um - wouldn't you have both kids checked out early on since we know it can be hereditary?

All around a boring episode (for me).  I agree that there has been a lot of sh... stirred all around with these ladies (exception D'Andra doesn't seem to be stirring)....

I didn't express myself properly.  I meant she kind of "bragged" how comfortable she is with injecting botox, and that she has free will to use it ad lib at home.  I've never had botox, but if I'm paying that much, it better be the plastic surgeon who's injecting.  My only interest in botox is for my severe TMJ.  I'm not demeaning nurses, as I am one, but I don't want a nurse injecting me.  Her familiarity implied (to me) that she may be injecting patients in the office.

My former dermatologist (Fabulous dr) had her teenage son and husband inject her Botox at her home under her guidance / supervision / request.  She is only former since I do not live in her state anymore....  I have zero problem with a trained medical professional of any kind doing the injecting on other people.  No way would I have anyone other than a dermatologist do it on me.  But, I do see nurses and other aesthetician type people advertising Botox in local (Dallas) magazines.  I have even heard of some Dentists getting into it.   I do not think it is a problem for a nurse to inject herself or patients if they are all in agreement ahead of time and you know that it is the nurse and not an MD doing the work.

Are clinical studies not a standard for the health and beauty industry? Dee seemed pleasantly surprised that one had been done on the product D'Andra was wanting to market.

Last season we saw that Cary self-injects botox as she sees fit.  I'm pretty sure she even had it in a fridge at home and was administering it between her eyes while her husband was present.  I was kind of surprised that she was so open about it.

I think she is open about it as a sort of advertising for their practice... I mean she probably thinks she looks fabulous and others would want to be just like her so.... come on down and they can inject you to look like her.  ACK.

I was like um - didn't you buy your temple at least partially - via the surgeries she repped on the photo shoot from last season?   She does have an amazing figure but not all of it is 100% natural which is what I think of in reference to a temple.

After LeeAnne throws down her glass, Kameron says quietly to Brandi "this is why you have plastic" motioning with her plastic glass.  I don't like Kameron, but that was the funniest line ever!  Is it possible Kameron may have the spark of a sense of humour somewhere behind those lips?

This was hilarious!  My husband (who watches with one eye on sports or whatever on his laptop) even died laughing and had to rewind this.  I think it was genuine and not her trying to be funny (Sadly!)

I loved Brandi's cheery "thanks!" when she got the batteries from Kameron followed by her talking head where she said "Kameron does not know the difference between a dildo and a vibrator." Kameron clearly intended to throw Brandi off her game, but Kameron is so humor impaired that she missed it by a mile.

I was thinking to myself while watching - um sexual chocolate didn't require batteries, did it?  So I really LOL'd at Brandi's talking head.

Brandi and Stephanie are comedic gold- I could watch them forever. They bring out the best in each other and both have a great sense of humor.

I think they are hilarious but totally inappropriate.  However, the reactions from the others egg them on to do more with their gags than if they were to be annoyed.  They want attention, if not acceptance, from these gals and will do ANYTHING positive or negative to get that attention.  Neither seem to have come from a society-type family (nothing wrong with that) so they do not have the background of knowing what is truly inappropriate from what is funny as a gag (one time!).     They serve as comedic-gold by making the other housewives feel so awkward and in turn we get to watch that awkwardness which is hilarious to me....

I think Brandi and Stephanie are trashy AF but they make funny tv. I think Brandi has actually been more of a bully to Cameron ( and I don't like Cameron) but during every scene she is the one going after and mocking her. She keeps picking at her, and I kinda wish Cameron would let the B**CH flag fly and go all out and put Brandi down.  If you are going to be a southern mean girl, go all in. Don't mock her zip code and then freeze up when you are called on it.  I think Cameron is too dumb to be quick on her feet against Brandi's constant jabs, or she is biting her tongue for her status in Dallas Society.

I do not think she is smart enough to have witty comebacks on the fly.
