  1. The problem with going to Laura or Alexis is that they are super close to Nik. Cyrus was right when he told her to talk to Martin.
  2. So, I'm wondering if I missed something. Someone on FB suggested that Drew would make Maxie editor (clearly not going to happen as he pretty firm on ensconcing Nina in that role). I said Maxie would never do that to Nina. The person than said that Maxie and Carly were great friends and that Maxie is close to Carly because she has her sister's heart. Carly and BJ never even met, so that just seems ridiculous, but I can't remember Maxie and Carly ever being close. However, I do gaps in my watch history. Is this a thing? Is Maxie closer to Carly than she is to Nina?
  3. That was a pretty ridiculous statement. However, I am fine with him being mad at Michael. The reason doesn't matter. He was lying to him. Isn't Aurora a publicly traded company? That's how the whole SEC thing happened, right? Does Drew own at least 50% of the stock? Shouldn't he have had a board meeting before firing Nina?
  4. No kidding. And why don't any of the doctors, even the specialists, specialize?
  5. I'm assuming "the mobile guy" would not be accepted. But, I can never reember his name. I got the missed clues of rats, pigeon, Howard Huges and Vermeer. I got the entire categories of s-y and book animals right. I had a really good (for me) first round but a terrible terrible DJ and, of course, missed FJ. I'm in the hole big time.
  6. I didn't say Ho Chi Minh because i didn't think that was the right answer. However, I'm not going to say what I did say, because it's embarrassing and makes no sense. I got the missed clues of hyperbole, harmony and New Orleans. And if that wouldn't make a great title for a Hallmark movie, I don't know what would. I got the entire category of H&R right. Not too bad, but I need final to come out in the black.
  7. I said Sweeney Todd. I've had worse wrong answers, LOL. I got the missed clues of beans and kanagaroo rat. Not a good game for me. Although, I was very impressed I got Namibia. I feel like that was a hard one. But, was he a kangaroo rat?
  8. Is Kristina delusional? I have no issues with her loving her father and having a close relationship with him. But, basically telling him he's the most moral person she knows is a bit much. Does she not know anybody else? I think Esme should have gotten a fine and community service also, but I'm OK with no jail time. She didn't steal anything, she didn't hurt anybody, she came forward on her own. And in a town where violent criminals run free on the regular, getting hard time for breaking and entering would seem ridiculous. And, I hope Spenser calls the cops on Nikolas. And, I would think Sonny would know better than to leave a message like that. If Dex gets caught killing, or trying to kill, Cyrus, and the cops hear that message, it might not be absolute proof that Sonny put the hit out, as he could be cancelling a grocery order, but it's pretty convincing.
  9. I thought the same thing. It would have been cool.
  10. FJ was an instaguess and then I went through as many capitals as I could and luckily didn't see a better alternative. I got the missed clues of Windsor knot, kitten heel (a guess, but I'm surprised nobody else guessed it), The Sopranos, Carrie Nation and Jenna Fisher. I got the entire movie category wrong. Kicked myself for saying Hitler in Springtime.
  11. I got FJ right. At first I said Fig Newton, but changed to Pop Tarts. I got the missed clue of ferris wheel.' I got the entire categories of notorious, 2 us, Old York and Bible book right. I did much better in the first round than the second. Actually I only missed 4 clues in the first round.
  12. FJ was an instaget. I figured it had to be wrong, seemed too easy. I got the missed clues of dungarees, mammoth and Florence.
  13. This whole thing makes no sense to me. We are told Bobbie wasn't out in the field working, personally safe girls from being trafficked. Which makes sense, because she's never been trained for that and she would have been a little old for just getting into that line of work. Therefore, it makes no sense why the organization she was volunteering for wouldn't know what happened to the girl she was trying to help. Felicia and Carly should have no need of going over there. And what is this "contact" business? Again, that seems like something the organization should know. Even in the retcon version, Bobbie's only been gone a few months. Seems like really fast to cultivate contacts that nobody else knows about and going out on her own and...? This does kind of remind me of something I'm sure everybody else has forgotten, of how she went to Florida to save Melissa and Lori from becoming prostitutes.
  14. I said I Ching. I don't know why. I got the missed clues of rarer, lawyer and Rolls royce. I got the entire category of 3 of the same letter right. Another not good night.
  15. 100% agree. I also thought it was fine that Carly didn't reveal Harmony's secret that Nina was Willow's mother (as it wasn't her secret to tell). But, as soon as she snuck around getting DNA samples, directly lied to Drew, and then paid people off to throw him off the trail, she crossed the line.
