Even though I'm a lifelong fan of the O's (growing up in the DC area will give ya that), I was quite happy they lost all three games to the Red Sox. (My 2nd favorite AL East team)(due to NKOTB). I didn't really like it that they beat the Nats.
I didn't take it as him being a punk, I took it as a measured response, that and he's not playing tomorrow because it's his day off. So congrats Reds you get a win tomorrow. At least that's how I took it.
Harper still has 41 he didn't homer yesterday or today.
Then no, because I believe Arenado has the HR record in NL (I think Davis has it in AL). He has the average I believe, but the other two no.

Can someone explain to me the history of Jonathan Papebon. Because I like giving people the benefit of the doubt, except when the man never has apparently batted in his life and is going to tell someone else what they should be doing.
I'm gonna ask, which stats does that make up?
Because if I'm being truly honest, I'm gonna say yes. I'm biased that way.
Plus I watch totally too much MLB Network.
As a fan of the Nats, Orioles, Reds, Redskins, Bengals, Capitals and the Wizards I say "Let's Go Mets"
(of course anybody I tend to root for loses a lot)
re: the ISPHR
a: that took all of 15 seconds for him to get around the bases (thanks for the timer Quick Pitch)
b: I felt sorry for Michael Taylor there.
Did anybody get the feeling that as a young doctor he was an assistant to the doctor who originally worked on Gibbs. It was in the way he said something at the beginning.
I enjoyed the fact that the Nationals at least won today.
Note to the Marlins 2nd baseman (that was what he was supposed to be playing right?):
Get off the tracks when the train is coming through.
That seriously dampened my enthusiasm of the game today.
I've had this feeling lately (will since the early oo's) that the Washington tagline should be "Welcome to Washington where great athletes come to kill their careers"
Actually in Season One in an episode where the guy fell off the cliff in a suicide he lit two candles in a church.
I also believe that in a tv shows first season, there is a fleshing out of the characters and some things might work better with others so I don't see it as a big deal if one character had change in the 2nd season.
I don't know what's happening to the O's because I haven't really paid attention unless they are on my tv, (like now when they are playing the Rays). It seems the DC-Bal region of MLB has decided to choke and choke big.
I was doing my best not to jinx the Nats last night and trying not to cheer the Mets losing big, because I didn't want the teams to turn around and lose or turn around and win.
The Nats problem is I believe Drew Storen's bruised ego.
Also I think the Nats problem is me paying more attention to them since
a: Bryce Harper's cover shoot for ESPN
b: Tuning into Max Scherzer's almost perfect game.
c: The availability of games I could suddenly watch after that, thanks to MLB Network for about two weeks
siggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I saw my centerfield crush tonight, Brady Anderson still looks awesome after all these years.
That is the only thing getting me through this wretched game so far.
I turned on the O's game and the first thing I see is Adam Jones getting robbed of a home run. Nice catch dude.
Loved the pitchers reaction, I think I like Chris Archer because of his hair.
Is it bad that I'm enjoying every minute of it. On top of that my team is winning. and I think my other team is winning. Then again my third team the Reds had a good night last night, but I won't talk about them right now.
I loved that they called the Infield Fly rule, do two people have to be on base when it's called or just at least one?
In other news, I recently learned that Walks (and Balks for that matter) don't count as at bats. So I need to apologize for the atrocious scoring I did a long time ago and the over inflated averages.
Yeah, O's won and then the Nats won. Let's keep both of those up boys.
I agree, I hope he takes his time and not rush. Just yesterday MLB Network was saying they put him in the rotation so the others could go a day later or something. I think it was a September lineup thing.
I feel bad for the batter who hit the ball also.
