  1. A scented pair of dice. What did Darlene have going for her, when she went down with appendicitis in the Slice of Life?
  2. Answered at the same time...
  3. I don't think it's ever mentioned, is it? Or would we know just based on hearing it? I just recently watched this episode and do not remember names of songs.....trying not to leave yours hanging as well.
  4. T is for Thick, like Dan’s world famous chocolate chip milkshakes. Thick thick, medium thick, or thin thick?
  5. Pink Squirrels What are Dan’s 3 versions of milkshakes?
  6. P for Pancake, for which Roseanne needs another shot of.
  7. Earwax Gold, lol. What did Roseanne make, when Chip’s parents came for dinner, because yuppies love it?
  8. I'm not even going to pretend like I know the answer. I just queued up my DVR and watched the episode. I'm sorry if that's cheating, it was a GREAT question mmmfloorpie. Answer: Daises in the Wind Question: What were the lottery numbers that won the Conner's their millions from Heaven?
  9. D for Dresses, many of which Darlene tried on, but Roseanne ended up liking the first one she ever tried on.
  10. I've been thinking about this one since last night. It is a hard one!
  11. Vanessa, I think. What was Leon’s job when he showed up at the Lunchbox for the first time?
  12. Y for Yellow, the color of corn, which is rumored to have been mentioned or seen in every episode of Roseanne. I've been checking in the reboot. I haven't seen anything or heard anything yet. In fact instead of saying "that's why we put marshmallows on yams" they totally need to say something about corn instead. Wishful thinking.
  13. X for the X-rated dreams Dan had about Marge Doleman.
  14. Norbert Walsch (SP?) "Does your mom still call you Norby?" From the same episode: What did Ziggy call Becky after she mistakenly called his Harley a Honda?
  15. Grrr. I can't remember if it's an Orthodontist or a Dermatologist. Camelot? It's shown in "Toto, We're Not in Kansas Anymore" that Becky has pet hamsters. What are their names?
  16. Yep! Because her father came from Arkansas. (I even had to say it like Jackie while I typed it. Lol) Speaking of Crystal: It is revealed in the episode with Crystal’s bridal shower that she lost her virginity in a car with what song playing?
  17. As Hans the Hare at Edelweiss Gardens. What did Darlene do to catch DJ peeping at Molly thru the bedroom window but instead found out it was David that was peeping after she confronted DJ?
  18. Their first mortgage, and then the 2nd one they took out to open up the bike shop. They used Bev and Nancy to fund the Lunchbox, so I don't believe they borrowed against the house for that. 2 mortgages with failing businesses is a lot to keep up with. Especially because interest rates back in the late 70's early 80's, or hell even when they took a 2nd one in the 90's, were not that good. If they've never refinanced, it's not implausible that they cannot pay off their mortgage(s) yet.
  19. Yep! A: a waffle bar Q: How many men did Jackie say she had slept with in the episode "Past Imperfect"?
  20. I'm not sure if anyone else on the forum is as game minded as I am (I love obscure unimportant trivia games) but I thought in addition to the alphabet game, we could start a trivia game. Rules work as such: The first person will ask a trivia question. The next person answers the trivia question, and then poses a new question for the next person to answer and so on. I'll start: Q: When Bev injures herself at the retirement community, what nickname do they give her? (Now the next person will answer this question and pose a new question, in the same post, to keep size down.) Have fun!
  21. U for Uber Driver, the job that Roseanne apparently holds now. Don't know about anyone else, but I totally want to see her interact with her Uber customers.
  22. As a long time fan of the show, yes. This is getting increasingly aggravating. However, I think the point of not name dropping at this point is to stop confusion with new viewers. Of course a simple "Your Dad Ed" or something to that affect would suffice for us long time viewers, but could still be confusing for new viewers. The producers are kind of in a catch 22 at this point regarding that. Too much info and the die-hards are bored. Too little info and the newbies don't have a clue what's going on.
  23. This. You can go right on thinking that your grandparents are stupid hillbillies, but to outright call your grandmother that? No. I am with the others that said they would have lost teeth, and it wouldn't have come from my grandmother. It would have come from my mother, because she wouldn't have given my grandmother a chance to react. Reminds me of the time I kept pretending to whip/flip my mom with a dishcloth and her telling me to try it and see what happens to me. I, being the cocky 14 year old I was, said "you can't catch me anyway old woman" and flipped her with the towel. She chased me towards my bedroom and body checked me thru the door. Wanna guess what I never did again? Although her "old woman my ass" retort afterwards was so Roseanne like it cracks me up when I think about it now.
  24. Agreed on the bitch comment, that’s why it never registered as verbal abuse for me. She didn’t call her a little bitch, she told her she was acting like a little bitch, and she was. The sink thing only bothered me because it’s a little off from what we know Roseanne to be. That isn’t something we saw her do to her children. People change over 20 years too, so there is that. Otherwise I didn’t view it as abuse. Most teenagers need knocked down a peg and this was a non-violent way of doing it. The only issue I had was with the spanking comment. I laughed because I happen to agree with it, but didn’t find it true to Roseanne. Considering her upbringing and freak out over spanking DJ back when, it was out of place. They have done a really good job so far with continuity, it doesn’t seem like this one would have been hard to avoid.
