What I (personally) thought was so interesting about the office visit with Jenna was J&K's expectations that leadeship as they define it includes monitoring your teammates' social life and prevent them from harming themselves. Judy equated "would you let her walk into traffic" with "but you didn't convince her not to visit bars or fraternize"; and neither are "leadership" issues. One is physical safety and an unconscious reaction while the other is trying to talk someone out of doing somethIng they want to do. Are all GLs supposed to be surrogate fraternizing police? And, if you were trying to talk your teammate out of fraternizing, how much time do you have? When do you report it? Are these expectations outlined/ defined for all GLs and seconds? Are there meetings with them to explain this? Training on taking your teammates 'off the ledge'? Resources they can use when they have questions? I always thought the GLs were more for training, locker room expectations, what to wear when and what to pack in your DCC luggage, etc. I didn't realize they were quasi-DCC employees in their responsibilities. JMO

Re. Show Group: I thought the original list had 15 names/pictures, so since Holly's no longer on the team who did they name to replace her (and who is the 16th member)? Sorry the the picture didn't copy over...

I took Jenna's post to mean she was proud of the DCCs who were present at the HOF game and all the pregame activities, nothing more. Maybe she meant more, maybe not. All I know is that if I were on the team and had to be nonstop rah-rahhing the awesomeness that is JJ I'd be bathing every night in tubs full of hand sanitizer and scrupping everything that had been touched with Clorox. JMO

So, in other words, Stone is Lassie.

This whole Carly and Bobbie vs. Nell is like trying to make fetch happen. Hopefully stronger mean girls will prevail.

My bad - I read the last page where they were referencing past seasons so I thought I'd put it here.

Jacie was selected for the 2017 NYC Rockettes - a lifelong dream of hers. Congratulations to her! (I know this probably doesn't belong here but I didn't see it mentioned elsewhere and couldn't figure out where to put it based on other topics)

I watched the last two episodes back to back today and appreciate all the comments here for their depth and sincerity; especially those whose comments are critical. With me, I've appreciated the stories but have been staring at the minutiae: a) every time I see Charlotte I think she looks more like Claudette than Lulu. Did Charlotte ever have a DNA test to confirm parentage? b) why is Ava and the (I presume) GH burn unit next to a vending machIne? I kept waiting for Jake to come in looking for his Choco peanut crunchies. I couldn't watch the action on the screen because I was trying to figure out what that machine was supposed to be. c) Rocco is so accepting of Charlotte and her new 'favorite child' status - I'm waiting for him to go all Jake 2.0 v.1 on her when Lulu and Dante aren't working d) I don't even care about Sam and her delusions. Just make it stop!

I believe many people ("non-technically trained dancers") equate lyrical with over emoting. THE DRAMA! THE ANGST!! That was not Vivian's style or her strength. I'm not a Kitty fanatic but she told Vivian not to do lyrical and Viv brushed her off. KARMA, bitches (just kidding!).

Actually Valentin started talking and I dozed off.... That's all I can say on this story line (congrats to those of you who stay awake AND notice the discrepancies)

Just adding my 2 cents.... i know Heather with the neon front teeth is a good dancer but I find her grin very distracting. Jessika - I couldn't pick her out of a lineup. If she weren't to return I wouldn't miss her. I like Kelsey but I don't know how strong a dancer she is. If she messes up the interview (they tend to be tougher on vets than potential rookies) or the new dance she could be out. I like Selina and hope she makes it back; I think Yuko is part of some cosmic outreach plan so she'll be back. As for any newbies, Kendall needs to up her game if she tries and makes TCC for the third time. They will really be after her. The one I hope we don't see is Emily. I thought last year they sent her mixed messages when they cut her ("come back next year", "your hips turn in and that will take YEARS to correct").

I'm really impressed with the group photos this year - everything seems "fresher" than it's been in years. Maybe it's the change in location. Not all the poses are great - lots of overly arched backs and weird angles that make some of the girls look a little fuller in the torso, but the group shots just seem fun. Hopefully some of those are included in the calendar. And at my table for one, I'm still enjoying Jenna.

They have some great group shots this year. I realize they like to highlight one dancer per month but I think they could have some of these group pics for centerfolds or throughout- like every 3 or 4 months. (I've never seen the calendar so if they already do this, never mind). I do think the "day 4" girls, Lacey, Tess, Robin, blonde Heather and Kelli have had outstanding single shots.

Not DCC related but can I paraphrase your sentence above? Something like "I don't wear a bikini because it would be like Godzilla invading Tokyo- people would be running and screaming in all directions." I need it on a tshirt, it's my new summer motto!

HYSTERICAL !! It was not just the difference in sizes ( and we know Rudge could've pushed over Sonny with his pinkie) but the camera angles were weird. At one point it was as if a drone were filming it because it was hovering, making Sonny look especially minuscule compared to Rudge, while holding this MASSIVE gun on the dude. If this was supposed to be art it must be the Franco school of art.

Alcohol. Lots and lots of alcohol. And they both have had enough angst lately that they should wind up at a bar at the same time.

Watching Curtis and Jason exchanging glances as the elevator goes to the roof makes me want them to be the next bromance on the show. Curson? Jatis? Their chemistry is better than almost anything else on GH right now. In Monday's previews they show Sam arguing about going back in the hospital and in the background is Franco wrestling w/a policeman and I thought "Finally! Franco has a purpose! Let him stand on the bomb until it goes off. He wants to be a hero, he can be a dead one and still save the hospital".

I like rookie Kelli. She appears to feel genuinely honored to be a DCC and just has an exquisite look. I thought it was interesting when, during (I think) last year's training camp, Kelly mentioned she couldn't believe Kelli was on her fourth attempt at making the team since they never even noticed her before. She had previously made it to finals but never distinguished herself from the pack until last year. I hope she'll continue for at least two more years.

For some reason the scene from "Sleeper" (Woody Allen) where to government was planning on bringing the leader back to life by cloning his nose, only to have the nose stolen and flattened by a paving roller, comes to mind. I think TW could pull off that level of wacky. Sorry for that detour; back to your regular conversations.

Is Cersten still considering medical school? Even though she hasn't 'declared' that she's leaving I'm sure they'd let her go if she gets accepted between now and tryouts.

I don't see Jinelle; will she be back? That leaves Jenna, Jinelle, Lacey and Erica as the most experienced (am I missing anyone), then that whole group that will be in their 3rd year, correct? That seems to leave a big gap in DCC expereince (leadership and familiarity, not dance).
