Not too good a game for me. My only ts was double eagle.
For FJ I saw a date in 1400s, mother Isabelle and blurted out Catherine of Aragon. The rest of the clue didn't really connect to her of course but it was too late, my mind was fixed and Joan of Arc didn't occur to me. Besides, I have never heard of her mother working to clear her name so I'll have to look that up.
That was who I said! I was thinking of Marriage annulment, and wasnt Catherine's mother Queen Isabella?

Gads...does everybody on TODAY have to write a children's book?! Craig has one now. Before that: Hoda, Savannah, Dylan, Al, Jenna, who will be next: Gavin, the guy with the beard :)

Ugh...why is Eric written as so dumb?! He hears about an available baby & he rushes around like a Fool, needs to buy all the baby equipment...he does not ask any questions? Doesnt he want to know the details about how they are getting this baby? Arent there legal papers to sign?! And Everett is an annoying character who seems to think if he hangs around Stephanie long enough she will fall back in love with him...again, another Fool! Where is the Salem Brain?! :)

Kathy has a new face.
Yes! She looks very 'refreshed" and younger & more attractive than when she was on the show
Awww..I am crying at Ellen talking about her friend who passed away...so emotional...I hope she finds somebody to play pickleball with

Does anyone know what kind of car the Teams are driving? At first I thought it was Volkswagon, but the V symbol on the steering wheel is not familiar...

I always enjoy seeing Hillary Clinton, she is reasonable, funny, and interesting. She seems to enjoy talking to all the ladies.

Stefan was acting very 'strange" today...almost robotic & throwing weird looks at Gabi...maybe he is the one behind the stabbing? He did not seem surprised to see Li on the floor.

Nicole's wedding dress was very plain, Sloan's pink wedding dress was way too short & looked like Lingerie! Marlena & Roman could not have dressed up?! How hard would it be for Roman to put on a Suit coat & Marlena a fancy dress? So far, I am not liking the Everett character, he comes across as weird & stalker-y..he kisses Stephanie right away, like that's cool, and then he decides to stay in town & just conveniently bump into Stephanie all the time. Ohhhh: Gabi, what have you done?!

I, too, like Desperado, got a kick out of the Halloween episode...it was so off the wall in its craziness that it made me laugh. "Father" Eric turning into a Zombie, Chanel chasing Holly around with a knife, Paulina freaking out when Whitley shows up again & Abe thinks Whitley is Paulina. And of course, it was thundering outside. :)

I am slapping my forehead at how dumb these 3 were! At least Dule redeemed himself at the end, but I cannot believe the dumb answers they gave! And they all took too long deciding which category & then Sheryl was busy talking over everyone.

To me, the Halloween costumes fell flat.
I agree, usually they have a current event or theme, this just seemed to be a big Commercial for Kelly Clarkson's talk show moving to NYC. I thought for sure they would have a Taylor/Travis couple, or Barbie&Ken. The best Taylor Swift I saw was Sam Sachear on "DBL" & Jeff Schroeder doing George Santos..he was a Hoot.

Those scenes in the so called "mothering house" were sickening. I kind of got the impression that the men were just as brainwashed as the girls. And then to throw that denial of water to the Indian officer at us at the end...
That scene with young Marga after the Officer came in with a cold look on his face & her face afterwards was so full of pain & anguish...Just Horrendous! I felt ill watching it :(

I read on the Media thread that Cheryl said she was not invited. What? I don't understand that at all. Did she leave the show on a bad note like Tom B?
I think Cheryl pretty much burned her bridges with the show with some not so flattering stories, which is a shame, she is very talented, but she was fighting 'demons" for most of her time on the show

Goodness! None of the 3 Contestants knew anything about Sports! I am not that knowledgeable, but I knew all the Sports Positions except for the Hockey one.

I was LOL when Theresa said "I feel like a whole different person"(when she was talking to Xander). I did like the scenes with Maggie & Xander..they feel "Real" since we have seen their relationship evolve for several years. The Giant portrait of Victor reminds me of the giant portrait of Stephano in the DiMeara house.

I read the other day that Sloan's actress is apparently leaving DOOL.
I've grown to enjoy her. Too bad.
I enjoy her too...one of those "grey" characters..

The Len Goodman Tribute was beautiful! It left me in tears and even more tears seeing Bruno crying. The dance was a classic waltz, which Len would have loved. It was so cool to see dancers from the "old days", like Tony Dovilani, Annay Trebunsky, Mark Ballas, Kym Smith, etc. But, I was surprised Cheryl Burke was not there.

I really liked the confrontation scene between Xander & Alex/aka/Alexander vs. Alexander. Paul Telfer is so good when he is menacing(but I like him when he is cheery too :) Alex is going to have quite the come-down when he finds out the Truth.

"Where are you Christmas?" definately had overtones of "It's a Wonderful Life"...the young lady(Abby?) finally realized what life would have been like if her Town never had Christmas. The actor & actress portraying her parents were good and the concept of the 'black&white" was something different.

He was still pretty fine looking.
I always found Max von Sydow really attractive in his old age. And Christopher Plummer! Woo hoo!
I also think Harrison Ford is still good looking & I think he 's in his 80s

I got a kick out of the Holly/Rachel scenes...the little actress playing Rachel has great facial expressions. I guess the reference to "Taylor Swift" shampoo(is there such a thing?) was an attempt to seem hip & relevant

Current Plots Discussion II: Discussing Today's Episode and Current Storylines
in Days Of Our Lives
The whole scene with Leo & Dmitri delivering Nicole's baby was just so crazy! I didnt know whether to laugh or roll my eyes. And Why would Dmitri show up to Sloan's door of all people?!
