She is. Her eldest son does some acting and her youngest son I believe signed an athletic scholarship to somewhere. VK was primed for DCC ALL of her life. But I cant stress enough that for the amount of time she has been dancing (since the age 2, years of prep classes, Jr DCC, Michelle K power classes, competitions which she actually never won, and on and on and on) THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS FOLKS. You cant make something out of nothing. She is not, never was, never will be a good dancer. She will always have issue with DCC weight requirements IF she ever is gifted by Kelli a year on the team. This was not meant to be her path in life. Tina has done her a disservice. She literally is living through VK which may have been the reason for the weight gain as a way to deal with her dominating, overbearing momma. Kelli did say she thought there was some pressure at home. I think the medical condition she has is anxiety driven and behavioral... overeating, night eating, binge eating. Tina allowed the DCC to give herself value and never did anything beyond 2 seasons accept have those kids. She never got it out of her system and has been a DCC studio rat ever since. She has projected this onto her daughter.

I think Hannah is so pretty here! She is actually very photogenic despite her cameo pic. What is her story? Didnt she try out 3x like Brennan? Briana is also gorgeous. I can see all of these rookies being around awhile and I hope they are. Love this rookie class. That Bridgit is just so darn cute, I cant stand it. She just makes you smile for no reason. Seems to be a healthy and happy group of young ladies!

A medical problem related to weight gain other than hypothyroidism could be caused by birth control pills, hypothalamic issues, cushings syndrome, behavioral issues e.g. night eating, binge eating, over eating, or taking antidepressants.

YES!!! Well said jlc. It is not good to disagree with, be late to, gain over audition weight, nor intentionally try to deceive your DCC director. This isn't the neighborhood dance troop. This is the DCC. It is supposed to be a professional dance team and ALL of this matters. As hard as it was for Kelli to do the deed, she did it, and maintained the integrity of the brand. Tina and VK can act as trashy as they please, they can treat Kelli like dog poop, send nasty messages through Instagram, boycott DCC functions, and continue acting like the trashy brats they are. The fact is she didnt make it her first year and that forever will be part of her DCC legacy and history. Poor sportsmanship, poor character, poor integrity, poor hygiene, poor, poor, piss poor. Does anyone know how many episodes until she is cut so we can expect to enjoy watching the remainder of the show without this year's feature piggy?

WOW. This was a definite FU to Kelli, Judy and the DCC. I would be too embarrassed to try out again after doing this AND everything else she pulled. How is this behavior any different than Chelsea's toxic behavior? This is why she is NOT a DCC. They don't allow stupid girls, soft girls, sloppy dancers, liars, or anyone who makes a mockery of the brand and disregards ALL available and offered help. Kelli worked harder than VK did, its disgusting. This girl is the biggest airhead that has ever auditioned. When she came waddling in to the locker room after her talk with Kelli she put her thumbs up stating "we good" I though is she going to burp next, this kid has zero class, zero remorse, just clueless. How many more episodes until this idiot is cut? The other rookies have had their light dimmed this season by this nitwit. We could have had better story lines and added more fans with Cianna being from Hawaii, and Bridgit, she is so darn cute, or Hannah the power house dancer, or Rachel, she is stunning, fit, and a great dancer. They ALL would have made better rookie representatives than highlighting this dumb arse, legacy or not. They DESERVED to be highlighted. VK didnt deserve to make it in to TC much less be the main rookie spokesperson for the season. When will she go away??? Again, yes there was definitely an underlying message there.

They dont give a flying cow about what we think on this forum. It's all about ratings. As long as we watch they will have a show. If VK makes it next year, send message where it hurts... ratings, dont watch the show. The only purpose for this public forum is vent and gossip.

Where was VK when Dayton was cut? She cried uncontrollably in front of the cameras when her new bf was the first one cut, but she didn't even stay around when her life long friend was? Who does that?

Wasn't she 12 or 13 in that vid? We all agree she is good in contemporary. That's it and that's all. To be a professional dancer you have to be good in ALL genres and to be a DCC you have to be good in their style. You put any other choreo on her and its a sloppy mess, s******, no control. You heard it from every choreographer on MTT EXCEPT the contemporary one Travis Wall.

