I'm going to do a thing this time. But with 260+ episodes, a few clues are probably in order.
This thing is a gift, appearing in only one episode.

Is it Ms. Langer of the condo board?
-
Does she live in a Crane man's building?
-
Is she an artist?
-
Does she play the cello?
-
Has this woman ever called in to Frasier's show?

I think Sonny was better away from Carly and have found him particularly grating since they’ve had him in Carly’s corner during this SEC storyline. However, Carly’s gotten even worse away from Sonny and now has a dozen additional characters who took the Jason mantle and have to act like she’s the most amazing person in the universe.
I feel gross even saying this but I'd take Jason back before ever backing a Sonny & Carly reunion. Jason would usually roll his eyes and act exasperated before he bailed her out. At least in the past, Carly's main claim to sainthood was that she was Michael's mother. (That detour in love before the end of NF excepted.)

Has she been in more than 1 or 2 episodes?

Is the person female?

Is it the delicatessen run by Robert where Niles and Frasier were sourcing their “cheap” caviar? And Daphne thought the lemon biscuits were overpriced?
Yes! Robert's Gourmet Goodies
@oxford, your turn.

1. No, it is not a residence.
2. Yes, the place is in Seattle.
3. No, it is not a dining establishment.
4. No, this place is not seen in almost every episode. (2 episodes, I believe.)
5. No, it is not a place where a character (regular or recurring) works.
6. Yes, it is some type of shop/store.

Eta: just to clarify, a rather amusing person does work there.

I loved Clint Weber's mere existence driving Frasier crazy.
Okay, how about doing a place this time?
-
Is it Clint Weber?

Does he sing off-key?

New question: Does anyone stream TV on a Google Pixel phone?
If so, can you compare it to doing so on an iPhone/iPad?I watch a lot on my Samsung phone - any recent Android shouldn't be any different than the Pixel. The apps are sometimes a little different than the iPad but nothing major.
That said, I've never tried to watch anything on the Apple Tv service. I have some iTunes purchased videos that I have to watch on the computer or the iPad.

Is this person a doctor?

Is it Father Mike?

Well, we already knew she was in big trouble.
Though I dispute the caller's assertion that you can tell what kind of person someone is when they're drunk. I've known a couple of truly awful, evil people who were sloppy, sentimental drunks.

Frasier Twenty Questions
in Frasier
Holy moly, @kariyaki - that was great! I should have known you guys don't need any assistance.
Yes, the scene where Martin gives Frasier the Outlaw Laser Robo-Geek is one of my faces.
I guess I should have gone with the bullfighter painting. 🙂
Over to you.
