Yet you do seem to be trying to. Tracker, Colter Shaw, is the lead character of the show, as is Equalizer, Robin McCall, so no, I don't mind them always saving the day. I stopped watching The Resident because Conrad was practically infallible and saved everyone, no matter how far out of his purview the case. That's the Athena vibe for me.

I don't anticipate him winning, based solely on my experience with game/talent shows. My favs never win.😭 Kind of crappy of them to foreshadow like that if it is indeed Brian.

I would (and do) feel the same about any character that never fails. It's one thing in a two hour movie, where the main character is supposed to be the sole hero. In a weekly series, it becomes tiresome. I mean, she landed a damaged freaking jumbo jet on a highway. I love Angela Bassett. Athena Grant gets on my nerves - and would regardless of her gender or race. Speaking of Angela - I saw a clip of an old ER episode on Reels today, with her and Noah Wyle. I'd forgotten she was on thats. Noah looks older than me now, while she looks exactly the same. Dang, woman! I mean...

Plot device. Something dramatic enough to get Eddie back to LA, and then justufying staying because his team needs him now, and he knows it's where he belongs. Restarting his life with Chris, away from his parents, and, my bet, living with Buck. There has to be a reason it was Buck who sublet his place.

Tannen :)

No doubt, and she'll probably be the one to jam it into Chim's arm. I like Athena, but they do her no favours with the OTT writing sometimes.

Quoting myself here to say, they made him add Carter, but tonight they accepted 'Biff' for the villain in Back to the Future 2.

I was 100% sure Ravi was quitting to usher Eddie back into the story. Now I'm not convinced he won't either die, or be arrested and/or fired for opening the freezer. I feel like he's got a red shirt on under that turnout gear.

Same. I recognized a couple after the fact, but only because I'd seen them in airport stores, lol. I have to eat my words a little about anatomy. I didn't anticipate them using illustrations (and I'm not sure why). I got about 80%. Sometimes it's really just the luck of the draw to get a stumper, or worse, several in a row. It must feel so defeating. I'm really hoping for Brian to win it all at this point. He's defended his inherited categories well.

Makes me wonder if they would've accepted just 'Carter' as an answer for Blue-Ivy 🙂 I like Mike - I hope he goes the distance.
-
On the flip-side, I thought it was kind of picky to make him add 'Carter' to Blue-Ivy.

If they can qualify for regular Jeopardy, without the softball questions that CJ gets, then I say more power to them.
-
Some have more options than could possibly used up in 45 seconds. Even if they used the same images, seasons apart, I think the challenge would be the same.

I can't be specific without re-watching, but I was surprised at how many answers were accepted that differed from the answer shown on the screen. I suppose they have a pre-determined list of acceptable responses - last name only for people, airplane for jet fighter, etc - but some of them seemed to surprise even the person giving the answer. I was also shocked that 'aircraft carrier' was a miss. Same. I know so many of the answer, but come up with them a beat or two later. But I think that over all, taking that extra second to come up with it is better than passing.

Instaget FJ for me. I figured out why I don't like Bryce, but I don't think I can say it here, so I won't.
-
Sometimes it's really just the luck of the draw - the 'Critters' woman got all the hard ones (IMO of course). Same with Billionaires and Eric. I remain baffled that no one will take on Anatomy.
-
Bryce is smart, but man does he look awkward on screen. I won't be sorry when his run is done.
-
Pete!! I really enjoyed him and kinda thought he was robbed in his season. I look forward to seeing this and hope Canadian TV gets it sooner rather than later.

I've only started watching regularly in the last few months or so. I haven't noticed any obvious changes since the last time I watched on a regular basis (probably around the time of Ken's original run). What am I missing?
-
Maybe the tears will wash off whatever god-awful painted-on mess she has going on with her eyebrows. When her face was screwed up with tears/relief over finding Jee, they looked almost cartoonish.
-
I admit I only half-watch these days, but I completely missed that. Thanks! It was odd, because even though they make her do foolish things at time, they rarely make her do anything dumb. I really, REALLY do not need a whole separate show happening in Texas with characters I don't care about. I swear they are just testing the waters before either writing Eddie & Co out altogether, or having he and Buck finally live together. (But there was only one bed!!!!)

^^^ This. Doesn't JLH ever get tired of crying? Also, why would Athena park her vehicle directly under the car hanging off the parking garage? So stupid.

Not this week as much, but last time there were several 'randomizers' that could've taken her on.
