  1. My guess is it's going to be a medically-induced coma while her burns heal? It's the only thing I can think of that also explains SA saying Oliver's smiling early this season.
  2. Regarding Thea, I can see her not being at the wedding simply because she's not in the crossover due to WH's episode count for the season (even though with the Waverider, they could probably easily heal her wounds/pick her up from wherever to get her to CC for the event, so, uh, good luck explaining that in-story). Now, if there's some sort of reception/celebration in 609 and she's not there (and especially if they don't even mention her or give some really weak excuse for her absence), I won't understand that. Oh, and regarding Donna, I will be shocked if she's even mentioned.
  3. See, this is what happens when they decide to confirm officially that 3 characters (1 of which is only in episodes 1, 5 and 6, and 1 who isn't filming much for episodes) - Slade, Dinah and BS - are alive over the summer and then promotion for the new season begins. It would be one thing if they only promoted the premiere, but now that we're getting closer, they're going to be promoting episodes 2, 3, etc. before the premiere even airs. So either they continue to pretend everyone is dead while promoting those other episodes, switch tactics and suddenly show, "hey, look, X, Y and Z are in these episodes" or hold off on promoting those episodes until the premiere airs. If they decide to release promo stuff for episode 2 this week while continuing to pretend everyone else could be dead, based on how they've been releasing episode descriptions each week, then either they're just going to promote Oliver and Dinah or may have something for BS even if she's only in one scene in the episode. OR they may decide, "hey, we put Rene and Curtis in the crossover poster and released that, so let's start promoting them too and continue to pretend that Felicity, Diggle, Lance and Thea are characters that don't exist, like we've been doing."
  4. Yeah, I'm not expecting any first dances either. If anything, we might see Oliver and Barry talking off to the side, watching while Felicity and Iris are on a (makeshift*) dance floor with everyone else. *If there even is one - aren't the weddings taking place in a park?
  5. Yeah, I think there have been reports of him on set. Plus he's on the crossover poster.
  6. Question: Do we know if KC filmed at all for 602? Because if she didn't, then the photos we get this week for the episode (assuming we get them since we got the premiere's last week and they don't hold off until after the premiere) will just be, what, Oliver and Dinah? Either they're going to have to spoil something in the episode descriptions/photos OR hold off on the descriptions/photos until after the premiere OR have the descriptions/photos be only about Oliver, maybe Dinah (though the premiere description only mentioned Oliver and could have just as easily mentioned Dinah or BS since both were shown in the photos).
  7. Really, no hint of anyone else existing. If you never watched the show and only saw most of the promos (but not the SDCC trailer) - both for S6 and now these BTS videos for S5 - you wouldn't even know there are other characters.
  8. Is it just me or have the videos with footage from last season - like this one and the BC vs. BS one - also only centered around the characters confirmed alive? It's like they're trying to pretend all other characters don't even exist.
  9. No spoilers (all about last season). 1) Not Laurel (or at least not the Laurel that calling her Laurel and using the word "return" implies). Black Siren. 2) Technically, yes, she returned since she was in 510. But still. See point 1. 3) "Changes everything"? Nope.
  10. Maybe it'll happen after Barry and Iris are married and while Oliver and Felicity are getting married. J/K. Mostly. I hope. I really do wonder if any of the promotion for the crossover will change all that much once the Arrow premiere airs and they can stop pretending that certain characters - but only certain characters, like Felicity and Diggle, since Dinah, Rene and Curtis were also all on the island - are dead.
  11. It seems like this is the case, doesn't it? They only had Thea suit up twice last year (right?) in 501 to find Oliver before the recruits joined and then in 509 to stand on a roof after they found out about Evelyn's betrayal, then she disappeared for the out-of-town conference overnight between 509 and 510, and in 511, they recruited Dinah. And now with Thea in a coma, I wouldn't be surprised if they actually have her have a realistic recovery, so there won't/can't be any suiting up as Speedy after the crossover either.
  12. In that Space promo, at 0:04, is that a body behind Oliver? I can't tell because the video won't play in anything but very low quality.
  13. Maybe they'll have Stein's funeral, and then the Legends will decide to take a couple of days in CC before returning to traveling through time. And then when everyone gathers to say goodbye to the Legends and Kara and Alex - again, a couple of days after the funeral, not immediately after - WA decides, "hey, everyone's here, let's get married." And then after, Olicity gets married. Just ... anything that gives us at least a day between a funeral and the weddings.
  14. That's what I thought. Maybe Diggle marries WA and then goes over to O/F, nudges them and goes, "So, I can marry you guys now too..."
  15. Now I'm expecting that after the weddings, Felicity and Iris basically disappear and Oliver and Barry/Oliver and Sara/Barry and Kara/etc. have their team leader conversations to end the crossover, just like last year. NGL, part of me really wanted a nice, quiet wedding for O/F before the craziness (which would explain why Diggle can officiate the WA wedding later) so that we wouldn't have their exes present. Oh well, time to focus on the positive: Olicity will be married.
  16. WTF. I really want to know whose idea this was. "These characters just buried a teammate/friend/etc. What better time to get married?"
  17. I'm still iffy about the Slade episodes, TBH. And if I end up not liking them all that much, I'm probably going to be left wondering just what else they could have put in those two episodes, especially if it feels like some storylines/characters were lacking by the end of the season.
  18. UGH. Did they think, "well, this way neither couple gets married on their own show"? That's a terrible idea. I really do wonder if they planned out the crossover (at least the big moments) before Arrow was moved to Monday for it - so The Flash would have been second and when the WA wedding should have taken place and then Arrow would have ended the crossover with an Olicity wedding - and then once it was moved, they just went, "whatever, it's a four-hour movie! Of course everyone will watch even though we can't guarantee that! No one will be mad!" Maybe they think this way they win with those who like Olicity - they get married! - and those who don't - but it's not on Arrow!
  19. Watch them put Felicity in jeans or something. She runs around in a dress and heels all the time, but this time, they'll have her dressed down completely casual just for this to happen.
  20. Oh that's good. Maybe the OTA moment DR teased is O/F deciding to have a quiet wedding before WA's (so it happens on Arrow) and Diggle officiates that with only a couple witnesses, then by the time the WA wedding comes around (assuming it happens), he volunteers to officiate for them?
  21. If they have Olicity get married on LoT when they could have gotten married on Arrow if they hadn't insisted on moving it to Monday night ... Oh, it's going to be so much fun watching the haters deal with this news. Maybe Oliver's marrying Felicity's ghost, right?
  22. I think I also saw one of the paps say the death isn't from Supergirl, so Flash or LoT and yeah, This is what I'm thinking too.
  23. You know, all we have to do is wait to see what we hear about the MSFs for all four shows. If anything sounds like one or more characters could be grieving, we can start narrowing down the possibilities.
  24. You know, I would be, but since Diggle is officiating two weddings, I'm going to assume at least one of them happens after all the action and I don't think he'd be officiating after losing his wife.
  25. Hmm.. If this is true, they better kill off the character in their show's hour. It's one thing to marry off a couple on another show, as much as I'd hate it and I'd understand fans of the couple hating it as well. But it would be worse to kill off a character. It's one thing for someone to tune in the next week and go, "Wait, they got married?" if a person doesn't watch all four hours. It's another for someone to tune in and go, "WTF they killed off X on another show and I'm finding out about it from the 'previously on...'?!"
