I think Kelli is so self unaware that she would have no clue she was no longer welcome. I think she'll try and hang on for at least another 10 years, potentially until she is pushing 70. Her kids have left home and she doesn't really know anything else apart from DCC. Not sure if her husband is social media shy but he doesn't seem to be around much. She always strikes me as a try hard trying to get in with the cool k ids.

No idea, it definitely looks like she's wearing a boot. Anyone know?

It would be interesting to see if Kelli and Judy would have made the team nowadays. K Kelli certainly didn't look overly skinny in her heyday. From my experience men are quite happy with females ' jiggly bits and would be oblivious to a few extra pounds.

The whole audition process and being cut confuses me. Full disclosure - I'm not American and know nothing about American employment law, but what role does Human Resources play? I know this year has been different and the dance sections are different as it is more subjective. However, I've never participated in panel interviews (either as the interviewer or interviewee) where there has been no HR presence. This is to ensure that the same questions or same standard of questions are asked to everyone. This ensures a fairness for all. I know we probably don't see the whole panel interview but unless HR are there in the corner somewhere they are definitely missing. This would have stopped the question about Kat's dress from a few years ago. Also, there should be HR presence at the cuts ensuring each girl has been given the same amount of opportunities to improve - either written notes or face to face. I also think as director Kelli isn't really the one who should be doing the cutting. It should be someone from the team who sees the girls every night. Ive never worked anywhere where a director would get involved in firing someone. Of course they would be notified but directors tend to be figureheads rather than doers.

Anyone else think Kelli is morphing into Melissa McCarthy in the film The Boss? Really wish she would stop crying and pretending to be upset when people are cut. Kelli chooses to do this job and I'm sure she gets paid well. It's far harder for the girls, as they have yet to build up resilience or become hardened to life's knocks. Can't believe she dragged TK into it. We don't care about TK!

That could be true, but Kelli seemed extremely enamoured with Annabelle right from the start and even mentioned her on Twitter and in media interviews. I couldn't understand it because neither her personality or dancing stood out for me. However now, I wonder if it had something to do with her thyroid problem, Graves Disease. I'm sure I read in one of the other threads that Kelli had had thyroid problems and it was suggested it was Graves Disease so that might be the reason for the connection.

Yes, she always seems to have strong thoughts about girls with dark hair and blue eyes. I'm thinking about Brandi from season 3/4 who she kept calling a stripper and she was tough on 50 yard Kelsi. From her name I'm assuming Kelli is of Celtic stock and this hair and eye combination is very common in Ireland/Scotland. Perhaps this look reminds her of family members.

Enjoying seeing a bit more dancing than usual. Confused how it's going to play out. There seems to be only one more episode without the vets. I thought tonight's show covered 2 days but Kelli had the same gold blouse and skirt on both days. As usual her hair and make up were perfect but her outfit just didn't flatter her at all. When she was sitting down, her boobs looked like they were sitting on her stomach. She needs better bras.
