Well yes he is considering his stolen base count for the year is more then at least 6 other teams. First we lose our lead off guy, then we lose Jaysen until after the all star break, and now we lose our original 2nd batter and current lead off man. Yesterday sucked big time, with the bullpen taking flack for the loss when the game could have been over if the 2nd basemen did his job properly a couple batters before. The player (who's name escapes me) his family couldn't make it to NY, so they were going to see him play in Houston this weekend.

I loved watching TWIB on Saturdays after Saved By the Bell and other teen/kids shows. I loved that one show where the kid reporter tried taking to I think Gary Carter in French because he played for the Montreal Expos.

Does anybody else get annoyed when they have to listen to the opposite teams broadcast crew? Right now, the only person I enjoy on the Marlins broadcast is Jessica Blaylock. I don't normally mind Rich when the Marlins are playing teams other then the Nats. But Todd Hollandsworth is more annoying then Jeff Conine. Plus does Rich get a new color man every season?

Yeah, I was wondering what happened and knew MLB wouldn't have the info, so I went to the post game show on Root Sports. I don't know who the lady is, but she is quite exuberent.

I saw that on MLB Network. That was cool, except for the part where he was hit on the eyebrow by Charlie Blackmon's helmet.

That is the reason I wear my baseball shirts in the off season, so I don't jinx my team. (Even though the Reds don't need my help and the Mets fans wish I would)

It's never fun to win against a team that's injury prone and all the good players are mostly gone. Ok fine, I'm enjoying the Nationals winning against the Mets, but I do feel bad that there are a lot of injuries.

So the good: Two of my teams won today, which meant today was a good day because the Yankees lost. Good on ya Buster Posey for realizing your pitcher is a tool and letting him handle it himself. Good on ya MadBum for staying in the dugout, no need to get hurt again. The Bad: Hunter Strickland is a tool. Holding a grudge for 2 1/2 years when you won the WS is a really bad thing.

He's about 3 weeks older then I am. He needs to stop aging, but good on him for playing this long.
