Judging from the article/link above, they don't have a majority stake. The other people mentioned on this are the owners. They might have a tiny stake, but what they really do is providing promotional benefits. The titles about Craig and Austen opening a restaurant in New York are misleading.

She is not in the cast member photo shown in the promos on Bravo. I just saw one. Lexi is.

Karen said she was in rehab for an addiction to prescription medication(s), and alcohol. So, I think it's both.

I don't have a problem with Wendy's trust fund for her kids. She and Eddie are successful professionals. But I don't like parents offering incentives to their kids in order to achieve something, and not treating them equally either, and that's why I think Eddie gave her the side eye (he doesn’t like it either). It seems like something her mother would have done. As for Karen, thankfully, she didn't hurt anybody, so she shouldn't receive any harsh punishment. It would be better for her to have agreed to a plea deal since there were body cam videos. She would have avoided the negative media attention, and she would most probably have to do only community service, and go to rehab. Some charges are dropped, as well because of plea deals. Shannon Beador's (Shannon is on the Orange County HWs) one of the two DUI related charges was dropped. Many individuals didn't like that Karen claimed she was innocent for almost a year.

Wendy said that "God sent her". That's arrogance. Gizelle obviously doesn't think Stacey is educated and intelligent- she questioned it openly.

Karen took accountability for the accident because she was found guilty and the police body cam videos became public, after claiming all season that she was innocent and the truth would come out (hoping that the videos and the whole case would be thrown out). Really? Young children are looking up to Karen (according to Karen)?

Gregory has anger issues (they are not new). Why did he decide to rejoin the show when his ex wife was still a cast member? Was it his decision to show her with his new girlfriend and then bride, or a mutual one with Sweet Tea because she wanted to be on tv too? Gregory and Sweet Tea were on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live after the show, and she trashed Quad, more or less about everything. Gregory had an expression of disapprovement about some of the things she said (not the trashing of Quad). He seems like a controlling asshole. He was in good shape at the Florida Keys trip though. Sweet Tea and Contessa said verbatim on Watch What Happens Live tonight that Heavenly wears the pants in the relationship. They also claimed Damon has other kids outside his marriage according to word in the streets. I don't think she met his family. She was supposed to stay with him at the family home in South Carolina when his family was away in Spain, but she didn't because he refused to pay for her airline ticket (he paid on two previous occasions). She was angry because she expected him to, and they broke up temporarily. It could be the editing, as well. We don't see everything that is filmed. It seems that Reba warmed up to Garcelle soon after. Sutton treats Avi poorly too.

The video was a music video- it was not a "lesbian" video. Many people are guests on music videos, it doesn't mean they have a relationship with the singer(s). It is acting. Music videos are like 4 or 5 minute films. Brandi talked about her affair with Denise, or whatever you want to call it because it was part of her life. Kyle brought Morgan on the show as a friend like Faye Resnick in the past, for example. What a shame that some people can't accept that a female can have a female friend who might be a lesbian, it has to be an affair/relationship. Brandi was a cast member for years. Kyle didn't bring her on the show.

I think Tom and PK wanted to live a lavish lifestyle far more than Joe Giudice who wanted to drink his wine with his friends like those said (even on the show).
