Michelle's voice-overs and talking heads are becoming unbearable. Her exaggerated "vocal fry" is getting worse with each episode. in previous seasons she had a fairly clear, albeit annoying, speaking voice. Now she sounds like a really old lady with laryngitis.

One word: "Aaaaaaannnnnnddddd....." Like nails on a blackboard!

When the restaurant guy was shouting out the names of the steak-eating contestants, he said "David" not "Dayton". Poor Day-un probably uses his real name "David" when anyone asks him. Changing one's identity and parentage (a la the "Robyn & Kody's Daughter" labels on the talking heads) just because mom re-marries is a bit creepy and confusing. You just know it wasn't the kids' idea.

At least the Williams family explained how they support such a large family. Brady has his own business and works himself to the bone. We know that some of the wives have jobs or other means of making money outside the home. Couponing, yard sales, tightening belts, and pooling incomes rounded out the rest of the explanation. Now how do the Browns support their family? We really don't know. Kody has some marketing scheme that is never discussed. Aside from TLC money and Janelle's real estate career, we know that the wives do not have jobs. They have never been asked outright how they are paying for four new houses and their contents, numerous vehicles, college tuitions, jewelry production, and daily basics for the families. It's all so shady and we're all left scratching our heads. In the Williams vs. Browns debate, I don't feel like the Williams family is trying to hide such a giant, glaring question mark.

Hoo boy, nothing says "class act" like a guy who can't put down a Styrofoam cup when approaching his girlfriend's parents about courting, when proposing courtship to the girl, and when announcing the courtship to the family. Maybe he had to hold on to something to keep from reaching out and grabbing a boob.

When are they going to change the commercials for this show? The lighting and coloring is eerie and makes them look ghoulish. Especially Brady.
