  1. necks! I don't mind Ace talking to Carson, he and Carson have had their moments on the show and went to bat for each other. Nancy never shares with the rest of the group. There is always more to the story and the Carsons have always been wonderful parents to Nancy and put her best interests first. Ace probably trusts logic over emotion and prefers to think for himself.
  2. What can I say about this show. I was watching it and I was enjoying every minute, I loved the quirky characters, the special effects, the weird music, the strange humor. I was thinking to myself I have never liked a TV Show this much, especially a "pilot", everything was coming together perfectly. Then it hit the half way point and everything became so boring, so pedestrian that I almost didn't care that he figured out how the doctor died. What can I say 10/10 first half and 4/10 second half. I have no ideal how I will like the rest of the season, but if I had to guess, I will say they peaked early and the rest is going to be downhill.
  3. It is hard to duck and weave between building to lose someone, when they know exactly where you are going to end up.
  4. I am not sure if that is true as well, the movie "The Color of Purple" came out in 1985, but I don't think it was released on VHS until 1987, although I don't have definitive proof of this. I don't think they were watching a bootleg copy.
  5. It was too cold to snow, I was wondering if it was caused by the gases leaking from the tear in her suit. It could be a precursor to some climate event that might make the world habitable again.
  6. I didn't get the the significance of the episode title "Fix" until after the episode was over, it was wittily appropriate.
  7. Invincible is based on the Skybound/Image comic of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley. Invincible, Kirkman's second-longest comic-book series, concluded in February 2018 after a 15-year run. Invincible is an adult animated superhero show that revolves around seventeen-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), who's just like every other guy his age - except that his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons). But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers that his father's legacy may not be as heroic as it seems. Season one of Invincible, the new, hour-long, 8 episode adult animation series from The Walking Dead's Robert Kirkman. The first three episodes of season one will premiere Friday, March 26, 2021 on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide, with new episodes available each Friday, culminating in an action-packed season finale on April 30th. Invincible will also star Sandra Oh (Killing Eve), Seth Rogen (This is the End), Gillian Jacobs (Community), Andrew Rannells (Black Monday, Girls), Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), Mark Hamill (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Walton Goggins (Justified), Jason Mantzoukas (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Mae Whitman (Good Girls), Chris Diamantopoulos (Silicon Valley), Melise (The Flash), Kevin Michael Richardson (The Simpsons), Grey Griffin (Avengers Assemble), Max Burkholder (Imaginary Order) and more.
  8. What proof do you have that Snowpiercer and the "Supply Train" were connected after the Big Freeze. I thought Melanie left Mr. Wilford behind (because he was a terrible person) and he was never on the Snowpiercer when they took off. That is why he has no ideal of what a Tailie is. Melanie just told people Mr. Wilford was on board, when he was really stuck in the hanger with the "Supply Train".
  9. I am talking about the "Supply Train"'s original purpose before everyone found out that the Big Freeze was coming. Snowpiercer, the world railroad track, and the "Supply Train" were all built before anybody realized the Big Freeze was coming. I am just providing a theory.
  10. The only thing I thought during the funeral scene was which way is the wind blowing, this might be very funny. It almost happened.
  11. Auntie Olu and Tunde saw how each of the men treated Abishola and how Abishola reacted around them. Tayo had the attitude that she is mine so I have the right to take her. Bob was more I love her, I will do whatever it takes to keep her. Auntie Olu and Tunde have a connection to Abishola, not to the two men.
  12. I was kind of wondering why that other police officer showed up right after Cassie capped Big Rick. I was expecting the next person to walk through the door to be the one that was transporting the girls.
