Basically, it seems to be one of those New-Agey ideas so ppl too lazy to get a degree can be "certified" in something. If you watch The Conners, you'll see wacky Aunt Jackie is now certifed as a life coach.
BTW, Twit mentioned a life assistant, not a coach. I'm pretty sure she was referring to her "domestic life partner," Tal.

Depends on the movement. I think doing exercises in an incorrect way that may damage the knees, spine, elbow, etc., causing probelms later in life is worse than not exercising at all. That's why Twit's routines with Jessica may come back to bite her in the ass in a few years. And Twit is now "training" other women. Scary.
I am currently suffering from the effects of incorrect exercising. I tried to duplicate at home an exercise I did in PT several months ago & managed to irritate my sciatic nerve to the point that the pain in my left thigh is nearly unbearable.
BTW, according to Twit there will be 3 minutes of rest within the 24 minutes. Cagey way to keep it from looking like she couldn't get thru the whole routine.

There's a prescription pain med called tramadol that's not an opiod but can be as effective for some people. I used it for 8 months with reasonable relief until my sciatica pain became too much for the tramadol. It's worth your talking to your doc as to whether it could work for you.

The reason I keep asking "Where's Donna?" every time Twit or one of the barnacles offer a platform to do so is that no one has ever said what happened to Donna. Absolute silence on the subject. One day Donna is a BFF; the next, she's gone -- poof!
I agree with someone here who posited that Donna was a hireling, got tired of handling Twit's shit -- probably literally -- and quit, moving out & moving on. I doubt she was ever really a friend of Twit's, but are the MBFFL producers gonna present her as an ass-wiper rather than a pal of Ms. Fabulous? Nope.
Donna apparently has another full-time job as she was filmed at least once returning from same. I expect her recompense for being Twit's caregiver was fairly small, probably free rent for services rendered.

Twit's IG profile story today is a live feed she filmed with Ryan plugging nobsactive, of course.
If you want to see how cruel Twit can be to animals, watch the first few minutes. (The rest of the video includes nothing of interest.) Ryan is holding his dog, Darla, in front of the camera. Suddenly, Twit starts beating the poor dog on its head -- Ryan doesn't stop her. In no way can what Twit is doing to the dog be described as "patting." She is hitting the dog's head with a flat hand, like a pat, but with extreme force.
What the fuck is wrong with this woman? She would never permit a man to hit her that way, even desperate as she always is for male contact. Why does she think a dog would enjoy being beaten?

It is very hard for me to believe that Twit actually believes she looks foxy in this photo & therefore it's one of her cruise faves. How delusional is that? I mean, my god, the foot carrying much of her weight is totally buried in the sand! How foxy is that?

TLC is offering up all MBFFL seasons on its website & app for free even if you don't have a cable subscription. (I think it's for a limited time, until S-6 begins.) I've been skimming thru some of my fave moments, so thanks again, @Mahamid Frauded Me, as I definitely want to take another look at this.

Good point. She definitely weighed more than 400 #s around the time of the HI vacay. She's been claiming 380 #s since the first minute of S-1. I guess she thinks it's impossible for her to gain weight past that number. She is dead wrong.

I just checked -- it is "life assistant." I wasn't being snarky; I genuinely wondered if she was paying someone like she pays the cleaning service. I'm guessing Tal doesn't get a dime, over & above his TLC check, for picking up after her, applying thigh oinment, shaving her legs, etc. She & Buddy got into a big argument in S-2 over her leaving dishes & utensils in her bedroom which led to one of this forum's fave moments: Twit in her car, blubbering "I'm hungry" over a half gallon tub of ice cream. I'm guessing Buddy is not the life assistant, tho he seems to spend a lot of time back in Twit's house, since he wasn't very successful that time.

Speaking of fat women, did anyone else see a promo on WEtv for a new program called "Extreme Love"? I wasn't paying attention & glanced up just as the ad ended. I think I saw a very morbidly obese woman being fed a milkshake thru a funnel & tube. Did my eyes play tricks on me? Or is feeder fetistism going to be a staple of cheesy tv channels now?

Whitney's concerns on a bike are different - it has to be able to transport nearly 400 lbs to hold her - and that's why she's riding a Fat Bike. The bike she's on isn't specifically designed for fat people, they're built for muddy and snowy conditions, but the larger size of the bike and the way they're built mean they can handle more load on the wheels than a smaller bike.
She'd have a hard time on a bike with thinner tires, not that she doesn't have a hard time on her own bike.
I've recently been watching or skimming thru a few of the S-1 & S-2 episodes. Remember, her bike was custom-built for her because of her size. So it makes sense she would use that one.
A couple of months ago, Buddy rewarded himself with a new bike & seemed to want to use it frequently to lose some wgt. So, I can see why he'd want to use his own bike not a Ride Share one.

Everyone in Twit's orbit, incl. Ryan, have been posting multiple SM posts about their holiday festivities with their families. Nothing from Twit except a couple of old photos. Since she usually posts something when she does little more than sneeze or similar, I wonder why so mute about Xmas?

Guess not, since his IG page places him somewhere in Ohio enjoying a family Xmas.
Last year Twit posted a video of her Xmas Eve house party saying it was a trad for her to gather together fam & friends. But that tradition of hers only lasted one yr, it seems, since she is reposting last year's video saying something about how she has to do that no one's at her house this year.

Actually, my comment about how would Twit know he's a good dancer referred to her ability, as a lousy dancer herself, to make such a judgment. But I'm glad you missed my point cuz I really liked yr post focusing on what might make Ryan a good dancer in her eyes.
I think Twit was the only drunk dancing on TG, if that's what you could call her prance around the room in what looked like a wrestler's trophy belt between her lacy bra & leggings.

Twit is already enlisting strangers to do the work for her.
She's claiming 11,000 ppl have evinced an interest in nobsactive. Even if only 10% of those actually sign up on Dec 30, that's pretty nice money for relatively little investment in either time or expense. Maybe Ryan will even invite Twit for his Xmas dinner to ensure her continuing support for this project of his.

📌 As those us watching Twit's IG page during the off-season knew, Buddy will soon be moving back into Twit's house, into a newly renovated room. There's only one vacant room in Twit's house that needs renovation & new furniture. So, WHERE'S DONNA?
📌 Robin is labeled an "adoption specialist." I take it that she is not with an adoption agency, but works as a counselor to help eligible adoption applicants thru the process. Am I correct? If so, I give Twit grudging credit for looking to work with an expert to help her.
📌 One of Tal's pleaures in living in Twit's house is that "we walk around naked." Since Twit is usually at least half-naked even at the grocery store, that hardly seems a legit reason.
📌 Heather's comment about Buddy's questionable hygiene makes me wonder even more why she is still mooning about her former relationaship with him.
📌 OTOH, the whole Twit-Buddy reawakened relationship is a story arc even phonier than Glenn's bonus paying for the HI trip. And it is apparently going to arc over all of S-6. [Blech] So maybe much of Heather's handwringing is just part of the plot.
📌 And Buddy's back to work, parttime, delivering pizza. What a catch he is!

📌 I'm sorta close to the position expressed by @ClareWalks: I really am not sure I can make it thru another MBFFL season. Especially since Dish no longer carries TLC in its basic pkg which means I'll have to buy MBFFL episodes from Prime for $1.99 each. Something I need to think about.
