Anyone else think there could be a mass exodus next year? CMT has done so many girls dirty and their teammates (or former teammates) seem to be sticking up for each other. Seems like the girls are starting to see what's happening and realize they don't like it. Side note - I was surprised Kelly and Judy didn't seem to know Brennan had Covid-19. I thought they would know from social media or something. Also lol at Kelly saying she's not panicking in the previous for next episode. That was pretty panicked to me.

Sometimes I wonder if Judy is fed up with the ridiculous antics and knows her opinions will be overruled by Kelly. Time and time again the team has had dance strugglers that I assume Judy would not pick for the team if it was up to her. Maybe she's just staying quiet for a few more years before retiring?

I'm getting more and more frustrated by the vet cuts this year (except Meredith). The cuts that seem obvious from the show are not the people who ended up being cut. I am more confused than ever about why the kept Alora-Rose and Kat after this past episode. In terms of Hannah's paleness, it seems a bit tone-deaf during a pandemic AND to ask a redhead to have a deep tan. On top of that, I don't understand why they didn't just say "hey, can you tan a bit". They told Kali Fullerton to soften her eye makeup as a TCC waaaayy back when. It's no different in my opinion than any employer giving you constructive feedback about what to improve on.

I hadn't noticed this but I completely agree! It has been mentioned before but TPTB seem nicer in rehearsals this year. They also seem more distant when cutting girls. I guess with such a short training camp they aren't building the same relationships they would have in past years. I also appreciate that they aren't talking about weight/figure as much this year as they have in past years. Every time an episode ends my thought it basically "that's it?". It feels fluffy and empty this year, with no real content.

I rarely post but I'd like to join in this year! A few thoughts about this season in general: 1. I'm annoyed to see how much they seemed to spend setting up the hotel to look like the Star. Seems like such a waste of money that could be spent on many other things, especially when many people are financially struggling due to Covid. 2. I get arrogance vibes from Alora-Rose. I also sense some fakeness when the girls are "supporting" each other in their groups. Anyone else? 3. Asking Cassie if she wants to stay or not was strange. They put her on the spot and it seems like there's really no right answer. If they thought they had seen enough to cut her, why didn't they just let her go? 4. It made me giggle that Kelly and Judy got worked up thinking Sydney's illness could be Covid. It's at the top of everyone's minds but fainting or getting sick to your stomach could have many other causes. I'm interested to see the rest of the season mostly just to see the vets cut. I don't think Meredith should have made the team to start, but love the other vets that were cut. Curious how they'll spin that...

Hi y'all! Long time lurker but I thought I'd add my two cents... I think asking Erica about the Star was a bit of a loaded question. What else can you really say other than "we love it"? I think her explaining it's a bit further away was just her way of elaborating on her answer and sharing a bit more than just compliments. What maybe surprises me is that they left her segment in when she is no longer on the team. I'm disappointed to see her go; I thought she was a great ambassador for the team and an amazing dancer! I'm hoping they explain her reasoning for leaving the team. I'm curious about how much the show will discuss what happened with Holly. KaShara is so adorable and seems to be an amazing personal all around. She maybe looks a little heavier right now but being the point of the triangle might be more related to fans' preferences than anything. As a group leader she seems like an obvious pick since she is outgoing, friendly and a natural leader. OOHH and, does anyone know how to watch the show in Canada other than on CMT cable?
