I so agree with you on this, RuntheTable. Darla was changing the tire, pulling, and feel backwards into traffic. The traffic was Taylor's car, and I swear I only remember her having a half a glass of wine. It was foggy as olde Londen, but she was not driving erratically. But yeah, afterwards, all on Taylor. Phew, good to get that off my chest.

See, that's exactly what made me sad. She's so mentally ill right now it's not campy crazy anymore. Either the show needs to lighten up or I do. I found that scene odd since the whole family knows about Aly's condition. I would have expected Steffy to question Aly about taking her meds, talking to her dad, getting some help, etc. and in a concerned way, even though her cousin was verbally attacking her, because they are cousins and Steffy has known Aly since she was born. I guess they were trying to show that Steffy doesn't take Aly's condition seriously for the sake of the plot. Which just doesn't make sense to me. It's just one more reason not to like Steffy.

Well, hooray, I was able to watch it on demand! There is a time constraint on how long it's free. This episode is free until July 3rd. At least on my cable. But thanks again NEGirl, (any girl?), this is a game changer for me. :) I wanted to see more of them! I loved Sig's gusto. I could watch these guys do anything.

Thanks, NEGirl! I did not know that it was free on demand. I'll have to check that out. And here I've been watching the rerun episodes at the craziest times when they rerun them.

I missed part of last night's episode, Super Typhoon Part 1, and I'm trying to find out when it's going to be rerun. The TV Guide online shows no reruns, or first runs, until July 14th. And the Discovery site has wacky info. Super Typhoon Part 2 airs Thusday, July 2nd, tomorrow, at 4PM. It also has conflicting info on the same page showing Fishing in the Ditch airs tonight at 9PM, but instead it aired at 1AM in the Wednesday schedule, not 9PM. The time zone shows as ET, and I am in the Eastern Time Zone. How can I watch a show when I can't find out when it's on? This is confusing and frustrating.

That Caroline and Maya scene had Saint Caroline being way too sickeningly sweet to even seem real. It was sticky like a toddler with too much candy. A waffle never saw syrup like that. I feel like a shot of insulin is in order.

I wish we'd get more fashion/runway/showdowns going on from the show. And I don't mean those hysterical fashion shoots like we most recently had with Nicole. In real fashion news a designer, Rick Owens, punched a model backstage for pulling a runway stunt. Let's hope Maya minds her p's and q's because I don't think she'd survive a swipe from one of TKRidge's bear paws.

A little late to party, but my submission for the Waffles Playlist is You're Undecided by Johnny Burnette and The Rock 'N Roll Trio. (Although I hear the version by Tav Falco's Panther Burns in my head.) I just love when the show has a bunch of characters get together for a celebration or something. Upon watching the episode a second time, and thinking about your suggestion here, I really do wonder if Sig was behind Jake getting the gig on the Saga.

That would have segued nicely with Steffy's comment about Liam not being able to save his mother. Either Steffy or Liam could have delivered it. I just want her to wash her face.

Do you think that Elliot may have approached Sig first? Or someone else let Sig know Elliot's intentions? Or was it just something logical that everyone was thinking might happen? And that's why Sig was giving Jake a turn in the captain's seat?

So wait a minute, Waffles and Ivy, (I hate "ship" names but I so want to call them Auwffles), were in love and had a great sex life and now that they are limited-partnershipped they are not going to have sex - which is grounds for annulment, at least on TV? The way the camera was focused on the signing of the document I felt like that was an anvil for something to happen regarding that in their doomed limited-partnership.

I loved it. I was amazed that Quinn just happened to have the perfect Ivy dress - sleeveless and with her midriff showing. The top half of the combo was perfect Ivy, the bottom half was a little more fun than Ivy's turned out to be, but overall I felt that the casual elegance with a dollop of retro was right. With her stylist sense, maybe Quinn should get a turn as Forrester CEO.

Yeah, the Rick and Maya story really fizzled out. What a let down. And what did they replace it with? More flat soda - Steffy.

It's funny how when the host isn't reading the sales script he just wants to bullshit with Sig but Sig is all about selling that seafood. ETA: That was the Thurs nite host. I see there's a diff host today, Friday. I thought they would just rerun the segment, with possibly updated graphics. Shows what I know about shopping channels. I guess it's actually live.