  13. I thought bathrooms had locks on them, learn to use them, I always did.
  14. After Jenny and Cassie learn the truth about Cody’s fate, they decide to officially team up to track down Ronald. Elsewhere, Merrilee grapples with the fact that she didn’t truly know her husband, while Helen learns more about her son’s recent activities. Original Airdate: Jan. 26 Tuesdays at 10pm ET ABC Big Rick is in da house! Ronald seems to be oversharing, you are putting your mother in a tough position. After the girl told the police that Rick killed that fisherman, you would think Rick would be handcuffed to the bed with a police officer stationed outside of his door.
  15. So a bunch of rich kids can beat up Edrisa and nobody cares. I guess it is good to be rich.
  16. Alice said she was testing to see if the Batsuit was real or a cheap Halloween knockoff.
  17. I think this goes back to the original purpose of Snowpiercer which has never been revealed on the show. My personal theory is that Snowpiercer was originally designed to be a self-contained mobile biodome, never requiring anything from the outside (especially an energy source). Created before anybody knew the great Freeze was coming, but since it was a proof of concept vehicle, a "Supply Train" was created to provide anything that might be needed, small tweaks to maintain it's self-sustaining nature until they get it just right. The "Supply Train" links to the main train, without it stopping, offloading whatever they need and then separating again. Since the "Supply Train" is not self-sustaining, there are probably a lot of items they wish they had, but haven't had in a long time, like fresh eggs, fruit, carrots, morphine, alcohol, etc. It seems like they tried to make the "Supply Train" as self-sustaining as possible, but that was not what it was originally designed for. Since the hanger had all the spare parts for the Snowpiercer, they could probably make a decent attempt at providing the bare necessities, although they might be missing a lot of the "Quality of Life" items they were requesting from the Snowpiercer. Again, this is just me speculating.
  18. According to the Closed Captions, Alex called Wilford "Dubs". Here is what I think happened, the smaller "Supply Train" can link onto the larger "Snowpiercer" to resupply it so that it never has to stop moving. While linked the "Supply Train" has complete control over "Snowpiercer". Melanie severed the complete control link with her little snow axe. Melanie then took her explosive device and placed it where it would disable the disconnect mechanism so that the two trains are now permanently linked together. Wilford mentions riding out a lot of the bad weather in the hanger that the "Supply Train" was stored at where he was able to make myriads of modifications to the "Supply Train" and set up a perfect timing ambush of the "Snowpiercer". One modification of the "Supply Train" seems to be the hospital research and human genetics modification lab. If anything it seems like we have a whole train full of BatSh*t Crazy characters to meet this season. I was surprised the kid from the Tail wasn't shown in the Engineering Compartment.
  19. It was pretty interesting, but still all they do is fight. This is the entire population of the world and all they can think about is killing each other. This episode was much better than anything that they have done in the previous season. I still think somebody should be looking to put a spear through Lilah "L J" Folger, I want to and I am not even on the train.
  20. I thought the old guy was very funny, it would have been a better story if the old guy sprained his ankle and had to stay a couple of days with the Butlers until he could return to his home. The oldster was lighting Calvin and Tina up.
  21. I don't know anything about the culture but it probably looks very bad when a husband can't keep his wife happy, especially since divorce seems to be frowned upon. Since everybody knows he is married to Abisohola, he can't pretend that he only has one wife.
  22. The purgatory here seemed very similar to the Hell in "Preacher". It was good to know that all religions seemed to end up in the same place. Some people get seen to quickly while others seemed to be waiting a long time based on clothing. There didn't appear to be any very old or very sick people. It is good to know that you can cut in line without ending up watching the misdeeds of another person. I have your own personal concierge to bring me some popcorn, heavy on the butter, I am no longer counting my calories.
  23. There was some slight nudity in the original that I am sure will not make it into the U.S. broadcast.
  24. The same thought popped in my head as well, then I remembered that the women of that era were obsessed with burning their undergarments.😁
  25. How old did they say that picture of the wife tied up was? It was stupid to use world class encryption but not remember to remove the geotag. They never did explain how the kidnapper managed to switch cars in the tunnel, that sounds like a two person scenario where it seems like it was accomplished by one person.
