  1. I would watch that. BH is a whole ‘nother universe. Erika would call out that poseur in a heartbeat. Heather is a big fish in a little pond on OC.
  2. Acting. Heather can present an authoritative, confident vibe that not even Tamra can fight. She’s also a “celeb” (if you count 20-year-old sitcoms and a cameo as a murder victim on Hawaii Five-O), has more money (thanks to Terry working his ass off, mainly), and changes mansions and rebuilds almost yearly and doesn’t let anybody forget it. She walks in to a room and sucks the air out of it. I’m amazed they all don’t just kneel before the queen. I’m over her. Thinking about it (and I confess that in the rear-view this ep was kind of meh), I do find it a little strange that Heather’s hackles seem to rise at the mention of Katie, and that she acts a little guarded around her. Just like a bully when they meet someone they can’t intimidate. I just sense a different attitude. YMMV. Jenn…I don’t care who or what she is, and I know she stepped up to a reality show, but nobody deserves to have their financial dirty laundry the topic of gossip. That can have effects beyond the show. Emily can be cruel, especially when she pairs up with Gina, who started all of this shit by not making sure Jenn could afford rent. Is all of this worth it, Jenn? If I were her I’d be rethinking about re-upping for another season — if Bravo doesn’t make that decision for me.
  3. It’s her attitude of superiority. My eyes practically roll out of my head when she starts in with the humblebragging and haughty voice. When you get down to it, she’s a bully/mean girl. Just takes one person to call her on her BS and cut her down to size. Everybody thinks Katie doesn’t know what she’s in for. We’ll see, won’t we?
  4. Who else is 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿waiting for the Heather-Katie showdown? It is absolutely hilarious to me that Heather is denying those cheesy photos were staged. It’s so good to see Fancy Pants on the defensive for a change.
  5. Shannon, trust Vicki. She knows her jerks. (Except circle jerks. Remember that?) How, in the name of all that is holy, do these women let their men take advantage of them. John Jansen got a lot more out of Shannon than dental work. Archie’s expressions were priceless. Love that pupper.
  6. Nice. Peeing in a friend’s yard. Only Heather could make Terry’s stroke all about…Heather. I hope Katie puts her in her place. I really do. Heather’s gaslighting ain’t gonna work.
  7. I can see it going something like this: “Hey, Vick…got an idea for us to make some money. It would be connected with your business, so nobody would be the wiser.” Of course, she’d be the one held totally responsible. Then when shit hit the fan, on to the next mark…
  8. Just cruel. I have birds that build a nest in the space between my porch roof and a pillar almost every year. Yes, it gets messy underneath but never, ever would I consider getting rid of the eggs.
  9. Brooks was the consummate con-man and smooth talker, and charmer, the kind you read about who bilks desperate women out of their life savings. He played Vicki hard, and I have no sympathy. AFAIC, Meghan did everyone a favor by exposing that fraud. Faking any kind of medical condition for sympathy/money/whatever is inexcusable. Cancer especially. He planted that scheme in Vicki’s head. Didn’t she say once that the divorce from Donn was a mistake? I have to agree, but it was obvious he did not like living in the OC, and he did not suffer fools (Vicki) either.
  10. Jenn has obviously been coddled and spoiled her whole life. Someone else would always be there — and has been there, until now — to fix things, pay for things, and tell her everything would be okay. Somehow, things were magically handled. The scene with her parents showed her basic immaturity. Welcome to adulting, Jenn, time to grow up.
  11. I can watch the early seasons all day long — with the exception of Kate’s last. It is still infuruating, the level of mysogyny, outright battery, and threatening behavior the men (especially Ashton) got away with. (Yes, I do consider Ashton forcing himself on Kate twice battery. It was unwanted contact.) Kevin was a straight-up, insecure dick and Tanner and Brian clueless twits. Ashton’s frustration with not getting laid (why was that, I wonder?) led to a lot of that BS. I was kind of disappointed in Lee not sensing there was a problem, and really disappointed in the show not doing anything about it, but all the guys got their asses pretty much handed to them by Lee at the reunion. Loved Courtney. She was too good for that crew. ❤️❤️❤️ this topic, because I have new thoughts every time I watch. 😁
  12. Australian Mountain Doodle. Name’s Meatball. https://www.bravotv.com/the-daily-dish/rhoc-gina-kirschenheiter-welcomes-newest-member-of-her-family More about this breed, since it’s new to me: https://www.doodlesofoz.com/what-is-an-aussie-mountain-doodle Depending on the size, they can range from 24 pounds to 50+. Is that really why she kicked Travis and the kiddos out? 😁
  13. Yet another one who is developing a huge sense of entitlement for no good reason, yet feels the need to copy Shannon — right down to the dog. Dear, just be glad you’re being pulled out of obscurity.
