  1. Yes, as does Mellie, and now everyone else (including Marcus) since Rowan announced it to the whole room last episode! No shame, that guy.
  2. His IRL wife is Scandal's Casting Director.
  3. That is SUCH a good point! Clever.
  4. What did you say?? Which one? Mellie or Olivia?
  5. She found out about B6-13 while she was dating Edison, before they were even engaged. Good point about her not asking him for help getting the bill passed. Maybe he was still bitter about the break-up.
  6. The building that blew up housed Cytron, Lindsey's boyfriend Jesse's company, which Hollis used to rig the election. Hollis blew up the company and framed Lindsey because Jesse got greedy and demanded more $ to stay quiet. Olivia felt guilty, saved Lindsey and gave her a new identity (Quinn Perkins). If they'd never rigged the national election, Hollis would never have blown up Cytron and Lindsey D. would still be chillin in Cali.
  7. Because she saw what Olivia did to Andrew and knew that if she tried leaving, Liv would literally beat her to death with a chair, with no remorse.
  8. COMICALLY bad. Imagine being poor Chandra Wilson stuck with him as an acting partner. She has to be suppressing laughter and frustration 90% of the time. I'm really lost on Amelia & Owen's marriage timeline.
  9. Omg I hadn't even thought of that, that is AWFUL!!! I'm actually tearing up thinking about it now... :(
  10. And it's a dilemma they created for themselves in the first place.
  11. It's like you climbed into my brain and converted my every thought and feeling into text. Thank you. I might have to stop watching if Mackson/Jaggie becomes a thing. I'm already cringing thinking about Maggie being all "I'm not a homewrecker. I don't wreck homes. Homes are not something I wreck. Wrecking homes is not something I do. Homes wreck me. I'm the one who gets my home wrecked. My home gets wrecked." She's such a parody. When Samuel died, Amelia told everyone that the best thing they could do for Japril was to give them space. I don't think she was wrong. The candlelight vigil in the chapel was nice. I don't recall anyone ever visiting April at home though (Arizona, Owen, Riggs, Catherine?) and Japril definitely didn't get anything near the warm reception Maggie got when they returned to the hospital. I really want Amelia and April to just talk and bond over their similarly tragic experiences already...
  12. Are you even human? Your weekly reviews kill me.
  13. Completely agree. I really liked Owen & Emma, April & her paramedic guy, Mere & that first guy she slept with after Derek who was a surgeon at another hospital, Teddy & Henry, and Bailey & Ben the Anesthesiologist. They need more non-surgeon characters on this show. I always loved the idea of an Alex & Heather Brooks pairing, for exactly this reason.
  14. There's nothing Shonda Rhimes loves more than a good lisp!
  15. Well Jackson, April and Harriet all share the same home right now, in which they are co-parenting a child. Anyone who dates/sleeps with either Jackson or April is entering homewrecker territory. April was on Tinder (as was Jackson, but we don't know if either is still active), she received Jackson's blessing, and she's only gone out for dinner and only with one, maybe two guys -- guys who Jackson doesn't work with. Jackson and April work together, their workplace is their second home, and as we know from the Leah & Calzona (who weren't even living together at the time) drama, that can create a hostile work environment, which would make Maggie come off looking like a troublemaker / homewrecker. Which, to Chas411's point, would be surprising since the writers seem to ADORE Maggie so much. In the wake of her mother's death, they can set up a story arc where she becomes more carefree, loosens up and sleeps with one or several eligible bachelors -- maybe DeLuca (her ex), Riggs (who she has no idea Mere is into) and/or Alex (who Jo seems to want nothing to do with, not to mention Jo seems to be heading for a hookup with Maggie's ex) -- but her hooking up with Jackson would cross the line from carefree to careless, since he is living with the mother of his child, who happens to be someone Maggie works with every day. I am not passing judgment here, just stating that in taking that direction, the writers would make her less sympathetic, and idk if that's something they're open to doing.
  16. Maggie's biological parents are Richard Webber and Ellis Grey. Her adoptive parents are Diane and the guy who flew in on a helicopter last week.
  17. It's not just the only pairing they have left; it's the only pairing with a child. This literally puts Maggie in homewrecker territory. It would create all kinds of awkward tension at future family gatherings too, considering their birth parents are married. Although if they ever bear a child together, he/she will be a biological descendant of both Catherine and Richard, so that'd be kind of interesting.
  18. His current wife, Linda Lowey (not Laurie Metcalf, who is Zoe Perry's mother) is the show's casting director.
  19. Weird that the funeral is even in Seattle, though. You'd think it would be in Boston.
  20. That never happened. The exchange of dialogue was: Nobody says anything about Huck not talking. Based on Meg's response, it's clear that Abby is asking if Huck knows she's the rat, not if he's dead. Either way I don't see how Abby's actions affected the outcome in any way. Meg was already pushing Huck to find out what happened to Jennifer and insisting a face-to-face meeting with Olivia, before Huck even told Abby that Jennifer was alive. Once Abby told the bad guys that Jenny was alive and Huck knew where she was, Meg could have trailed Huck until he inadvertently revealed Jenny's hiding place. Abby didn't tell Liv and Huck to go tell Meg that Jenny was alive; they did that on their own. Abby didn't tell Huck to bring Meg straight to Jenny; Huck did that on his own. It's his own damn fault.
