  1. Maybe. I do think that the longer a woman goes without a mammogram the scarier it becomes, because now it's been______ years. Good on Heather for getting everyone to go. But I don't know why she thought this group actually cares about her, the way actual friends care about someone. Heather has never been a real friend to anyone in this group and vice versa.
  2. That's how the RHOOC started; rich women who specifically lived behind the gates at Coto de Caza (private gated community in OC) and basically followed them around. The common threads were neighbors. The outlier was Lauri who worked for Vicki, who sold insurance out of her home office and lived in her Cat Crap Condo outside the gates. But within a few years RH left, moved, fired or whatever and Tamra entered. She was cast as a suburban hw and lived in Ladera Ranch. From the get go she put everything on camera, including her failing marriage. Before long she was buddies with Vicki and attacking Gretchen for her gold digging relationship with a dying older man. So yeah, I'd say the fights started with Tamra. I'm not sure when BRAVO started putting the HWs in forced situations but RHONY started out that way. I am seriously embarrassed I know all this crap. I've never re-watched an episode but I have seen every one within a day it aired. And of course being on TWOP and then Primetimer made it fun. Still does.
  3. She volunteers for the L.A. Innocence Project and is raising three kids, which isn't nothing. Actually, I think volunteering for the Innocence Project is kind of amazing for the low low bar of RHOOC.
  4. Heather has always been a "love to hate" Real HW for me and I mean that in a fun way; Fancy Pants having a party but then roping off most of her house/ hotel to corral her guests and then tossing them ALL out before the Nobu catered dinner was was awesome snark material. Watching someone who believes she is better than EVERYONE have to muck out the horse stalls on a ranch vacation and then declare she is now thankful for all the little people with menial jobs because they make her fabulous possible, lol was an "Oh Heather" moment. Heather feeling the need to defend her imdb resume after slapping Taylor down for offering her an opportunity delighted me as well. But this Heather of the Manor, wannabe Beverly Hills HW, teaming up with the Trashbag Tamra is NOT enjoyable.
  5. The sliver lining for me is that Jansen the Jerk thought having his dumbdumb girlfriend bully Shannon would "make him look like a good guy". I've never thought he was a good guy but all this did imo, is remind viewers what a dick he can be to Shannon and make himself look terrible. I would not be a bit surprised if this was the sole reason he started dating Alexis. I'm sure getting back on the show was Alexis motivation to hook up with JJ. True love. *snort*
  6. Or, just wear sleeves.
  7. Good point @FozzyBear. They do this all the time- pretend conversations on camera are private. The dramatic leaving is something Tamra and Shannon have in common, although I don't think Shannon has ever stomped off into a hedge.
  8. I don't think she's embarrassed. But there is a big difference between renting a house and owning a house. In many RH franchise there are disparities of wealth. I've stopped watching all but this one and Beverly Hills but BH has some pretty big ones. And yet they are all over-privileged, self absorbed, ridiculous women. If we are lucky they are entertaining as well. Oh, and p.s. the Vickster is the only one of the RHOOC who made her own money from the start. Gina, Emily, Shannon, Katie, and Heather all married into money. I didn't count Tamra because I don't remember her divorce settlement from Simon but they lived in a regular house and he was a luxury car dealer or maybe a car salesman.
  9. Exactly. If I recall correctly Jim Bellino was ordered to pay Shannon's legal fees when he lost that lawsuit but by the sound of it (Shannon talking to Alexis in the beginning of the season) he has yet to do it.
  10. Hahaha I forgot about that. And while I am old enough to know what that is (and used it to research old newspaper articles back in the day) I would have no idea how to put something on the transparent card. Besides, I'm pretty sure you need a big old microfiche reader to look at it. Emily should have included Heather in the "Have you ever heard of Excel?" question. I guess one of Heather's many assistants organize/take care of all her computer work - much like she sends them on Starbucks runs etc.
  11. Those scraps of paper, lol, didn't look like she was keeping track in real time. More like @Dr Mama said, she most likely went through credit card statements when Jansen retained an attorney to get the money back. But even then it doesn't seem like it was really about the money since she offered a settlement. Anyone who's retained an attorney knows those fees often out pace the actual amount in dispute. And speaking of her "receipts" Shannon may be 60 but keeping track of stuff on crumpled notepad paper makes her look 90. I laughed as hard as Emily when she pulled them out.
