I feel like I've said this a zillion times over the last decade but especially this time around - I do not understand why what seems like the entire country is giving in to Trump and his whims.

Jo and Link are getting engaged after they've argued all season about the babies? She has no concerns about getting married again after her first husband was an abuser to the point she fled and changed her name and her second husband left her in a letter for his ex-wife?

Three weeks and still no Bobby, but we got split-second Velma this week and Colter mentioned his mom and dad. Is that storyline still ongoing? Why would Reenie willingly close the door to a storage unit when she was inside? Colter's racked up a decent kill count by now. Even if they are all in self-defense, wouldn't he have to be interviewed by cops?

That's what I first thought, too, but Musk and his DOGE interns are more than happy to pick up the slack and do enough damage in their own right, so... 😟

The Supreme Court voted against Trump and denied his emergency bid to cancel nearly $2 billion in USAID spending. Vote was 5-4 with John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett agreeing with the three women Dems. I wonder when Trump will start rage-tweeting and/or Musk threaten their jobs.

It seems to be bothering him that the Dems aren't standing up and cheering for him. Hee :p.

Apparently Trump now might be willing to "meet in the middle" about tariffs now that Canada called him a dumbass. Lmao. Same time next month for new threats?

Trump halted military aid to Ukraine and is (apparently) considering lifting sanctions on Russia. Way to go, Krasnov. The stock market, also, had it's worse one-day slide since the March 2020 Covid days. [The little chyron box on FOX news literally showed the market sinking in real-time as Trump talked about the tariffs on Mexico/China...]

It's not going to happen, unfortunately, but how nice would it be if the collective media just...didn't cover the State of the Union speech. Nothing he says in it is going to be true.

It seems that they need multiple kills every episode. The way his body jerked I assumed he was somehow electrocuted when he hit the train tracks. But I'm not sure how that would have happened, exactly...

See, I "understand" why the GOP are terrified of Trump. (I don't understand or condone it, obviously, but I can see the thought process - thanks unhinged MAGA!). But I don't understand how and why that absolute refusal to do anything even pretending like their jobs and /or stand up for themselves and their constituents carries over to Musk, also.

BREAKING: House Republicans just passed their budget resolution 217-215 that would virtually guarantee deep cuts to Medicaid and food stamps, all to fund a major tax break for the ultrawealthy... and still add trillions to the national debt. I honestly don't understand what the overall point of this administration IS other than making Trump and Co. (even more) obscenely rich.
