  1. My strange observation: Does No collar Jenn Brown remind ANYONE else of Amy Steel from Friday the 13th Part 2? I was racking my brain trying to decide who she looks/sound like and them it came to me......it's GINNY!
  2. Loved the entire episode. Doris really moved me. The highlight though was seeing the wonderful Mary Kay Place again! I've loved her since her Mary Hartman days! And I still listen to Baby Boy every now and then!
  3. I hope Untucked will be on the DVD set and that the episodes will be unblurred! I'm glad they uncensor the language on the DVDs. I guess the line "You've got shemail" is gone forever due to last season's transgender brouhaha.
  4. Actually in 2015 Eileen turns 56 and Kim turns 51. Eileen is stunningly beautiful!
  5. Thanks, EB!
  6. I was sad to hear the show's ratings are in the toilet. Personally I love it as I am starved for gay entertainment that's not porn. I have heard that Girls has already been renewed for another season. Any word on Looking? Off topic but I have heard Shameless has a gay storyline that I'm curious about. I've never seen the show. Are there any Looking/Shameless fans who would recommend it? I guess that's a dumb question cause I would assume if you're a Shameless fan you'd recommend the show!
  7. I feel VERY old (I'm 55) because I didn't recognize any of the costumes. Well, I know what a glitter fairy is...And Sonny & Cher, of course. I thought Dom looked hot as usual. And damn if Agustin's not growing on me this season.
  8. Loved the entire Agustin visits Eddie sequence especially dancing and kissing to CeCe Peniston's Finally, one of my all time favorite dance songs! Loved Richie's prima, Ceci. She was awesome and hilarious!
  9. Best thing about this episode for me was hearing Patsy Cline's She's Got You at the closing credits. I love Patsy!
  10. Mrs Mondello was one of my favorite characters. I thought the actress was a hoot!
  11. I'm currently finishing up season 5 (1961-1962). I just watched The Yard Birds where Wally and Beaver had to clean up the yard and garage and Eddie and Lumpy leave all the stuff in someone's vacant lot instead of the city dump. Chaos ensues. I'm amazed that each season of Beaver contained 39 episodes. And that new shows ran well into the month of June. Tony Dow was certainly handsome. I also find Hugh Beaumont to be a very attractive man. Beaver gets on my nerves as he ages. I never realized that Larry Mondello and Judy were on so few episodes. When I was a kid watching the reruns it seemed as if they were on every show. Not so...
  12. I was a big Blair fan. I knew Lisa (and Julie Piekarski) from the new Mickey Mouse Club (1977). I enjoyed watching her on Survivor. I don't always agree with her religious beliefs but I truly believe she's sincere.
  13. Just got my complete series set. I realize I've never even seen the majority of these episodes so I'm in for a treat. I was in college and starting my career when the series originally ran (1979-1988) so I only watched it sporadically. I just wish the set were closed captioned. I watched the bonus featurette. I wonder why Nancy didn't participate. Hard to believe THAT is already 9 years old (2006). I was a Blair and Jo fan. I came to like Tootie and Natalie but I remember not liking the way Tootie talked (delivered her lines) or the way Natalie laughed at her own jokes. I realize after watching the featurette that she had zero acting experience when she got the part. Also never knew Tootie always wore roller skates in season 1 to make her taller; nothing minstrel show about it. Not that I would ever have originally thought that until another poster mentioned it.
  14. I can't wait to get the complete series box set but I plan to wait a bit to see if I can find a better price than $125.00.
  15. I enjoyed the episode enough. I am starving for gay entertainment that isn't porn so I'm a pretty easy lay as someone else said above. Actually my favorite part of the whole show was hearing Sister Sledge's Lost In Music again. When dance music still had a groove.....
