Danielle was like Carrie Underwood to me - I like them much more after the show than during. Both have excellent pitch and great vocals, but little to no stage presence. Their performance skills improved greatly after the shows. Maybe Sawyer will do the same. That girl in the song is not literally on fire, Koryn. She is not being burned on a stake like a witch. I'm surprise nobody told her to take the angst down a notch.

Does the final vote this season include cumulative itunes votes? Unless all the x10 bonus amounts to only <15% of the total votes from other methods, I don't see how he could lose at this point. No matter what he does. So... c'mon Sawyer, She Bangs!

Why does Jacquie sound so much like Avril in that song? It's especially obvious on all the "life" in the lyrics. Michelle reminds me of Ingrid Michaelson's. Both their live shows always seem so fun and engaging.

These singers can't win haha. If they stand still and sing, they are too stiff or boring. If they hide behind their guitar, they will be labelled WGWG. If they command the stage, they are too theatrical. :p I actually wanted Kimberly to sing Aguilera's Walk Away, with full theatrics... but what Christina had on that song during her Stripped Tour probably is too "TV-MA" for the show's rating(?). That was one smoking hot performance, and probably my favorite from the tour. Or if she's due for a "stand there and just sing" song, I nominate David Cook's Permanent.

Next week, Koryn will get the song Jesus Christ Superstar. Might as well, right? And Sawyer will sing She Bangs and still reach #2 on itunes.

Pharrell lost both Luke and DaNica in the Top 8 week. The show eliminated 3 that week - Ryan was the other one eliminated, with Chris getting the Twitter Save. The following week was a Top 5. That was a weird format, all for the sake of the Wildcard, I think. In season 5, Ceelo lost his last singer, Caroline, in the Top 8 week. So I guess Adam is still in the running for the record haha. Goooo Adam! *smirk*

I was meh about Koryn until tonight. Wow she killed it! Tonight's Koryn reminds me of Kimberley Locke (AI season 2). Finally a good song choice. Did she chose it or was it Pharrell? Fits her more than those power women songs she's been singing. Tessanne did Whitney justice back in season 5, but I think she was the only one on Voice who did. Everytime someone sings A Song For You... without fail, I went on Youtube for Elliot Yamin's version. I can't help it!

Song choice clearly isn't everything if your name is Sawyer. I mean, #3 on itunes for that turd. I even prefer the faux punk princess version to his. (in case that wasn't obvious, I'm talking about Avril) Why is Pharrell so bad at picking songs for his team?

Yea I hear ya. I was okay about Hannah's spirit cleansing hula hoop dance during the audition, but after the first time, it became like too much of a tryhard schtick. It got old faster than Sia's non-face.

Aww. Nathan got the short end of the Jonas stick. I guess Lowell had the edge because his Jonas song is more popular/familiar. The two "older" ladies, both had the death slot in their respective night... looks like we'll be saying goodbye to them tomorrow. :(
