I'm re-watching Aladin and Laura on the beach episode, and on one of the commercials, she's talking about how she wishes they could have kids by doing jiggy-jiggy together. It just suddenly struck me as so insane that a woman her age could think - even for one split second - that a hot 29 year old guy would be interested in her for real. I'm around Laura's age, but fairly slim, fit, and put-together. I don't even expect men my own age to be interested, LOL. How do these women delude themselves so thoroughly? I'm genuinely curious what mix of desperation and sky-high self-esteem allows them to think that young attractive men could want them.

Oh, gosh, this is making me LOL like a loon. I think maybe Tom has a little mischievous sense of humour under that bland, reserved exterior. Kind of like he's winking to the viewers. First thing that came to me seeing this pic was: "That's a chip up the nose, I'm afraid" (A Fish Called Wanda). 😄

It amazes me how clueless and/or in denial some people can be about the junk they feed their bodies. I know habits are hard to break, but heavy sugary drinks seem to be a no-brainer to cut out of the diet. Maybe I'm just too judgey. 😕

Not a bad guess. But if Tim is trans, wouldn't that be the first thing he tells a prospective fiance before he flies thousands of miles to her country to meet? Also, he said he was a nerdy teen and "the last guy any girl would go out with" in high school. A bit confusing.

Darcey should be HAPPY that he got her a separate room. I'd be livid if a guy was so presumptuous as to book only one room the first time we met.