  14. Thank you! ALL of that is confidential information that should only be shared between the buyer’s and the seller’s Realtors. I’d go so far as to say not even the seller’s agent, if it’s clear from the start that the buyer can’t afford it. Why waste everyone’s time?) If Gina has the Realtor designation, I really don’t know about that organization. Living above one’s means or not, reality star or not, who would want their financial business put on blast? Gina sure as hell wouldn’t, and if tables had been turned her head would have exploded and she’d be screeching all over the OC. Gina needs to go back to Ethics 101 for Real Estate Agents. If she gets a bad reputation: 1) she’s screwed; and 2) she did it to herself. That is the true heart of the matter, really, despite the back-and-forth between her and Jenn. (I’m speaking in generalities here…I’m basically over Gina, but had to respond to your post. 🙂 🙋‍♀️.)
  15. I think that’s why she’s constantly being an asshat. Coming in hot all the time with her opinions and judgments gets old fast, but it’s keeping her front and center. She used to be relatively inoffensive — it’s like a switch has flipped. She should be the next HW to just go away.
  16. It really says something that Archie seems to be more liked, if not loved, than any of the women. He needs a spin-off, LOL. (If Alexis was that confident in hanging on to her man, she wouldn’t feel the need to copy his ex. Archie is just going too far.)
  17. There is only one Archie. I accept no substitutes.
  18. I thought of Lynn when Emily worried that she was becoming obsessive about working out and talked about her weight — 🚩🚩🚩🚩— and said the OC is a mindfuck. It definitely is — we’ve seen it time and again — the boob jobs, Botox, etc. Everyone thinks they have to either keep up with, or be better than, everybody else. Emily looks great. I don’t want to see her fall into a trap that could lead to bad things. Especially when Gina is apparently going through her own issues. The way she pivoted from pissed off to crying gave me whiplash. Basically, Jenn needs to grow up. I still have questions about how things were handled, but honestly, it’s gotten too circular and exhausting.
  19. I’m thoroughly sick and tired of Gina. From Jenn, to talking with Alexis then running to Shannon…just stop.
  20. https://pagesix.com/2024/01/08/entertainment/inside-rhoc-star-real-estate-agent-gina-kirschenheiters-9m-la-quinta-listing/ One of her listings from January (may be her only one since her websites are pretty empty). Was owned by Elizabeth Vargas. Remember her? Vargas hired Gina for her “ball-busting personality.” 🙄 Currently it’s off market, with the last date sold 2021. It went for $3.3M then.
  21. That, really, is for the producers and Bravo to confirm, isn’t it?
  22. To me neither, the more this is talked about, but Gina seemed to be making a big deal over having “vouched” for Jenn. If Jenn indeed provided proof to Gina knowing it was false, and Gina then passed it to the landlord, then all of this is on Jenn. Is this fraud? I don’t know, that depends on how the law is written. Gina needs to calm TF down about her reputation if she acted in good faith with what she had. I understand the anger, but her “career” is safe. To me, “vouch” means “I know for a fact my friend is good for this. Trust me.” Maybe that’s a generous read on my part. Gina is just about incoherent when she gets wound up, so hopefully we’ll get more clarification tonight. Frankly, I’m this close to being over it. Jenn, at her age, needs to get her act together. If I were her dad, I wouldn’t have gotten myself involved. She is in her 40s, not her 20s, and needs a few life lessons, eviction being one. Not Team Jenn nor Team Gina/Landlord here.
  23. I don’t think it did in my case. Maybe if I let dishes pile up for a few days for a full load and then ran it…I just didn’t like my water bill when I was using it consistently. My frugality won out over my laziness.
  24. Gee, that sounds a lot like Vicki and Brooks, doesn’t it? Another opportunist who wants to freeload off a Bravolebrity. If the ladies don’t mind looking like fools, that’s on them. Will JJ get a root canal? Veneers? Dentures? Will he rent a fur coat and drive Alexis’s car around? /sarcasm Johnny J is just a means to advance the plot, and obviously he has no dignity to object. It keeps Alexis relevant, Shannon be damned. I just hope Shannon doesn’t progressively nose dive during the season. I just find the whole thing cruel, especially how they all go on at times about “girl code.”
  25. See, this is my problem. What landlord, rental company, or seller would just take someone’s word that the money was there? Wouldn’t Gina at least want to CYA? Before my first lease was approved I had to submit a month’s worth of pay stubs, for instance, and my credit was checked. That is just due diligence. When buying a house, the very first thing you need to establish is if you can afford it. This is totally on Gina and whoever rented the place to Jenn. Jenn doesn’t come off looking very good here, either. Gina can’t cut corners like this and expect to keep her license, much less succeed. Nor should she represent “friends” (I think quotes are accurate here now) in business transactions. Maybe she felt funny asking for proof of income, but that is what you do, especially in real estate. Gina is angry at herself and is throwing it back on Jenn. I’m not defending anyone here. EDIT — One more thought. Had Gina asked for proof (bank statement, support income, whatever) and if Jenn gave her bogus documents, then Jenn would totally be liable for the fallout, I would think. “You acted in bad faith, end of transaction, not representing you anymore — good day, ma’am.”
