The little one with pigtails is Cassie's daughter, not sure about the little one with the ponytail. Lauren has taught Lennon at DCC camp and knows her from the stadium/being around.

I personally don’t think Kelli was particularly awful to Dayton in the office meeting. I wonder, though, if her tone came off differently because she’s speaking to someone that she’s known since she was born, as opposed to a candidate completely new to her. Not trying to go down the favoritism road, just noting that I would speak differently to someone I’ve known all of their life vs someone I just met...even without probably realizing it.

What in the...? I've thought for years DCC and all of their resources SURELY can find better photo editors. I'm not saying Photoshop the girls within an inch of their life, but damn, some basic balancing and corrections would be nice.

Agree! Never mind staying in uniform shape, being able to do that jump split 7 years later is incredible.

Disagree. I can understand if you've never been a fan of Jennifer, to each his/her own, but I think her speech was spot on. It was easy to see that some of the vets could stand to step it up a notch, especially compared to some of the girls trying out, and I think she was just trying to give them fair warning. I've been in competitive dance for a while, so maybe I'm just used to instructors/choreographers and their firm criticism and feedback, but I didn't think it came off as bitchy.

As someone mentioned briefly earlier in the thread, why is Judy so darn quiet? I need more Judy comments in my life, stat. I don't know if it's the edit this year or what, but Kelli is coming off super nasty, much more so than previous seasons.

That's a pretty harsh criticism to place on someone without knowing the details of cuts.

I think, and obviously @ShellyB would know for sure, they run through it twice back to back then switch lines and run through it again twice. I’ve done it in auditions before so the choreographer/judge can see everyone front and center.

IIRC, they usually have a few vets attend the training camp events. I remember Lacey and a few others going to Jay's workout sessions with TCCs.

From what I've seen, Khalyn's and Yuko's pics have turned out the best. Christina has a bangin bod, but her face looks awkward or forced in the photos I've seen.

Not a criticism of VK specifically, but a bit WTF to girls in their 20s lately and these massive false eyelashes. I wear falsies sometimes for volume, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to see with some of the blankets these girls are wearing on their eyes. Am I alone here? Am I getting too old?

I can hear her screaming, "Chassé Pas de Bourrée!!" in my head now :)