Thank you for clarifying. As a classically trained dancer myself I didnt have the DCC dream. It is a different mentality but even so, dance is dance, and it stays in your blood for life.

The difference with Meredith was she showed respect for what DCC was and is. Meredith didn't have expectations that VK has and you wouldn't have known Judy was a close friend of her mother's. She was also a rangerette and had gorgeous kicks, was a technically trained dancer, and deserved to be a DCC as long as she did. Cassie was a hot mess at her rookie auditions and IMO every year after that but she was Judy's daughter. How can an unattractive, buck-toothed, pigeon-toed, knocked kneed, small eyed, clunky dancer be on show group and lead group 1 if that person was NOT Judy's daughter and gifted. She even had a poor attitude. Cassie showed her entitlement and bad attitude in TC when she became winded (due to being out of condition) and used the need for her asthma inhaler as the reason. Kelli rolled her eyes and gave Judy the "you better fix this look" Oddly she never had another asthma attack after that but remained MEAN girl. I watched her at rehearsal during a pink half time once and she would roll her eyes at other DCC practicing and snapped at her partner because he didnt hold her right or something of the sort, I couldnt believe the nastiness. New legacies, Dayton and VK are different. Dayton didnt come in with expectations or the life long dream. I remember some years back Shelly stated something about Dayton learning her fouettes en pointe and that she looked down on ever wanting to be a DCC. I think Kelli remembers this. Kelli never forgets or forgives. VK we all know has been conditioned to be one from the get go. I cant get over the fact that she has been to EVERY audition since she could walk, Jr DCC, DCC prep classes every year x2 or 3, watches MTT, take power classes with MichelleK, dances like a s****** mess, and EXPECTS to be on the team by association. She disrespects ALL of the judges on social media by only thanking Charlotte, Kelli and Judy after her cut as if its their decision and theirs alone (which it is, but how rude) matters, disregards the look of a DCC with weight gain and blaming it on an acute health issue? (Tara, Selina, Raylee, and others didnt have thyroid issues) It's that bad attitude comparable to that of Cassie's and her asthma inhaler. VK lies to Kelli to her face when Kelli set up her Dr appt which she missed and then stands a DCC up, Jinelle without as much as a phone call? E-X-P-E-C-T-A-T-I-O-N-S!!!! She expected to be gifted a spot. And thats not even all of the BS she pulled! I think Kelli has displaced her emotions by venting them toward Dayton as Dayton didnt deserve the "just because your somebody's daughter" speech but VK did! I didnt see expectations or entitlement with Dayton, but it is blatantly clear with VK. Dayton went to the Meet the Team to support the new team but VK and Tina were nowhere to be found. That alone is poor behavior, poor sportsmanship, unsupportive, and not DCC worthy... EVER!! Entitled to the MAX! Makes me sick. I dont even want to watch next year as we all know she will be back and on the Team and we are privy of knowing what all she pulled this year. She cant even keep her eye off the camera, she is looking at it at every chance she gets, its too much. Legacy or not please have RESPECT for those who've worn the uniform before you.

Bridgit looks ADORABLE!!!! Who is beside Bridgit? She has the thutt that Kelli cut a girl for in years past and a gut! You can even see dimples on her thutt. (Before you overreact, remember this is a DCC and there are standards). Lauren looks great and so on down the line.

I still CANNOT BELIEVE Kelli released that picture of Hannah. Im sure there were others she could have used instead. If not, she needed to get another photographer. Didnt she have dueling photographers in Bimini competing with one another? It doesn't equate. It isn't the girls its the picture taker and picture selector! B-O-R-I-N-G choreo Yay Lacy! Yay Alexis! I just think those 2 are simply stunning. Lacy's dance technique, WOW! And those KICKS!!

Ah thats AMAZING!!! Im so happy for Dayton!!! What a wonderful time she will have. Doing what she loves and seeing the world. Moving onward and upward, KUDOS to Dayton!
