Everything you wrote is 100 percent correct. I didn't even think of it while watching, but yes. "Grief whoring" is the perfect description of this. As if ANYTHING about training camp, being a DCC, etc. should be in the same conversation as something as tragic as losing three friends all at once at such a young age. If anything, all it does is emphasize the complete frivolity of cheering in the NFL.

OMG, the Abigail worship is ridiculous. Why don't they at least have a group shot up there? Why just her? She wasn't the best dancer. She's gorgeous, yeah, but come on.

Didn't notice her jeans, but I LOVED the earrings she was wearing in the office visit scene. And do all the girls wear the same crystal button earrings? They all look similar.

She looks to me like she has one of those super-toned stomachs that almost bulges with muscle. So it's probably just that certain camera angles make her look bloated, but she's not.

I agree she would have been an ambassador risk for sure. But that first season, she seemed fine. I was rooting for her that season. The WORST. Or the shots of them patting their audition stickers into place between their boobs. Ugh... I think CMT eventually realized who their audience is, and it's not primarily men.

Season 5. Why do I have no memory of this super cheesy calendar reveal party where they had the life-size cut-outs of the girls in their swimsuits? But what a stunning squad that year.

She should’ve made it her first year. She was good and looked great. But she really got caught up in the “fame” her second year. Her face is gorgeous though. I never understood why Judy said she wouldn’t turn heads at the mall.

She looks pretty thin to me. Any thinner, and she'd look unhealthy. Is it just the angle making some of the bellies look big though?
