And compounding it was Charlotte afterwards saying something along the lines that Kat was disinterested in the interview instead of acknowledging she was attacked by Brenda and it threw her off her game. I see the same type of thing happening this season. They create the situation and then disavow any responsibility for it. “Hey Madeline we’re going to mean girl you and make you feel like you’re horrible and a bad teammate then we will pile on when you can’t hold it all together the next night”. “Dayton let’s drum into you that being a legacy doesn’t make you special but for the love of all that’s holy be perfect because you’re a legacy...and don’t mind us while we only apply this to you”. End rant. With the weird Kristen edit, if it had actually gone down like that, she probably walked out telling her peeps I may or may not have been cut...I’m really not sure so I’ll just go back tomorrow and see what happens...

Miranda - they choppy edited telling her about Kitty’s comment but they definitely did if you piece it all together. It shows how much sway she still has and the girls know she has. I realized tonight part of Kelli’s tight dress issue is the mike shoved down the back of it pulling the material over her chest and middle tighter. Not a flattering look. Based on the level of mean in this episode, maybe someone finally gave Kelli the feedback that we all think she’s too nice. They just didn’t use their out loud voice when they said the “to Victoria” part.

Watching this weeks episode and I’m now beginning to believe the reason the swimsuits and cameo pictures were all so bad is that what we have is a collective eyesight problem. It started a few episodes ago with “who is that” in the studio and now it’s “this brunette whoever that is?” “Is that Brennan I’m watching? Whoever it is they’re hitting it”

For me it starts with the fact that she’s all one blah color tone. Her hair, skin, eyes. She needs some contrast to make her pop. Plus I loved Judy’s be messy feedback to her. That’s when she’s at her best.

Her heartbreak was so 100% real I bawled right along with her.

Tonight’s random thought while watching the show...I recently watched a Friends marathon. If you look at the first season, they were very pure and real. By the last season, they’d become caricatures of those original characters. This is what has happened for me on MTT. Kitty and Kelli have become caricatures, exaggerated versions, of themselves. Now back to the show.

We actually saw Lily and Amber in the same show. It’s like a Thursday miracle.

Rewatching the episode and here are a few off the beaten path thoughts as I do: I had my back to the tv when Tess talked and she sounded so much like Paula from Colombia I whipped around. I just watched that season not long ago. Maybe it’s the deeper tone. Christinas hair is too corporate America and adds to the standoffish not approachable vibe she can give off. She needs fluffy wavy approachable hair. Taylor has a very intense stare as she’s talking about her relationship with contemporary. I wonder if it’s always that intense. It was freaking me out. I love all of their genuine reactions while doing the injury prevention segment. I think I can bring it from the back now thanks to Travis’ feedback. I really found all his comments to the dancers useful and less vague than we usually here. Whoa - Madeline almost kicks Tara in the face when the vets are doing the contemporary routine Malena can’t recover from mistakes and that’s just not going to work as a DCC. Jalyn on the other hand had a great recovery. theres something going on with DCC Kelli’s eyes that ages her a lot. hey there’s Lily - now that I know what she looks like, way easier to spot her ;)

First the swimsuit shots and now these. How do you make beautiful young women look varying degrees of old, lopsided, snarling, startled, and ordinary?

I love a project! If I googled the right Caroline, her dad is Jon and played in the NBA. Her moms maiden name is Gilmore. And there’s no wedding of record for her. So...I’m guessing it’s her middle name because of some reason that hasn’t yet been shared with google. Or I just learned about some random Caroline Sundvold.