  16. I feel like Kevin has mixed feelings about Esme. Yes, she's his niece. but, that's because she's his psycho brother's daughter.
  17. "I want you to be happy and I'm sad if you're not" is a nice thing to say. But, it just doesn't come out believably to me. I don't know that she actively wants Sonny unhappy. (I think there was a point where she did, but not anymore). But, I feel like she wants him to be happy on her terms. And, I don't think it's Ava's job to do anything for Esme. Honestly, I don't think the judge will be that harsh since she didn't steal anything, confessed, offered to pay for the window, didn't break anything else as far as I know, and didn't seem to be intent on harming anyone. But, I suppose mean Ava's actions will be the catalyst Emse needs to turn back to her deceiving, conniving ways. And, now Spenser can't go to Paris, because Esme will be in jail for a month or two and he'll have to take care of Ace.
  18. Third off, she's a criminal attorney and in the real world would never handle divorces.
  19. I got FJ right. It was a guess, but it was at least a semi-educated guess. I, too, at first went to Salt Lake City figuring some Mormon got kicked out, but then figured western states are really big and immediately came back to my own stomping grounds. Being from new England was definitely an asset for this question. I got the missed clue of cerise. Not a great game, but I've had worse.
  20. The page I'm on, I feel like it's pretty evenly split that Willow should run for the hills and that she is the worst for not supporting Michael because Nina is the worst, so it's OK that he lied to her. I mean, it's not even about Nina at this point, IMO. It's about the lie, and unlike other characters, she is also capable of seeing the parallel to her lie and how they're both not communicating with each other. Sure, he brought it up first, but she acknowledged his point.
  21. I actually came on here to comment on one specific thing and of course, that's the thing I forgot to say. It's like when I go to the grocery store for one item and come back with 5, none of them being the one I made the trip for. I'm definitely an "honesty is the best policy" kind of person. So, I'm not saying Michael continuing the cover up was good. But, Joss acting like this was an especial betrayal of Carly, or that he hurt her somehow. Carly knowing really changes nothing, other than her having one more reason to hate Nina. And, she already hated her to capacity, so I'm going to go ahead and say it changed nothing for Carly. Won't even make her like Ned any better. I feel Michael lying to Willow was way worse mostly because he was blackmailing Nina into staying away from her and that is some toxic controlling behavior.
  22. But, that's different because whatever Carly does is right. I go through stages in watching and I saw some of the TB stuff, but SJB has always been Carly to me. Yep, she didn't always win. And, she had that poor, little lost girl quality that could sometimes almost make you feel bad for her even while she was doing bad stuff. I saw her more as her own worst enemy than anything else. LW's Carly is just so unbelievably arrogant that even if she were to never do anything wrong again, she would be unlikeable. That was actually stated seriously on one of the GH pages on FB. Well, when Dante apologized for it today, Sonny did say it was just his job, so I guess he was just in a mood last night. As far as Carly goes, i can feel bad for anyone losing a parent at any age. Almost everyone will eventually have to go through it at some point, but that doesn't make it any less heartbreaking. My feeling for her loss of her mother in no way negates the fact that I think she's an arrogant hypocrite. To be fair, i don't think Bobbie and Tracy were all that close. I find it weird that Lucy seems to be in charge of the funeral. Or at the least the flower aspect of it. I don't mind Lucy's mixed feelings, or whatever. She has known Bobbie for decades. But, it was a bit much with her being almost second head mourner after Carly. Felicia and Maxie aren't even crying as much as she is and you know they're devastated. I think they're hoping JJY will be back at some point. It does beg the question of why they bothered with Felicia doing the DNA test, though. I guess because they already had her questioning it before JJY had to leave and they wanted a reason for her to stop being suspicious.
  23. He is getting a little old for such activities. Not Cyrus. Cyrus is all an act. I'm still holding out hope for Esme. She looked genuine with her gratitude that Laura said she would go with her to turn herself in.
  24. I got FJ. The contestants didn't have bad guesses, but nothing else even occurred to me once I thought "garden." I got the missed clues of A Tale of Two Cities, 1962, salinity and goose grease.
  25. If I were Nina I wouldn't have gone to apologize to Drew and Carly. I would have maybe tried to talk to Willow and then just run off to parts unknown. She's just going to be persecuted in that town.
