I'm wondering the same things! As Gym Guy clearly talked with Dave about Amber, I'm sure Dave would have asked what does she look like or to see a picture of her. I also think there had to be a time when Gym Guy, Dave and Amber were all at the gym at the same time. Gym Guy wouldn't have had to introduce them, but he would have pointed Amber out to Dave. Something doesn't add up!

Since Dave and GymGuy were friends, I'm sure GymGuy would have shown Dave who Amber was as the gym. Are we to believe GymGuy talked all about Amber and Dave had never seen her at the fancy Lifetime Fitness?? (all before the wedding, of course)
