A best-of look back at Season 12's auditions.
-
Matthew is 24 and Cory is 40, so for me this is apples/oranges. Matthew began working in professional kitchens at 16 and was a food writer by 17, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he was working under three award-winning chefs at the same time ... I've no doubt that by 40 his resume will be as impressive/more impressive than Cory's. Kid's got moxie. @xaxat were Matt and Cory on a team together this episode? I only remember them working together on the glamping episode.

With rain pummeling the island, teams scramble to avoid freezing flood waters, while a group attempts a massive construction project that could be a key to survival and another chooses between betraying family or tapping out.
-
In the Season 5 finale, the time has come for the married couples to meet with the experts and make their final decision.
-
Franklin and Leon deal with the thief; Teddy goes to extreme measures to protect the CIA; and Lucia and Gustavo connect in the aftermath of the previous night.

I thought he said it was so he could get out of his credit card debt more quickly.

For me it's the equivalent of Cody moving back in with his parents to help accommodate for the opening of his business. Since Nate doesn't have a parent he can move in with nearby, the friend's garage for two-hundy/month was his "Move Back Home To Save Money" option. I think Sheila is just self-sabotaging a good thing at this point. Luckily for her, I don't think NATHAN (why does she insist on calling him by his full first name when everyone else is fine with N8?) is the type of fella who'll let her off his hook that easily.
-
Agreed, but he would hurt her. He outweighs her by a good 250 pounds. *Did she hit him? I thought it was a slap. Danielle tells Mo "Meet me and these people who really hate you in the alley behind this restaurant" and doesn't realize how that sounds?

"De River de problem." <--Pedro speaks for us all. "Is he gonna quit the marriage like he quit the basketball game?" Yes, River, if your sister is half as big of a bitch as you are Pedro will probably quit the marriage.

Debating whether I should tell Khaleesi that most everyone dislikes her favorite contestant. Her least favorites are Amy and Rusty.
-
She thinks he's silly, fun.. like a kid who really wants to show you something he just figured out he could do. And he gets really excited about the food, like Guy Fieri (another FN person she loves.)
-
Matthew is my Khaleesi's favorite. The clip where he's filming his team running through the store from above had her in stitches.
-
Me too. I think it's the scowling.

Thread for today's episode:

Anfisa flips out on Jorge for lying; Mohamed faces Danielle and her family; Pao gets a reality check in Miami while Russ has to make a choice about his marriage; Loren comes clean to Alex; Pedro faces Chantel's family.

Happily Ever After Social Media And Speculation

This Wiki seems shifty at best. -
It was safe; Megan and Alex got those. Cameron forgot the clues as soon as he jumped down. Microbiologist, huh..

If you're more likely to get a safe apple from a red snake than a yellow snake and there are two of each then either a) red snakes both have safe apples and only one yellow snake has a safe apple or b) one red snake has a safe apple and both yellow snakes have poisoned apples. When the next clue was that one of the yellow snakes has a safe apple, why didn't anyone jump off and grab that other red snake's apple? The other red snake was literally the last one chosen.

Folks, please make sure you're posting in the correct forum. Second Chances has its own forum and comments about it belong there.

Enough. Be Civil.

Really, show? You didn't get her permission? One living person in the whole fucking show and you can't send her an email?

Unfiltered did have its own thread, however, a poll of MAFS viewers showed that the vast majority of you watch it and want to discuss it here. If anyone has questions about this, hover over my name and click on " Message."

It's probably very different before the show when they're like "You won't even notice us! Those other couples were just crazy!" then the show begins and they're in the car telling you to keep fighting about something you just want to marinate on for a while and encouraging your husband to follow you and make you talk about it. I don't blame Sheila for needing a minute, or getting frustrated at the producer who was not nearly as invisible as she should have been. Shocked that they aired that interaction with the producer, and that they aired Ash and Sheila speaking openly about editing/production on Unfiltered. Though I understand her frustration in that moment outside, Sheila's stock plummeted for me between the B&B Check-in Champagne scene and the You Broke!/I.Am.Not.Doing.This.With.You.Right.Now.Etc. scenes. She's still a lot more appealing than either of the other two ladies, and these are probably issues that won't exist once the crews are gone. Her stock will rise again. And since it can't be said enough... Given their wacky parents and strange sibling setups, neither Nate nor Sheila has got any business being halfway as well-adjusted as they are. ETA: Nate at the "haunted" B&B - "let me go down the stairs first"/slam the door and walk out was fantastic. No please, TV gods, let them have sex. With other people, if at all possible. This awkwardness is death. Before last night I'd never seen two people aggressively hand-hold like that while they make out with lips only, the woman laying on the floor and the man, IDK, levitating? over the woman. Cody, man, there's like 15 square feet of skin on her body you could put your hands on... why the hands? Afraid she'll fall off the floor? *If Cody were to get some play if he might finally get past puberty and have a big boy voice.
