She is so beautiful without her standard DCC makeup! If she would just alter the way she does her makeup I think it would make a world of difference for her and how she appears when she performs. Her current makeup is so harsh and just doesn’t mesh with her at all, it does nothing to amplify her natural beauty

They’re kicks look so nice (long/lean) in rehearsal/practice and then you put the boots on and they just turn so…gross? I think they could benefit from Lucchese altering the sole of the boot so that the shank is more flexible to really show off a pointed foot like we get to see in their sneakers. I know the outter sole is specially modified from a typical western boot sole to more of a dance type sole (whatever that may be for them when dancing on turf) so it really shouldn’t be that hard to alter the shank of the boot and even into the toe of the sole to be more flexible for nicer, cleaner lines. Just to specify, look at how AMAZING these kicks are (from Tori’s insta) and then compare them to the ones from performances…

Jfc. She could have tripped/slipped on those poms and been seriously injured. He was just being a Grade A dick because they were the opposing team but that’s just poor sportsmanship and complete BS. This was years ago but I’m honestly raging right now about it lol. I hate how self-important pro athletes are. They think they’re the be all end all b/c of how much money they make but how many of their names do we actually remember 10-20yrs down the line…

I absolutely DESPISE Thunderstruck. I get that the song is kind of iconic, but it’s boring and out of date. The dance to go with it is just as boring and out of date… They’re in Dallas, Texas for the love of God. Choose a country song that has longevity but is more up to date. It would suit the dance they do so much better. “But it’s our SIGNATURE ROUTINE!!!!” Welp, your signature routine needs to go back to where it belongs, in the 80s.

Probably TMI (lol) but just thought I’d weigh in. I, personally, despise Aunt Flo. I have an autoimmune disease that gets worse when I get my period. I got an IUD to help with this (stopped my periods completely) and it’s actually less hormones than the BCP I was on. This was a big concern for me b/c my mom had hormone driven breast cancer. I was a youngen for the 13yrs I danced so I never considered anything other than BCP but the IUD has been a life changer in my mid20s. I also like that it can potentially stop my body from dropping eggs so I can preserve those buggers for when I want kids. I wouldn’t blame the girls if they took BCP/used an IUD/etc. to skip and not risk an accident/all the body changes (bloating) that come with your period. Definitely to each their own tho and I don’t blame you or anyone else for having valid concerns!

OUUUUUUU I love this! Make them a bit high waisted, can still have the belt, and avoid the diaper affect/muffin top that the current shorts tend to create. And jeans are made with so much stretch these days that it shouldn’t be a problem for dancing either. Make the vest of the same material and this could be a rlly good update to the uniform 👀 Edit: Then TPTB can brag abt Levi’s (or whoever) being the “official shorts of the DCC!” And each short being “custom ordered for each girl!”

I'm back after a few days off so I have lots of opinions to post abt now apparently lol. Since we've seen uniform fittings, I'm here to get y'alls opinions. I think the V-shorts are SO much more flattering (length AND waist line) than the current shorts (commonly compared by us to a diaper...). Thoughts??

Just a thought, but for some of the more dependable vets that end up further back in the triangle could it be to help lead the rookies? The rookies are always in the back couple of lines, but having dependable vets placed with them could help the rookies to feel more confident/look to the vets as a leader rather than potentially have 2 lines of floundering rookies come show time. I'm still trying to figure out how/why Lea is so far down when I haven't seen of/heard of one negative thing being said about her. It's all been great and very positive, and while we rarely see her on the show i'm just confused.

Those shorts are so cute and would be such an upgrade for the current uniform. Dip or V front with higher sides is much more flattering on the dancers body and not such a harsh line/creating a non-existent muffin top like the current shorts/belt

OOF. "Stronger than ever, Daphne!" Way to jinx it Kelli 😅 YAS Jada & Claire! Knew that little fumble we saw of Claire's turn sequence earlier wouldn't impact how the judges saw her. From the short clips Caroline and Ashlee looked amazing, quickly becoming two of my favourite more senior veterans. Watching Kelcey all I can think about is Kashara's solo that one year where at the end KF went "and thank you Ka-sexy!" 😂

THIS. A lot of people seem to be forgetting that body parts do not remain in stasis when moving or dancing about... No matter how thin or muscled you are, things will squish, jiggle, and move because that's what they're meant to do. We are not made of marble. These girls are gorgeous and obviously work very hard to be as physically fit as they are. Everyone's body is different, "healthy and fit" looks different on everyone. How about we all try to be a little bit more uplifting and positive okay?

Love seeing some of the girls natural curls get to shine! Marissa's headshot is SO much better than last year! The curled hair really suits her better than how she styled it last year, it aged her way too much. I think my fave rookie headshots are Kleine, Lea and Tyra, they look great! And holy moly, move over Rachel, Madeline S. is a clear front runner for that "Most Photogenic" title. Edited to add b/c I can't believe I didn't: JADA. JAADDAAAA. Might just be my new fave since Amanda dipped lol. Her kicks, her dancing, her expressions, everything is just awesome.

Super excited to see the rookies shine this year! The 4 they put on the outside were some of my faves going into TC!

I'm so cheesed about this. They had so little women of colour in this years TCC and they've cut most of them to keep a bucket full of blondes 😢 Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're all phenomenal dancers to even make it into and stay in TC but what happened to that beautiful bouquet they've been totting for years?

I'm not ethnic (just a heinz 57 of white european) but I know the pain of having to spell out my name phonetically for people to pronounce it so I sympathize with everyone out there lol Not just Texas, the whole of the U.S. I've been pronouncing Potomac POT-OH-MAC instead of PA-TOE-MIC for literal years.

Rockettes are also back in person for the Christmas Spectacular so more New York opportunities could be opening up as well that she wants to jump on. Don't blame her or anyone else who used pro-cheer to keep dancing during the pandemic, gotta make your money some how and the dance world is pretty dog eat dog

Okay so, just to clarify, Oxnard is the Cowboys FOOTBALL PLAYERS training camp? And it's not in Texas? So the dancers are just there to hype up the crowd, open the training camp, and all that jazz? I got super confused for a minute thinking only some of the girls were going to a super exclusive training camp within a training camp lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

That's the general consensus in the Reddit comments as well, b/c, like you said, she missed a lot of show group performances and hasn't been seen performing with them in a while
