No way did she break her tooth on that soft cake. Either Geno smacked her/punched her so hard it cracked, she hit it with her crack pipe, or fell while cracked out. I'm actually feeling really bad for her. Not as bad as I feel for Alana and Pumpkin, but she is just so pitiful.

Yeah, I was going to say watch it on Wayward Daughter. She breaks it up into the five individual mom's, so you can watch only the moms you want. So, for instance, if you only want to watch Chelsea, you can just watch Chelsea. But most importantly, it doesn't count as ratings for MTV.

So June and Geno are still together, motel hopping in Alabama. Even though there's a no- contact order in place. I noticed towards the end of this week's show, or maybe it was the preview for next week, that June has a tooth missing or broken. I don't know if that's Geno smacking her around, or the drugs rotting her teeth. June is looking a beaten-down, drugged up mess. I kind of feel bad for her... now she's addicted to crack and probably meth, she's almost completely blind, she's begging for love from a monster with goiters growing out of God knows where, etc... I remember when HCHBB first started, the family seemed happy and seemed to genuinely love each other. Now look where they are. I dream of one day not having to work, or worry about bills, my son's college tuition that will be coming in a few years, etc... But no amount of money would get me to exploit my f-ed up family for "fame." And where is Alana while they're motel hopping and drugging it up out of state? I hope to God she's not with them. I heard Geno say something about DoeDoe, but I didn't know he said that. He is so nasty and gross. And who is he to talk about someone not being healthy? He has frickin' goiters growing all over his body, is overweight himself, always seems sweaty (probably the drugs), and, last I heard, crack isn't a health food. I just feel bad for the kids. Alana actually seems like a good kid, but if she is still mainly around her mom and Geno, I'm afraid it won't last. I would rather see Alana in Pumpkin's care! Josh seems like a good guy, and Pumpkin also seems okay, if you can ignore her profanity-laden vocabulary. I don't think Pumpkin and Josh would put Alana in harms way, and that certainly can't be said about her own mom. Ella is so adorable, I feel awful seeing that innocent, sweet baby around child predators, Nazi lovers, and who knows what. Pumpkin, take Alana with you and Josh and Ella, and MOVE far away!

So many of these pounders say Dr. Now is their last hope, and if he doesn't help them they're going to die. That is a lot of pressure for one little elderly adorable sassy doctor!! But if your life is going to depend on one person, Dr. Now is not a bad choice.

I love that when Mercedes started saying she should just go home and die and started crying, her friend did not try to fix the problem. I've noticed many men instead of listening to you, want to tell you how to fix it. I love that he said you just go ahead and cry and I'll sit here with you.

I am crazy crazy claustrophobic, and watching him laying on his stomach makes me feel like I can't breathe. Seriously, how does he lay like that day after day?

H said it's been almost three years since he's left his bed, so I'm figuring his weight is going to be a lot more than the "600" he told the firefighters and EMT.

This is another one who hasn't gotten out of the bed for years. I mean, on that first day when you find yourself unable to get out of your bed, do you just flop back over and say oh well that's it. Reckon I'm bed bound now, honey you'll have to bring me my food and bring me my buckets from now on. Really? Because I would think when that happens you would do whatever you had to do to get out of the bed and then whatever you had to do to never feel like that ever again. I mean, just how bad does your life have to be that they're like "well shoot I guess I'm just going to lay in the bed till I die." This is so sad.

This guy is looking really miserable and uncomfortable in this car. I'm kind of worried for him. Jessica is very cute!!

it's so hard to keep up with the show in tight. I'm going with 777. I hope this livens up a lot; this is getting boring.

Mom..... yikes! And he got so big that they sent him away? I mean how does that work? When my son broke his elbow and had to have metal plates inserted, we didn't send him away.......and I thought that parents were supposed to do with it whatever they had to do for their children but I guess you just send them away when they become inconvenient. Good to know. This poor guy, it sounds like nobody wanted him. No wonder he was depressed and ate all the time.

The girlfriend is in nursing school? Then she must be smart, so why is she not smart enough to not bring him fast food all day long? Oh, and kids involved. Grrrr.
