  1. Anthony is tired of doing everything for her and not being able to eat what he wants. Interesting.
  2. Finally! Sending her to a nutritionist and a lymphedema specialist!
  3. She's backsliding. No surprise. Chicken nuggets, yogurts, and lemonade. Three boxes of chocolates? No.
  4. Put her in the hospital, Dr. Now! She should clearly be receiving intravenous antibiotics for the cellulitis.
  5. Woo hoo! She lost 88 pounds! I'm rooting for her.
  6. It's a hotel/motel that allows long-term (either weekly or month-to-month) rentals. Since it sounds like she owns her home in Ohio, it makes sense for them.
  7. She is someone else who probably needs to travel via ambulance. Someone who doesn't move without having a place to stay? Really? Impressive. The cheating because she's sick has me worried. 45 or 46 I believe.
  8. She should have been admitted to the hospital in Houston. That ride there and back did her in. I don't understand why she's not in the hospital now.
  9. They just threw her in the back of the van with no cushioning, huh? At least she isn't screaming "Ow! Mah laygs!" every 2 seconds.
  10. Exactly. As loathsome as I find James, it's not my job to deem him unworthy of assistance. Also, he's most likely on social security disability, not cash welfare. He's totally disabled due to his weight. Even if he manages to get the surgery, as someone else mentioned, he's destroyed his body, so he most likely wouldn't be able to work. It's a sad case of his own making.
  11. On rewatch, the change in his cellulitis from beginning to end was alarming. He is deteriorating before their eyes, yet Lisa keeps on feeding him. Incredible.
  12. I'm sorry you've had to deal with that. It sounds terrible.
  13. I imagine the EMTs were reluctant to give him anything at his size. Considering his CHF, that's probably a smart move.
  14. Rewatching this, I wonder if the insurance denied him because he's tried and failed at a weight loss program before. I'm sure it was just them being greedy, but seeing how so many people sacrificed for him to squander it all just irks my spirit.
  15. Since it's a bacterial infection, I think draining them might make it spread. You've got to get the infection under control first. My understanding is once you get cellulitis, it's easier to keep getting it.
  16. Me, too, SandyQ. I guess we're gluttons for punishment. I do like how Dr. Now never yells at the children, even when they are grown. He always zeroes in on the parents and/or partner.
  17. I left the tv on after James's train wreck, and these people on Skin Tight annoy me. Holly also looks way older than 33. Way older.
  18. No life insurance company will touch him. It's so hard to watch this episode, especially since I just saw Nikki's. What a contrast.
  19. I'm trying to figure out how ordering food is cheaper than getting a cab/Uber/Lyft each way to the grocery store once a week. No matter how you do it, the math doesn't work. I'm on a budget right now because of financial reasons, and the first thing we cut is takeout. I miss it, and I'm tired of eating my own cooking, but the math doesn't work out.
  20. When does she have time to clean? If she goes out of sight, he might need something. And she can't be away from him lest he start braying like a donkey. I wonder if she stuck it out so long because she broke up her marriage for him. I want James's dad to have given Lisa and Bayley the money they spent on the ambulance so they can get intensive therapy.
  21. This guy needs to be in an inpatient eating disorder facility for 12-18 months. Otherwise, he's going to die.
  22. Someone needs to give all these EMTs and nurses bonuses. They're going to throw their backs out. Screw him saying the nurse is reading the scale wrong.
  23. They had to drag Dr. Now out of the office. Wow. "I'm on a new mattress, so it's making my back stick out, too!" - I'm done.
  24. I had to come out of lurkdom to comment on this train wreck. James is the worst. The absolute worst one I've ever seen. Not even Penny made Edgar sleep on the floor at night to tend to her needs. I want Lisa and Bayley to leave whether he walks or not and never come back
  25. This was a pretty "meh" episode for me. I'm glad Rayna and Luke broke up. That needed to happen in the season premiere. It was never a good relationship to start. Avery and Juliette - I like them, but I think getting married was a bit much. They've barely gotten back into friends and co-parents, now they're hitched? That's the one thing I don't like about their relationship. It's all about extremes. I just feel for the girls. Even though Maddie is obnoxious, it must be hard having two self-involved parents. Good for Teddy realizing how pathetic he is. Now if only he'd end up in the pool with Layla. Will should, too. They either need to pull the trigger on his storyline, or ditch him.
