  1. The cowboy is at a dinner theater called Dixie Stampede. There are two, one in Branson, Missouri and the other in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. I've been to the one in PF. It's like a North/South rivalry in a rodeo while the audience eats. Dolly Parton is behind it. I have to admit the food is good.

  2. Everyone did look good I thought except Bohemian. Her hair looked scraggly and I didn't like her dress or shoes. The dress looked like a nightgown and the shoes just didn't match.

I thought MTS looked great except for that high swoop in the front of her hair. Other than that, really liked the dress and color on her and her make-up was very flattering on her.

She does look good, but the hair reminds me of Cameron Diaz's in There's Something About Mary.

  3. Hmmm, so Faith is now totally onboard with Herb and the little sprout? Really? She hated Easy Bake even after EB was no longer with her daddy. And Easy didn't even have a bun in her oven. The only explanation I can come up with for this complete personality change is that Faith has been doppleganged.

LOL. I imagine Chucky Faith tied up somewhere by Grandpa Victor who doesn't like her wanting Sharon and Nick back together. "Your mommy and daddy ain't getting back together. You got that?"

  4. Duncan and Shannon and Julianne Moore playing Sabrina and Franny are from ATWT's--not sure about Reba but maybe it was Reva on GL?

Reva and Josh were one of the big love stories on GL. I liked Philip and Beth and Roger and Holly better.

I remember Julianne Moore playing Frannie and Sabrina. Her friends on ATWT were played by the guy that plays Michael on Y and R and Oscar winner Marisa Tomei. I remember Frannie looking for Sabrina in England? and the nursery rhyme, Ride a Cock Horse to Banbury Cross, was playing . I was a teenager when JM was on, and I loved her hair at the time. She came back when ATWT was ending which I thought was nice. Douglas Marland was the writer at the time I think, and he was really good. He did some great work on GL too. He died too young.

  5. I've watched CBS soaps, As the World Turns, Guiding Light, and Young and the Restless as long as I can remember. My maternal grandparents watched Y and R.
We all celebrated on Christmas Eve and I remember watching Y and R then. I have a vague memory of one Christmas of Jack being at a homeless shelter? lol GL and ATWT were my favorites. Y and R was really good in the Bell days.

  6. Don't let her hear you say that.  If you accuse her of being over 45, she'll give you a death glare that could burn a hole through solid lead.

    Dorothy survived.

Blanche: (Coming into the kitchen) I'm just a little depressed. For the first time in my life, I feel over forty.

Dorothy: You know why that is, honey?

    Blanche: Why?

    Dorothy: Because you're over fifty.

  7. Michelle reminds me a lot of Kris Jenner. They're both desperate attention seeking narcissists trying to hold onto their youth by attaching themselves like remora to their pretty, famous daughters. Michelle doing Most Beautiful was like Kris crashing Kim's Playboy shoot. It's pathetic and hilarious at the same time.

I've always thought the Duggars were like the Kardashians. The Duggars may try to act pious and holier than thou, and the Kardashians act trashy, but they're from the same mold. A need to be on reality TV and a need to show off their children

  8. I'm still wondering why Derek wasn't seated in the audience just to make an appearance on the show. Was he hospitalized during the time the show was being taped? I'm a bit fuzzy on the timeline.

I think he hurt himself the day before so he was probably still preoccupied with that.
