  1. He could be forced into treatment at any age, if his Father can show the court that he is a danger to himself or others. He is considered a tenant at will. It doesn't matter if he's paid any rent or not.
  2. Max has homestead rights. You cannot just rip the roof off someone's head. His Father would need to go through the eviction process if he owns the house. If he's renting, and contacts his landlord, the landlord could figure it's just easier to evict them both. Honestly, if Max's Dad calls the police and tells them that he's using drugs in the house, they probably wouldn't even show up to do a search. What they would do is tell him that it's a civil matter, and that he needs to go through the court to evict him. If he really wants him out he could report his drug use to his probation officer, and if a drug screen is positive he'll go to court for a probation violation, then possibly prison, depending on what his sentence is. Or, he could file a police report, and try to obtain a restraining order, if it's granted then Max would have to leave, but then he could not have any contact with his son. I can't see him doing that. I agree with everyone in that I doubt Max knows that he has rights, I'm sure he doesn't know that his Dad cannot just kick him out, throw his clothes outside, or wait until Max leaves and change the locks. I would hope his Father wouldn't do this. He's the only person on his side, and Max really needs him now. Like every state, Arizona has an involuntary commitment law. Max's Dad could petition the court to order Max to rehab, if it can be shown that he's a danger to himself, or others. It's not easy to show though. It's a sad situation, and he shouldn't be on a television show.
  3. I hate when people call addicts "druggies". Max is a kid and he's sick. He has an addiction, and he really needs more help than talking to that counselor. I hope that Max can somehow get clean, stay clean, and turn his life around. I don't believe that will happen without an inpatient rehab program. The worst thing that could happen would be for him to fail another drug test, and end up in prison. Drug counseling in prison is minimal, and it's way too easy to get drugs behind bars. I feel bad for Max, you can see in his eyes that he's lost right now. In the pic on the top there is still life/light in his eyes. In the pic on the bottom, he looks like he feels hopeless.
  4. Yes. Tylor and Laura. Maybe Caelan should enlist in the service like Tyler did (Navy). Tylor and Laura married, and are expecting their 2nd child in October.
  5. The only legal channel he has to go through is to call the cops if his Dad tries to kick him out.
  6. Max has legal residence at the house. His Father can't simply kick him out. He would need to go through the steps to evict him. That's if his Father owns the house, I don't know how it works if he's renting.
  7. Judging by her grammar, I think Danielle should have repeated a grade in school.
  8. It's private kindergarten, at the same place where she attended preschool. How are Ava and Olivia identical twins, but they have such a difference in height?
  9. I completely disagree here. I don't think her family is doing anything to make him feel welcome. From her Brother insisting on "keeping an eye on him", and telling him in his best alpha male voice "you need me, you need me a lot", to her Father totally blowing him off during the family dinner. When welcoming someone from another culture, it's polite to offer them something to eat that they're familiar with. Not some disgusting piece of fish that's staring at you while they pull the head off. You have to listen to her Brother commenting on the brains being soft, then they expect you to take a big bite. They're doing nothing to put him at ease, or he wouldn't be so incredibly nervous. When he arrived at Fidel's house, after introductions, he should have immediately been shown to his room, and given a chance to rest and clean up, after so many hours of travelling. I think he's been very polite, given the circumstances. The one thing he did wrong was not bringing a gift for Akinyi.
  10. Do your boobs hang low? Do they wobble to and fro? Can you tie 'em in a knot? Can you tie 'em in a bow?........... Sorry, in an odd mood tonight. 🙂 When Akinyi and Ben arrived at her parent's home, as soon as they walked through the door, she said to Ben "you've met Fidel" or something like that, so Ben walked over to shake his hand, and get a seat next to him. If the Mother was the most important person there, then she should have addressed her Mother FIRST. Then she says in her TH that he was being rude. Bitch, he was following your lead. She also should have told him to bring a gift, she knew they'd be going there. She could also have had the car stop on the ride from the airport, so Ben could get a gift for her Brother. She knew he wouldn't have one, since staying at her Brother's was a complete surprise to him. She's doing nothing to actually help him, and if I were him I would be a bit pissed about it.
  11. I thought she looked like an Amy Winehouse impersonator.
  12. As someone who HATES fish (and chicken), if I had watched him pull the head off that fish, THEN suggest that I eat the brains, I would have vomited all over their floor. Akinyi said special food for guests was fish or chicken, and to refuse it would be disrespectful since it costs so much money. It seems as though chicken would be cheap since they're running around on the streets, how hard could it be to catch one? As a host, I would never want someone to eat something that they didn't like. I would feel terrible knowing they were gagging it down just to be "respectful". That's bullshit. If I were Ben I would head over to the Air B&B, grab a nice steak from a restaurant, and get some REAL sleep. Then I would count Akinyi as just a friend, and have her play tour guide for the duration of my stay, if she would. Pressure off, they might have some fun.
