Hey, y'all! Finally made a live chat for this season. My eating habit was homemade spaghetti and meatballs and iced tea. I'm getting a brownie with ice cream soon.

Just popping in to say hi. It seems I didn't miss much this week. Playing trivia online with my friends was much more interesting.

Now Dottie couldn't stay in Houston because of her son, but she left him with friends for a few days to "clear her mind"? And she's smoking again (I never believed she stopped) and overeating. It's a mess. I feel for Landon because she's smothering him.

Dottie gained 26 pounds in a month? And saying she's still doing "good"? These folks are delusional. Dr. Now is a better person than me because he really tries to get through to them.

Ugh. I can't stand her. I ended up hating her at the end of her episode, and I still hate her. She uses those children as an excuse for everything, and it's not fair. Her children asked her to stay in the program, but she's still eating fast food and lying about her issues. She needs therapy badly, but whatever she's hiding that she doesn't want to talk about must be terrible for her Dottie...the less said about her, the better. Like Cynthia, there's an excuse for everything, and none of it is her fault.

My friend the psychologist said something similar about BPD. Meds don't help, and they're particularly resistant to therapy. It's one of the few types of patients that my friend refuses to treat because it's too much.

She reminds me of so many assholes I know in real life who double speak, fast talk, bully, and gaslight their way into getting what they want. She can't take any criticism. Starts yelling but says he's yelling. Curses at the doctor. And is just a generally nasty person. BPD yeah, but the narcissism is also shining through. She's just a terrible person. Also, I absolutely hate it when people bleat about others being "disrespectful" because they're usually the most disrespectful in the room. Ugh.

Whew. She's a mess. She's an entire mess. BPD is very difficult to treat, so I have zero hope of her ever making any meaningful change.

They can't get groceries because they're homeless, but they can splurge out on a restaurant meal? I get not having a fridge and stove, but they could get a cooler and ice and keep things like boiled eggs, grilled chicken, and salad for a couple days. Most fresh fruit doesn't require refrigeration. I know fruit isn't big on the list, but it's a damn sight better than eating a crispy chicken sandwich and downing a gigantic soda. It's also cheaper. How lazy can you be that you only tried to get housing twice then gave up? Why did he even bother?

He did. He referred them to a homeless shelter and talked about subsidized housing. They just don't seem to have done anything about it until the end.

Imagine opting to sleep in the van so you can eat more. This dude is a lost cause.
