Donor refund: They know that it's unlikely many people will ask for refunds due to embarrassment or because they still believe the bullshit, but, as a PR move it provides them with something they can point at. The question should be..'why did you feel you owed donors a refund option?' How long have they been in the US vs CA since soliticing? How do you file paperwork to get in on this?
