Haha JC's Diana reminds me of Serena every time she's at the Kiriakis Mansion. Perhaps the spirit of Serena has been taking possession of her daughter hence why Diana's unrecognizable. Odds and ends: - There's a thin line between hate and love; that's certainly true for the cocky mimicker and the long-nailed "demoness". Okay I am "allergic" to long nails (esp with nail polish). Poor Chloe are caught in the middle between these two who have a fetish for getting into each other's face. - Sarah really has got this old-school classy appearance for females which used to populate Soaps back then. Please TPTBs keep this look permanently. Btw, I am liking the way they have been building up Sarah/Eric recently (e.g. she teased him about donut or he calm her down after calling nurse Marci). - Rex Rex Rex... The more he talks about Sarah, the more he sounds like someone who's keeping a trophy.

Hmm I don't get the impression of Sarah being the dominant one in the relationship with Rex based on what I've seen recently. Actually Rex is pretty dominant with the way he's pushing her to get back together and accept his proposal. Plus, he has the emotional depth of a high school jock. All he's interested to do is take his girlfriend back to his room so they can have sex. That's more like Sarah submit to his will if you ask me.

Sarah is probably the only non-ff material for me at this point (Sadly, Diana/Leo are no longer on that list). She's played by a very capable actress, and is one of the very few saner and least problematic characters in Salem. She's a doctor whose profession is the helper not murder, schemer, rapist or bratty teens. Sarah really is the "lesser of all other evils". To borrow from Ronald Reagan's quote, it's morning in Salem when she's around. Don't screw her up is my message to TPTBs.

I really want to post few pics of Sarah from this week's episode. Gone are the days of bangs and bird's nest. Dark brown is the right hair color for her skin tone. She looks thoroughly stunning and classy with the shoulder length curly hair and light makeup. No wonder Eric can't take his eyes off her. They are watchable since her obsession has been toned down and he's rather pleasant these days. Rex the hormonal teenager is so overbearing with his pushy, impatient and insensitive attitude. I am not even sure his annoying persistence in getting Sarah to accept his proposal is really because of love. He's someone who doesn't realize that emotional intimacy is just as or more important than physical intimacy. It's no wonder his girlfriend is thinking about another man. I don't know what else to say about Diana or shall I say Serena Jr? TPTBs have been taking away her admirable qualities and offer no explanation at same time. I am afraid it won't take long until they throw her under the bus for Jarlena.

Wow Mr. Jealous and Possessive isn't creepy today. Kudos to Sarah's for making a difference. However the sight of them making eyes at each other is getting old. Just do it already. Let Mr. frat boy give Jordan some sexual healing so his brother and girlfriend can jump in the sack. It's difficult for me to care about Rex's feelings. Being in the presence of his girlfriend made him felt unworthy so he cheated on her with other women to prove his worthiness. What the hell? This guy was such an idiot. The right thing Sarah could do is be done with him.

I second that! I adored Mason and Julia as well but Mason and Mary will always hold a special place in my heart.

The writing for Caira/Ben would be so much better if it took place in the 80 or 90s because soaps used to handle redemption and forgiveness wholeheartedly back then.

I am not sure how well the romance of Cin will be handled given limited budget, less resources, filming six months in advance etc. So far, the writing for them are hit and miss for me. Perhaps I'd be more optimistic and open to that idea like ten years ago when the show had more budget and resources. Plus, VK's still young and probably want to explore other options. So she might not renew her contract. I am more interested in a Xander/Sarah hookup though. Two consenting adults had non-string attached sex; she hates the guy's guts but are attracted to him... I am looking forward to more of their interactions down the road.

No story is perfect, that's true. But not a lot of them involves with serious mental issues and violent tendencies. Cherishing significant others are normal characteristics of people in love. The problem is that Super Ben's not your typical run-of-the-mill guy who falls for the girl from neighborhood. Caira is his savior, his beacon of hope and his compass; he couldn't live without her etc. It seems to me that she's gonna be the one who carries a heavy burden for him. In other words, she will probably make a lot sacrifices in their relationship. But should a young and inexperienced college student like Caira who has a bright future ahead, get involved with someone like Ben? Sure things are alright between them for now but what'd happen if Caira is no longer his salvation and guide? Let's say, she finds love with someone else or leave him... Judged by his past and recent recklessness with Claire, there's no telling of what a jealous and bitter Ben might do in that situation. Anyway those all are real concerns but unfortunately the show's doing a horrible job to present them. Just look at Hope. As a mother, she has legit reasons to want Ben away from her daughter. Instead of properly addressing them, TPTBs are making Hope look like a mother who's jealous of her own daughter for sleeping with her ex young boyfriend.

Judith is an actor of impeccable talent who manages to make me pay attention to the scenes. Call it old school acting or whatever, something that's incredibly rare these days. Although WTD has been overused on soaps, I am still curious to find out if John's really Leo's father. After all, Richard Cooper had treated both Diana and her son like dirt for a long time before his eventual death. Perhaps the real reason behind the abusement was that Leo wasn't his son and Diana was in love with John.
