  1. Without spoiling me for anything beyond what s1 of the tv series depicts: I was surprised when trying to google a summary of the original short story that the tv series finale's big reveal (well, the first big reveal, the double-fakeout with the display) happens very early on? Is that true?

Wait. So why did Jules steal the shitty tape way back when if she knew it was shitty?

It's not rational. Some human beings just want control, want to dominate others, and come up with justifications after the fact. But it's about their feelings and desires.
  4. I also thought it looked completely different!
  5. As a writer, I mean... you gotta have conflict. It's a sitcom, they'll be okay. <3
  6. https://www.vulture.com/article/ghosts-season-2-episode-12-recap-the-family-business.html Her recaps are great!
  7. Oh, totally, sorry, my post was unclear: he isn't wearing pants but yeah, he's wearing a dance belt, according to interviews.
  8. One of his favorite things to say in interviews is that he takes them off and keeps them off, lololol. Basically in order to get over the nerves. While I'm not a huge fan of Instagram, I recommend joining it just for all the little behind the scenes videos a lot of the cast puts up; in any of the ones where the cast is playing basketball between scenes, Asher definitely does not have pants on, lol.
  9. Hetty: Let me ride you as you get sucked off! Pete: Welcome to another day in Hell, bitch. Also, Trevor's, "Who are we to judge all these nines and tens?" That's a well-written joke, lol.
  10. I assume the backrub train is how the ghosts cash their back rubs in. As a writer, I get why they made this change: Thor and his son having a conversation for the first time in a thousand years face to face is drama. Thor and his son having to yell their heartfelt feelings across huge lawns is comedy. Plus, one of the longrunning themes of this show is that it's difficult to be a ghost. It's rare for people to be able to see them, their powers are weak and ineffectual, possessing a host is rare and dangerous. So, again, as a writer, I get why they didn't want to make it easy for Thor. As a fan? It feels cruel! It kinda bummed me out a little, I'm not gonna lie. Though part of that is a credit to the show: I've fallen so in love with the characters they've created that I only want good things for them all! Which is not conducive to comedy!
  11. Check out Richie Moriarity's Instagram! It was, indeed, all of them in the cast, there are pictures of them in the recording studio. I was surprised: from the show itself and from "Ghosts: The Musical", we know Richie and Danielle can sing, maybe Brandon, but I wasn't sure about the rest. Good for them! Even if you hate Instagram and TikTok (and I do, especially TikTok), the actors post some really funny stuff on there. The cast also interacts with each other in humorous ways in the Instagram comments of things they post.
  12. Oh, one more thing: so if you watch on DVR and don't FF the ads, but you don't have a Nielsen box, is that not measured? Thanks for answering all these questions!
  13. From the IG post mirroring the previous tweet.
  14. NJRadioGuy, thanks for all the details! Man, I've never been a Nielsen family, I wish I had some kind of way to help shows I like succeed.
  15. Wow, this is informative! How did you learn all this? Also, given this, what's the best way to watch? Via DVR? If you have Paramount+, live on the app? (I assume they must track everything.) Are we still in a world where you're only tracked if you're a Nielsen family, or...? (That feels unlikely.)