  12. I can't think of a single thing Tamra has ever said that would ever help anyone.
  13. Noticing Jenn's D&G dress in Barneys (or wherever store it was) and not only checking the price tag but texting the info to Tamra was right on brand for Heather. How dare Jenn shop in the same store as Heather! Fuck off Snobby McSnob. And why is she counting Jenn's money now? I know it's not because she's "concerned" about her. The most laughable part for me was Tamra trying to be Heather and question how Gina would even know the French fashion brand Anne Fontaine. I had the same thought about Tamra, who I always picture living in a trailer. Heather and Tamra are quite the team of bullies.
  14. Jenn had a terrible divorce lawyer; it sounds to me like her ex used her "guilt" and naivete to get a really good deal. But it's done, and she got an orange. I agree she is in the most precarious position financially, especially since she really doesn't have any skills and has never supported herself.
  15. I usually hate watching that kind of confrontation, but I was cheering Jenn for FINALLY letting Tamra know she's had enough.
  16. Yep. Well, better than Tamra anyway. Shannon made a terrible, criminal choice one night and got caught. She got very lucky no one was hurt or killed. She faced the consequences of that behavior. If Shannon continues to drink on the show and even in Sonoma, it's not a crime until she gets behind the wheel. I suspect she eventually will face the personal and health consequences of that as well. On the other hand Tamra's behavior isn't criminal but has been consistently shitty for years. Just this week she's whining about being judged and hated on but spent a great deal of this season loudly and publicly being judgey and hating on Shannon. So no, Tamra has never been arrested but she's horrible to everyone eventually. Shannon has an arrest record but she also has an actual relationship with her daughters.
  17. Lol! They did say that! On WWHL so consider the source. Anyway, I think that thirsty famewhore would do the show for free. Or free glam.
  18. Does that mean she's going to stop her Podcast? Get off social media? Or is it just that filming for the show has ended for the season? Because being "judged and hated on" is exactly what she spend the whole season doing to Shannon. Ugh. She's gross.
  19. She's got the buzzwords down. But honestly, my reaction is "wah, wah, wah. I don't care Tamra." She needs to hire a better publicist because this SorryNotSorry post of hers is ridiculous. Also, maybe find a better therapist because if she's been seeing this one FOR YEARS it's not working. Then again, I'm not her target audience because, yeah I don't care about her tough year or therapy or whatever. I do however, appreciate getting all the info here. 🙂
  20. Agreed. But then he wouldn't have been able to torment, humiliate, and generally attack her, through Alexis, on TV. For a guy who supposedly didn't like being mentioned on camera he sure is getting his voice out there. A wise person once told me, "Never loan money to a friend or family member and expect to get it back. Consider that money a gift - although no need to declare that - and if you do get repaid, then bonus." If you can't afford to give it, then you can't afford to loan it. Some of the best money/relationship advice I ever received. The way Jansen has weaponized this situation is right on brand with the dick I know from seasons past.
  21. Wasn't Tamra an Ex-HW on her season of UGT? In fact, the whole cast were former HW members. So I think that maybe Tamra saw her participation on UGT as an audition for a second chance to hold an orange, which it apparently was, since she came back after that show. Even Tamra can be decent for five days if it might mean a return to ROOC. Not sure that version is her "real self" though.
  22. Yes. Katie did understand she COULD take a train from London to Paris but got hung up on discovering England was part of Great Britain which is an island country. Still, the lack of curiosity about a place she's going to visit says more than not knowing in the first place. I love the idea of watching these women trying to point out a destination on a map/globe.
  23. These OC HWs seem to constantly counting someone else’s money; Emily continuously obsessing over Jenn’ financials and now Tamra with Shannon’s bank account. I know these women have zero class by definition of being a HW but I don’t see the BH hws gossiping about money, unless maybe Erika’s ill gotten gains. Besides, that’s OUR job! 😁
  24. Same. At what point does she finally recognize her own privilege and decide to actually grow up and take some responsibly for herself, including her health, and her kids.
