I didn't even notice that was Jubal's son until he mentioned it since the kid is so boring. With Jubal out who'll do the "listen up people" and "throw it up" shtick?
They shook up the opening and cut to the dead body instead of the usual murder/rape/torture sequence. Since they referenced Hudson U the show must exist in the L&O universe.
The perp was good but he looked kind of old.
Aiken was in two previous Law & Orders and two Criminal Intents and was the ill-fated son of Tom Hanks in Road to Perdition. Though he's 34 now the character was stated as being 24.
She was easy to look at and not much more. She yanked the phone out of Kelly's hand and challenged Isobel. Did she know she was getting in the elevator with Roy? I thought the last guy who was partner-of-the-week was amusing but he belonged in a different show.
Opening scenes are getting sleazier - save that stuff for Criminal Minds.
Second episode was no more exciting than the first. Nothing against anyone who likes it but I find it dull and lifeless. The tire shop guy has had about 3 lines so far and is the most interesting character.
Elise looked smokin' in that outfit - I wish they'd make her Scola's partner. She's more likeable and charismatic than sticks-in-the-mud Tiffany and Maggie. So was the crooked lady guard, for that matter.
That was boring - there wasn't a single memorable laugh line. The scenes were so short and choppy - give me back the sitcom days of long scenes and long conversations and one act break. Only Annie and Zoe sparked any interest for me.
This was livelier than the season finale - the only other episodes I've seen. I'm always looking for another bonkers action show a la Scorpion, and the cast is soild.
Did Athena put a hole in the trunk?