  13. Except he wouldn't be able to scream with her sitting on his face. Enjoy your breakfast...You're welcome. 😉
  14. Probably what happened to Caesar regarding the airline ticket is that the initial transaction went through just fine. Then it got bumped to the fraud division at the bank because it was a ticket purchased from the US for a ticket from the Ukraine to Cancun. The bank reversed the charge on Caesar's behalf, and the reservation was then cancelled by the airline. Were the candy undies opened on the bed? Did he get the munchies? Is he trying out the underwear? Inquiring minds... Tim is either a drama queen, or he's completely clueless. He needs to learn to shut up about Veronica, and any past girlfriends. Sometimes omissions and little white lies are the kindest things to do. There wasn't ANY REASON for him to mention to Jenniffer that Veronica called him to make sure he made it there safely. JUST SHUT UP! For people saying that he used to be a woman, I don't see how that would be possible with the VERY deep voice he has. He's just a girly man, who unfortunately has BO in the morning, according to Jenniffer.
  15. Aw man...I was eating! Ben!! You're going to meet the "love of your life", and you couldn't do something about this situation? If you scroll down just right, so that his head is hidden, it looks like a man's chest.....with no nipples.
  16. Not to mention standing up on the front bench seat of the car, never wearing a helmet while bike riding, being driven around by parents who were hammered, and so many other things. We're lucky we really did survive, many didn't. The crib bumpers they make these days are made of mesh, and are breathable.
  17. Really. I don't like my sex to be sticky. Dirty, yes......but not sticky. Plus, then you have to change the sheets before you can sleep, it's just too much work. Then again, maybe I'm just getting old. 🙂 About Ben staying at the Brother's house...I would be PISSED if I were looking forward to getting some rest at a nice air-conditioned, comfortable Air B&B, and then I got stuck at that place with her Brother. I would NOT be able to hide my pissed-offedness. I thought Ben did a pretty good job of being calm about it. I think the present Ben should have brought her is some anti-perspirant. She had large, wet, pit stains on her dress.
  18. I cannot stand Grandpa Tim. I hate that man.
  19. I don't believe they said he had a drug problem too, and I didn't mean that drugs changed his brain, I meant the actual addiction itself. Although Tiffany should keep a close eye on him, since addicts sometimes trade one addiction for another. My Step-Father was an alcoholic, and once he stopped drinking he became a gambling addict. I agree with everything you said about the poor decisions they've made since he's left rehab.
  20. The intolerance shown here for someone with an illness is really disheartening. Addiction is an illness, and one that can cause the person battling it to do things they NEVER would do had they not been in its grip. To put it very simply, addiction changes your brain. As far as we know Ronald lived a crime free existence before his addiction took over, and he's lived one since becoming "clean". Hearing him referred to as a criminal, or even worse, a loser, tells me that there are a lot of people here who have never known an addict in real life, and know absolutely nothing about addiction. We really should be rooting for him to remain strong in his recovery. It was probably not the right time for them to try for a baby. Having a baby is extremely stressful for even a healthy person. I wish them luck. I love Daniel.
  21. Ratched. So sorry, it's just a pet peeve. 🙂 Last season we had Melissa without a pre-meeting interview, and she actually DID show up for Ricky. This season we have Maria without a pre-meeting interview. Perhaps we'll all be very surprised when Maria shows up in Cancun for Caesar.
  22. I've owned a boat for years, so I'll tell you that when you first start out, after getting through the 5 mph, no wake zones, you have to slowly get the boat up to a certain speed for it the plane out. This is the point where it goes from the bow being way up in the air to leveling off in the water. It allows the boat to ride over its bow wave, and makes for a safer and more comfortable ride. If you listen carefully you'll hear that it's exactly what Pop Pop was telling him to do. They weren't in any danger, and Zoey saying "don't die" was just Zoey being Zoey. Lol The only danger I saw was that Bill and Jen weren't wearing life vests. I think I heard Bill say once that he and Jen are not swimmers, but they're grow adults, so it's up to them. Bill and Jen are in trouble, once you start boating you always want a bigger boat. We started with a boat that size, and now we have a boat that we stay on for a week at a time.
