I don’t recall hearing about either’s income. I assumed Paige brought in more for some reason. Why believe anything Chris has to say? Sometimes I think these little scenarios are partially scripted. So I don’t care much. They edit to mislead. LOL! Last thing they should be permitted to do is be late all the time and then barge into conversation. Chris would probably have included the two in his apology. Just a mistaken pairing if uou believe producers had any intention of making good matches. Not sure I do. Back to comment two. Not sure wasn’t production call. Ted Bundy perhaps? Haley said she was starting to like him. Kind of got lost. Five days in. Good Lord, Haley and especially Jacob, at least give it another week before the complaining and self doubt starts. i am a little worried about Victor. Commented last show something off/dark about him. Know mentioned moody. Hope he’s not Jekyll/Hyde. Great socially but moody, irritable s at home. Finally, scene with Ryan and Clara was so revealing They’ve discussed her talk-a-thons. I loved that He’s smart, observant, considers before speaking I can see him falling for her It’s obvious to me he likes her and thinking before talking important to him Even if don’t stay together, he’s good for her IMO 🌹 I do not trust anything this season Too many train wrecks. Too many set ups. And zero counseling

Erik came with an earnest desire to find a forever partner. MAFS is no longer that program. He doesn’t want a second divorce. I am sad for him.

Jake - I’m in his corner tonight I heard first conversation between them. Maybe too little to judge yet. Eric typical popular guy who got the popular girl. But some hanky panky maybe? Why he’s so adamant about sexual attraction? Who knows? He might be good for her. She’s headed down a challenging path. I love Clara and Ryan. I see tolerance, good conversations, questions, and attraction. Her lack of “tidyness” and disorganization may be a deal breaker.

I keep thinking she’s coming around and then she shoots a look after Jake tells group they’re good. I don’t think she likes him very much. Hope it changes. Did not like the onion test at all. He’s sort of eighties robo. I’d actually like to see more of them. Producers so tricky in their scene selections. Nice observation. I think she’s really insecure. Constant drinking and hyper behavior, she avoids thinking and feeling. I don’t think he sees that. Seems she’s trying to chill and he’s sure not picking up her somewhat disdainful vibe. I didn’t like the testing remark. Narcissistic is perfect. And then he leaves Paige by herself in the group get together? OMG! He still doesn’t get it. Obviously one of production crew stopped action to ask Paige to get dressed again on Filter. She was clearly uncomfortable. Her wardrobe for the show was a huge improvement. Good taste and elegant IMO.

Yes. Agree that is an issue. An important question that should have been asked before matching. Or have been on questionnaire. Clara came from family of preachers didn’t she?

I think his mom is on to him and she’s on to his dad as well. She flashes looks but doesn’t say to much. She hasn’t made excuses for him as i recall. I’m on the fence whether to keep watching. What brings me back are the prior successes and authentic people mostly. Not every case of course. But this group feels like a ship headed for shoals. And the producers have either written in some of these scenes or purposely mismatched. Chris is a mental case. Virginia needs therapy. Either counseling or AA or both. I’m waiting for ball to drop re Vincent. Just a vibe right now. But hoping not. Jake has spent too much time alone. He’s needs to get out of his own head and into Hayleys. Love Ryan and Clara so far. But I will quit watching if this show turns into the kind of trash like marrying millions and housewives from everywhere. Sorry for rant but experiencing huge disappointment. A prediction: Dr. Pepper will not be back next year. An integrity issue. Added: I like The Unfiltered segments. And I like Jaime. I think she asks good questions and relates well. 😍

I thought her dress was fine. Her hair not as much. And honestly I though out of make up she was most beautiful. Such a fresh and healthy face. Same with Clara

Chris mom did a side glance to whomever sitting next to her was a litle disgusting in my not so objective eye. I wonder if he shares all the passages about sex to his wife to move her along. Does Chris have siblings? Something wrong with daddy.

I think combination of age and maybe experience. Knows trying to make conversation in this situation is risky. He’s got what- eight weeks to get to know her? Except for steak and eggs everyday, he’s growing on me. He wasn’t shy or needy that last scene.

I’m going to quit judging first several shows. I actually like all of then except Virginia. She rubs me wrong way. They should NOT have been matched But who knows. I even like Paige a lot and have some hope for Chris. Haley and Jake are starting to seem well matched. Two quirky people. He seems to be loosening up and showing his humor. Have they added more commercials? Second hour feels like it or am I just tired of the noise? Seems like one long commercial

This match angers me. He came seriously looking for a second try. Of all people, they should have matched him with somebody sensible. I think Haley would have been good match. Both ready settle down. Unless these are actors, it has become an abusive show. I’m serious. I do not like such bad matches. (One thing, though. I actually liked Olivia’s match last season. But he did need more help from “experts”. I think she had some issues too. But I liked both. ) I really want a very insecure Clara to pull it together and let it happen. They don’t get as much counseling these days. Dr Pepper is very good and did a lot of work when young in sex research getting more focus. But you don’t see her much at all anymore. i watch bc I want couples to be successful.

I think similarly. Her response biggest fear is he won’t fall in love with her. Revealing. He was obviously struck by the rapid sincere response. IMO, she’s Add. May talk him to death. I like both. Would like yo see them make it. But, Clara, you seriously need to slow it down or get some meds.

Chris and Paige were my pick fir least likely to stay together bc he comes off as controlling snd she doesn’t radiate much “happy”. His negativity sticks out like a suit at Yasgers farm. Maybe that’s why experts seemed so phony this time. Hearts weren’t in it. Not fair to match badly intentionally. Favorite as of today Vincent and Briana. Erik and Virginia seem well matched but since Erik’s first divorce bc he was gone too much, whats changed? Virginia isn’t going to want to sit around waiting for hubby. I think Karen is high maintenance. And Miles, who i like very much, may border on cloying. I think they’re made for each other and in a good way. Hoping Olivia and Brett work out. She didn’t say no children. Just later. I think Christine is trying with Henry. IMO, he’s turning out to be judgmental -insecure and finding fault with other couples. That’s a bad sign. It’s not about them Henry. It’s about you and Christine.

I’m personally curious to see how much weight Henry gains by end of season. He eats compulsively to avoid talking or engaging. This must be a therapy season.

Amelia wants kids and her biological clock is ticking. And she’s got a lot residency to do. No lark IMO. More like trying to get on with life while still meeting big commitments. I hope they make it.

Didn’t you see him twitching during brunch with mom? He was totally self conscious. I don’t see the high idle. Just the tragic self consciousness.

She said med school. If vet I think she would have said veterinary school. She will need to do residency somewhere and I’m curious about that.
