I was just reading the comments on TVLine about the season/series finale when I came across a couple of comments from viewers in the UK. According to the two comments I read, Nicole was never featured in any promos there. She was on posters, but in the background with the rest of the cast behind TM and Headless. What a crock of shit.

As I said in another thread, I think that diva business is a load of horse shit. Before the finale, I wasn't ready to be without TM and NB on my TV screen, but I can let go now. I'm not knocking or disliking TM. I think TM is the sexiest male lead on TV right now, but Ichabod is not Ichabod without NB's Abbie. So, if anyone wants to watch an "iteration" of Ichabod sans Abbie, have at it. The thing is, don't blame NB because she wants better for herself. She was working before SH, so I'm sure she'll be able to find work again.

I think the blind item about NB being difficult/diva is horse shit. FOX probably put that out there so that the viewers wouldn't blame the show when they killed Abbie off. The show said they brought in NR and SS to lessen the blow of NB leaving. If that is the case, where are the characters that these women portrayed? Gone. I think they chem tested JC (Sophie) with TM, but instead of the audience seeing her as a love interest, they thought she was Ichabbie's daughter. I will be thoroughly surprised, when it is all said and done, that NB left on her on accord. I think TPTB considered Abbie expendable, so they killed her off. TM wasn't a breakout, TM and NB were a breakout together. The audience loved them, shippers and non-shippers alike. I'm not talking about the Ichatrina shippers. I'm talking about the viewers who really enjoyed SH in all it's campiness. FOX killed SH as sure as they drove a dagger through its heart, and I won't forget that. I was just thinking that I had stopped watching network tv until SH premiered. Now, I can go back to not watching without any qualms about missing out. Before the final episode aired, I wasn't ready to let go. But I am, now. I'm letting go of FOX. I'm a WOC, but not even Empire can keep me watching FOX. I love TM, but I won't watch SH if the show is renewed.

I'm out, TM without NB is not SH for me.

Weeeeeeeeeeeee! Loved both promos! I, too, cannot wait to see the episode. I was debating on whether to watch it tonight, while enduring history comments from my husband, or watching it in the privacy of my bedroom on Hulu tomorrow morning in peace and quiet. I think I'll do both. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I don't think SBR can come to 2016, because she was never here. If she can, indeed, leave the Catacombs, she shall go back the hell from whence she came. If she goes back to her time, unless it is to the exact point at which she left, who will she be? "BR" lived her life. I'd be surprised if she can leave the Catacombs. SBR's "flag speech" had a finality to it. It seemed to me that she knew she wasn't coming back. Joe will probably be back. Didn't Campbell say Joe is gone in this iteration? That to me means he can be regenerated, sans the Wendigo. Crane is a Founding Father. Proof will be discovered, probably left by the "Witness" protection group. Ergo, he is by default a citizen. Danny needs to get to stepping. I remember Dave and Maddie. Moonlighting was a family favorite. I never knew Dave and Maddie got together. My son said he thought they got together in a dream sequence. I don't know why I cannot remember them getting together, though. I remember the BHTS BS, though. I think it was a war of egos with CS being the aggressor. I'm riding the SH wagon until the wheels fall off. I'm here for NB and TM. I don't like the direction the writers "seem" to want to go, but I'm a willing hostage.

I believe Abbie and Crane were destined to be together since the very first episode of SH. When Abbie first saw Crane in jail, the look on her face was "What are you doing here?" It seemed as though she knew him already, but it was never fleshed out. The bond between the two was instantaneous. It was much more and purer than love at first sight. Then we got "S2", and everything went down the tubes. I still think the writers were trying to get there, but they wrote themselves into a massive hole and couldn't find a way out. Since they scrapped "S2", for me, Katrina nor Jeremy/Henry never existed. That being said, we cannot look too closely at how Ichabod ended up in the "future". I'm going to assume the Founding Fathers spirited him away to come awake at the precise time that the second witness was ready to enter the fray. Now, Danabbie isn't happening. In my mind Abbie did a WTF in her mind when Danny said if it were left up to him she wouldn't still be with the Agency. The writers could not have put that out there without a payoff sometime in the future. Danny did tell Abbie that he loves her. Abbie knows that what he means is, I am a man and I love you as a woman. Maybe, just maybe, Abbie chooses Danny because she doesn't understand yet that that is what ichabod has been showing her at every turn. She has more with ichabod than she could ever have with Danny. Ichabod is "Home" for Abbie, and he "will leave a light on" for her when she's ready to come "Home".

I don't believe NB or TM have any say so on being used to promote SH. They don't have that kind of power. They are actors under contract. If Fox wants to send them out to promote SH, then Fox would do just that. Not sending the leads out to promote the show, IMO, tells the fans Fox does't want to draw too much attention to them. Meaning, the chemistry is undeniable onscreen and off. Neither actor has the clout to turn down promoting SH. Fox's show. Fox's decision on who will grace the interviews. Right now, it isn't NB and TM.

It is not, IMO, that NB and TM have made a conscious decision to not promote SH. It is logical that Fox determines who will and who will not attend different functions. Fox is their boss. If Fox says to jump, they would. NB and TM are faces of SH. I have never seen a network not promote their properties, whether the shows are flourishing or floundering. This is a first, for me, as one who has watched a lot of TV over the years.

I am going to watch SH until the very end because of NB and TM. I have watched S1 more than twice. I have only watched the very first episode of S2 more than once. When S2E1 premiered, I just kept saying: there is something off, and I just can't put my finger on it. However, as the season progressed I knew what was wrong. I saw an interview with the cast on YouTube before S2 began where TM was sitting next to KW and NB was sitting far to the end. I felt then that something had changed, but I waited it out. Yep. GFD to epic proportions. It was all kinds of wrong, but I kept watching and hoping for a S3. Well, thank you, you dedicated SleepyHeads, SH got a S3. I want Ichabbie, eventually. I believe it's going to happen. I heard a listener of The Tea Podcast thinks Sophie is Ichabbie's daughter. I'm hanging on to that, too. I have always believed that Abbie, deep down in the recesses of her heart, knows there is more to witnessing between her and Ichabod. However, S2 got in the way of the story going in that direction.
