Didn't Lacey get chosen for second leader? What an honor for someone so young. What is she twenty?

@GingerJ she is my friend's daughter. I have been following her for years. She is a real sweetheart who is passionate about dance. While she is 18, she is really classy and went to high school for dance as well as trained at a studio. I loved watching the videos when she performed in the Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall. She spent two summers in their invitational program and it was really cool seeing her dressed up as a tin soldier and prancing reindeer;) I am a bit biased;) but I am confidant she has what it takes to entertain and she is really easy to get along with, so she will be a good teammate. I have always loved this show, but I am really excited to see it this year. I find it is hard to get to really know someone through photos on an IG account. I can't wait to see the other candidates as well. They seem like a good group. I just love watching people who can dance. The only jumps I ever did was the triple jump:) No jump splits for me!!!

I have seen her light up the stage and many photos where she has a big bright smile. I can't wait for August so you all can see!

You know what is interesting is how many of the TCC's know veterans on the team. Alexis had a photo on IG live with Chantel from when they were on the Mavericks together. Lauren posted a pic of a message of encouragement from a vet from last year and Alexandria was on the Pro Bowl team with DCC Holly Hubb. I wonder how much of an advantage that gives them?

That could be the perfect promo for the new season;) if they dared to film it!

Just an idea for the cards...you can photocopy them onto transfer paper and then randomly iron them along the stripes in your shower curtain:) Do you have a cabinet that you can place the poms on top of?

When you are determining the height for the blue stripe divide the wall into thirds...choose either the lover or higher one. You don't want't to spilt it in half. I would opt for the higher stripe. As for the font can you download the logo and have it printed at kinkos to the size you want and use that as a stencil. I would put the playing cards into a shadow box of in some type of plastic to protect it from the humidity of the shower. You can always get someone who has a fancy sewing machine to embroider the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders logo on the towels. You can use the baton poms in the window treatment perhaps....I would get bathrobes embroidered with a star:)

I imagine they are. Some guy wrote something crass on KaShara's account. I sent him a message telling him it was rude. He sent me something even worse. Quickly I blocked him and I noticed his comment was gone from her comment section. It made me shudder to think of some of the nasty people out there. BTW I am new to IG where strangers can just follow you verses FB where you have to ok it.

Did you see this girl last night? Her name is Eva Igo and she was amazing! Future DCC perhaps?

She is a beautiful girl and she is so elegant. She really controls those poses! Do you know if it is a once a day vote and when it ends. Maybe some of the DCC alumni can share on their social media. That would really give her a boost?

I was just re watching when she had to leave because of her injury. Kelli mentioned to Judy that she really liked her personality. She seems really sweet.

Amy just posted about her engagement. What a sweet story. Looks like her fiancé is a real sweetheart:)

I hope they have a segment on how they girls prepare and recover from practice on the show.They show some girls getting cryo therapy and here Chantel is getting an infusion. (I happen to be getting my infusions this week so I feel like a kindred spirit) This would be an interesting way to show how these girls are truly athletes and how they go through some of the same things the football players do for muscle recovery.

Didn't Ka Shara win a Barbie this year. I think she is stunning and seems like she is a lot of fun:)

I found Halo Top last year...some flavors are better than others;) The nice thing is you can't eat too much. Judy does have a nice style. Looks like her grand baby is going to have her hair as well!
