    I am pleased for Olivia Coleman. I would have been fine with pretty much anyone in the category winning. I am glad Elsie Fisher got a nomination. She was great in Eighth Grade.

    Being a Hamilton fan, especially the original broadway cast, I mainly went to see Star is Born for Anthony Ramos. I really wanted Kristin Bell to win. I grew so tired of Rachel Brosnahan's character during this past season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

    I wish Barry Jenkins was nominated. I would have put Alfonso or Spike Lee before Bradley Cooper in this category.

    I turn into a movie snob during awards season. So I tend to follow possible nominated movies more and try to see them all. Yessss Roma!

    I thought Star is Born was good, but it did not live up to the hype for me. I preferred a lot of the other films over it. Also, I enjoyed the two previous Star is Born movies to this one. I dread the inevitable Lady Gaga wins for it. I enjoyed Bradley Cooper's performance far more than Lady Gaga's.
