  1. Two things I'd like to mention. First, shipping. While it's hard not to want to see romantic involvement with certain couples, I think it could be risky for a plot that calls for two people to trust each implicitly all the time because they are the designated witnesses to a possible pending apocalypse. As for the audience size, networks are now learning that their reliance on Nielson overnights is not the be-all and end-all that it used to be. A recent article I read noted that the younger audience has abandoned the classic TV-watching model, so the numbers don't reflect the full audience participation. If anything, the numbers reflect the older audience. Some sites have laughed at Fox for touting the 3+ and 7+ audience numbers from Hulu, etc., but that's probably more indicative of actual audience than overnights alone. And if that's the case, SH has quite a decent share of the audience. TBH, I fully expect a 3rd season. If it doesn't happen, then I don't think it will be audience size that kills the show. It'll be producer-driven lack of interest and fear of salvaging their reputation over this season's issues.
  2. He also needs grammar lessons. It's embarrassing.
  3. I don't know where else to put this, and it may have already been posted, but you can get a free copy of Tom Mison reading The Legend of Sleepy Hollow from Audible.com, according to Orlando Jones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Vqw2p1XdTk Just go to youtube and access /watch?v=5Vqw2p1XdTk
  4. I agree. I recently rewatched all of the X Files, and it took them until Season 8/9 to finally put Mulder and Scully together, but their connection and affection (friendly) were evident throughout the full 9 seasons. It was wonderful. SH has all the potential to be another X Files, which had a lot of episodes about different aliens/demons/wierdness wrapped around an occasional episode or two about the underlying conspiracy, which is how it managed to stay alive for as long as it did. This show could easily follow the same pattern. Fox would be stupid not not renew. After all, it's a different type of evil that Ichabod and Abbie are facing.
  5. I may be the only one to say it, but here goes: Thank you, Mark Goffman. Apology accepted. Great episode-writing on your part, by the way...
  6. This might be of interest: http://seriable.com/sleepy-hollow-season-3-plans-revealed-katrina-exit/
  7. If I'm not mistaken, Chloe does these videos for her large fanbase. It has nothing to do with getting back at Abby and the ALDC.
  8. Here's the link:
  9. I'm so glad I stopped by and read this. I have been saying the same thing for several seasons, and now I'll be free of that fat pig! Thanks for making my day.
  10. True. It certainly wouldn't do anything for me. Hopefully a similar tweet from Diddy will counter the effect!
  11. Oh, and this is hysterical: Justin Bieber ‏@justinbieber 2h @Usher big day. You know the finals I got this! Sorry @adamlevine I luv yah but we riding #TeamUsher on this one. @iamjoshkaufman can sing!
  12. I didn't see video previews, but the iTunes previews for two of his songs are up -- the duet and his version of Adele's Set Fire to Rain. Both are amazing, of course.
  13. Based on the previews of his solo and duet with Usher, I believe Josh can take this. (OK, I happen to be a fan of the Police's Every Breath, but they sound real goooood, and both Josh and Usher's fans will eat it up!) He's a unique talent, and while the youthful following for Grimmie is powerful, I've always believed in the "silent majority." I personally find Grimmie to be a bit one-note and predictable in her performances, and I'm hoping that the semis showed that her star is fading because of it. Yeah, she can screech the big notes while dropping down on one knee, but I don't think it will carry her very far. At least, I hope not :)
  14. Grrrr. And here I supported Daran, only to have him wimp out on a robot challenge. I'm just glad that the show threw 12 billion hints about who was going home, so I wasn't surprised. Or disappointed. Oh, and it was Nico's girlfriend who got to hold his glue cup, when they were working on a team challenge. Rashaad definitely deserved the win, and I would think he, Tyler, and George will be the final 3. Any of them are certainly deserving.
