  1. I slept through the show AND live chat tonight... I’m all in for SnarkCon! Quarantine has left me with Coltee’s bod and Debbie’s hair.☹️ I guess I could go as Lori (Andrew’s mom).
  2. Amira: “I like to talk to my friends, buy makeup and look at makeup news everyday.” She sounds fascinating!
  3. Goodnight, Fellow Snarkaroos! Wear your masks and your condoms!
  4. He has such a maxilla-to-mandible discrepancy that he would probably require jaw reduction surgery to achieve an ideal dentition. Some parents don’t want to put their kids through that plus it is expensive. It’s possible he had less extreme orthodontics to straighten his teeth because they ARE quite straight. He will likely develop TMJ problems later in life, though.
  5. Okay, y’all...I went awol from here (usually wild horses can’t drag me off this site on Sunday night) and read the government site for visas and I STAND CORRECTED. Maybe my son didn’t explain it well to me or I have Covid-brain or TLC warped me or I just forgot (I’m 65 and it WAS a long time ago) indeed the K-1 visa is for engaged couples intending marriage to plan their wedding and for their lives after the wedding. My son and daughter-in-law got tired of waiting for their K-1 to be processed and got married in Thailand, then applied for a CR1 spousal visa. She has been here since June of 2019 and they are very happy!
  6. I just saw Glenn Close in “Hillbilly Elegy” and she was unrecognizable I thought it was Cloris Leachman at first, LOL! The film got mixed reviews but I quite liked it. My son and his wife from Thailand had a K-1 visa, and the government purpose states that it’s to further the relationship, not for wedding planning.
  7. The K-1 visa is actually intended to let a couple get to know each other better on the same soil so they can decide if they want to proceed and get married.
  8. Yes! That's he who he reminded me of. Non-little person version of Zack. It’s the teeth. They both have open bites (usually caused by thumb-sucking past toddlerhood).
  9. She could have paid for a good bit of college or career training with the money she spent on tattoos.
  10. Underwater robotics totally threw me off! I didn’t see that one coming. I don’t think he’s some great university-educated scientist...he said he has had the job since he was 19, probably trained on the job.
  11. I have to say...even with all of these star-crossed lovers and doomed romances...I don’t think any of them make me as sad as Tim and Veronica. I love their banter, chemistry and interaction, and it drives me crazy wondering what happened that they broke off their engagement because they seem perfect for each other! But I have to hand it to them, they do make it work as good friends and co-parenting her daughter.
  12. Didn’t Sumit also threaten suicide if he couldn’t get a divorce? Mother Sumit probably said that when he was growing up every time she didn’t get her way and if he grew up hearing it, it would become one of his go-to manipulation tools, too. Their family doesn’t deal with stuff. I got a promise ring from my high school boyfriend when I was 16 and I don’t think I was as happy and excited as Jenny is with hers. The delusion is strong with that one.
  13. Why is Jenny-Henny’s hair in a ponytail in every other scene? 😂😂😂
  14. Being an astronaut or actress. I dreamed of marrying Prince Charles so I could be a Princess (I’m really old and he was a little bit cute back then...)
  15. I’m over Deavan and Jihoon but they both looked so good dressed up, even Druscilla’s hair looked cute for once! Deavan’s stepdad has a strange haircut, kinda like Avi’s for his baptism. I even cried watching their mothers come down the aisle holding hands. Jihoon was flapping his arms for more applause but he looked like he was about to take flight, haha! Too bad it’s gonna be all downhill from here... My adult daughter asked for a bidet for Christmas, I’m going to make a copy of Jihoon’s “my whole family anal so clean” meme to tape on the box!
  16. So...I grew up in Brigham City, Utah...as a Baptist! (“Gentiles”, the Mormons affectionately call us). THIS is the book you want. THIS is the book the Mormon church does not want you to read. THIS is the book whose author was dragged through the mud and ex-communicated. It is very eye-opening and you won’t be able to put it down. I swear on Brigham Young’s grave!
  17. I don’t even like Sumit or Jenny but I’m sitting here with tears rolling down my cheeks at her pitiful breakdown. Why, oh why do people put themselves in situations like this? And now...in the previews for next week, Sumit and his parents are all crying. Oh the humanity!
  18. Yazan is under the influence. His eyes. I am guessing pills. My ex-husband was a pill-head among other addictions and I definitely see the signs. I would think that is against his religion, too. He is self-medicating the pain Brittany is causing him.
  19. He is a national treasure who must be protected! My exhusband's grandma loved him too, she saw him in concert and met him and he was so sweet to her. I’m a Texan and I have seen him perform in many venues, large, small, and in between, and have been to a couple of his Fourth of July picnics in my younger days (I’m a huge fan of Leon Russell, too, and he performed at the picnics, too.) “Red Headed Stranger” is the one album I would choose to have on a deserted island (assuming I could have a record player, too, haha!) Willie is a super nice, humble, down-to-earth celebrity and I almost hope he outlives me because losing Leon a couple years ago was almost more than I could take.
