  1. I didn't like the episode, but I don't think the baby will be evil. Therefore, I don't think Cas made a mistake in protecting Kelly and the baby. Cas's mistake, in my opinion, was repeatedly lying, manipulating, and betraying the Winchesters. I didn't like that and his actions turned me off the character, for now. I guess I'll know how much my opinion of the character has been damaged the next time he pops up.
  2. To be fair, ratings are abysmal across several networks. Several shows have had series lows this TV season. The only reason why I think enjoyment of the show and/or storylines play a role, along with there being a Spring slump and people not watching much television in general lately, is because once upon a time, while other shows would decline in ratings during the Spring, Supernatural wouldn't drop in the ratings as much. But that seems to not be the case this time around. I fear the show is headed towards a .4 this season, and if not this season, next season.
  3. Could be some people aren't enjoying any of the storylines this season, and have decided to stop watching or they record and watch later. Like me.
  4. All good points, some I agree with. Only things I'll add. (Reasons why I'm dissatisfied with this season.) 1. In the second half of the season, Dean seems to be just drifting from episode to episode. 2. The Lucifer/Kelly/Nephilim storyline is my least favorite of any storyline in the history of the show. 3. I don't like Sam, so I don't really care about his storyline, but I agree that it's difficult to understand his motivation with regards to working with the BMOL. 4. I found the first few episodes interesting and I was more than ready to see how the relationship between Dean and Mary would evolve, but I've since lost any sympathy I once had for Mary, so the character and her relationship with Dean no longer interest me. 5. "Regarding Dean" is my favorite episode of the season, so far. I also liked "Asa Fox" and certain Dean related moments in a few other episodes, but for the most part, most episodes haven't been all that great, in my opinion. 6. I like Cas, but unfortunately, he's tied up in the Lucifer/Kelly/Nephilim/Angels storyline, and as I said earlier, I dislike that storyline. It would be nice if they included Cas in more MOTW episodes. Maybe the last run of episodes will change my mind, but if not, hopefully next season will be better. Overall, for me, this season has been less than satisfying.
  5. Ok. First of all, I really did forget that line which is why I asked if it happened this season (by the way, I also liked that line}. Second, no need to fake pity me. I'm actually fine. This has happened with other shows I've watched. The show will go through a period I find boring. Sometimes the show recovers, sometimes it doesn't. I'm waiting to see if Supernatural can: Maybe by the end of the season or maybe next season. We'll see. Again, this is all my opinion. If you're currently enjoying the show, more power to you. I don't have a problem with that. However, I have noticed that some people tend to have a problem when someone says they're not enjoying the show.
  6. Ok. I forgot about that scene. Seems like it was so long ago. It's been a very long, very boring season, in my opinion.
  7. Mary Sue, Gary Stu, it's the way things are. *shrugs* It's actually one of the things about Dean that seems to be consistent. I like it.
  8. Was that this season? I've forgotten so much about this season. That's how boring it's been.
