Evenin' fellow Pounders! My eating habit was broiled chicken thighs and cauliflower rice. I dunno, I have a feeling from the episode description this could be a live one!

Not the most riveting episode but I really liked Lucas. And he is one of the few that jumped into making his life changes as soon as his weight loss started. By the end of the show he was driving himself, working out, takes classes and had a job. I know people who aren't losing hundreds of pounds that aren't that proactive! I wish him well he seems like a good, motivated guy.
