The girl who’s father was killed told Alphy that she & her fiancé passed notes in the tree when in reality she knew the two men were passing the notes. Her father had one of the notes in his hand when he was dying. Alphy went there & looked because he suspected something was amiss when she kissed him.

I got weirdly emotional when Ken announced that Alex is getting a memorial stamp.

She wasn’t the murderer & the bag full of money & pawn receipts were phonies. Nana was fine with her leaving the circus. She was selling it off anyway. The murdered guy bought the tickets with the money he got selling drugs.

When I was on the show about a hundred years ago (1997) I ended in 3rd place & received a $1000 gift certificate from Service Merchandise but 2nd place was a trip to Fiji which I’m pretty sure even that long ago was worth way more than $2000. And my gift certificate bought quite a bit in 1997 dollars.
