  1. Excellent intro episode.  Interesting plot - Cali cartel, running empire using a business model, and making a 6 month deal with the government to spend minimal time in prison (ha!) in exchange for Cartel giving them all their info, stopping production and distribution, in exchange for the 4 Cartel heads to keep all their dough, and live their lives after stint in prison.  Fascinating concept, but seemed like a pipe dream.  Interesting main characters including new chill security guy Salcedo. Amazing the level of people they gifted with bribes . . . appears the entire city.

I'm not a frequent poster, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this (or if it should be posted at all). I also apologize if this has been posted before - I looked back through this thread and didn't see any reference.

I was curious about other couples they aren't showing from past seasons, and came across this. WTF is this? and why did I watch more than half of it? LOL

Ashamed to admit I watched the entire podcast. I was fixated, not only on Danielle but also that putz Jason and the John  guy. Each one is a study in itself, but the three together had me glued. Danielle's glee is off the charts. She will never give up Mo or reality tv. Mr Arrogant, know it all Jason seems above it all yet here he is, on a podcast with his intelligent, bad attitude commentary. John the podcast host fits in perfectly as a fan boy and bff of Jason. Nothing earth shattering re content, except I found Mr Arrogant ebay seller talking about his wife Cassia going to college interesting. Especially the part where she's living in a dorm. (wtf)  These 90 Day people seem to have their own sub culture.

So Meghan is definitly stirring shit up but I like it and I hope she keeps doing it. At least it's making this season somewhat interesting. Was Shannon really recording Kelly and if so, why? What was Kelly saying that made Shannon think "I should record this" since the cameras weren't around to capture it.

    Vicki: I'm a victim

    Meghan: But you're noooooot

    2

How weird is this? And then it just evaporated. Why didn't Meagan PI or Big Mouth Kelly get to the bottom of this. Shannon is losing her mind if this is true. I thought Shannon was such a remedial techie, yet she's going super spy on Kelly by attempting to tape her. On second thought, she is lame, cause Kelly saw her try to do it. What a weirdo. What was Shannon trying to tape and what was she going to do with it. Her poor family.

I loved this season of the show. I thought it was interesting to see the shift in the Cali investigation vs. the Escobar one.

I am bummed to see the end of the Colombia seasons. I thought the show did such a great job integrating the Colombian culture into the show much of which I was unfamiliar with.

I think for next season I'd like Pena to have a partner again. I think the show works a bit better when he has someone to play off of.

Good point!  Not much development and focus on the fanny pack & hair relationship, or their relationship with Pena. This season seemed more Cartel than DEA, compared to S1 & S2 which was a better story line balance. Did like Pena's interactions with the suits but he is good with a partner,

Jorge's LEGAL business is those light-proof bags to hold the marijuana, not his grow or marijuana sales. I'm sure the money all funnels through the legit business. Like rolling papers and pipes, the fact that it can be used for marijuana doesn't make it illegal, and he could get a bank account for that business.

There was a poster here who was an immigration attorney. I haven't kept up with this show because it was too mind-numbingly boring so I don't know if she is still around, but she told us that she came across Dani years ago when she was trying to get a co-sponsor to bring Mo over. When he got fired in Qatar and had to move back to Tunisia, they had to start the process all over. Danielle was being told by everyone in her family and on the Visa website that Mo wasn't legit and she was being scammed. There were even screenshots posted to Twitter back during their first season of Mo's dating profiles trying to get to Canada, while Danielle was petitioning for his Visa. She ignored everything because she thought that once he got here he would be stuck with her until he got his conditions removed. I think she knew he thought it would be immediate and not two years and purposely withheld the information.

If she actually lived in a McMansion and could afford to buy him nice cars, nice electronics, nice clothes while never getting her utilities shut off for non-payment, he may have tried to stick around a bit longer. But instead, she expected him to have sex with her after they married, lost her job, had the heat turned off in the middle of winter, and he ran to hide at her friend's house, the one who had married a Muslim man herself and was still trying to get him to come over. He then tried to convince her to transport him to Canada, but since he didn't have the necessary paperwork to enter the country, she wouldn't, and she refused to sneak him across the border in her trunk.

The immigration attorney also told us that as soon as Danielle told Immigration that the marriage was real it was game over for her as far as the annulment went, and that appears to be true. Personally, I think that he should be deported for immigration fraud. He never intended to stay married Danielle longer than it took to get his Green Card, which he thought was immediate. Since Danielle lied to immigration too, I'd also like to see her punished somehow. Even though she thought the marriage would last (because she didn't realize he was going to find women online to help him escape), she lied to Immigration initially, getting him his first Green Card, and since this isn't her first foray into the foreign spouse arena, I'd like to see that option taken from her.

After the shooting in California, when the man's family was being interviewed it was discovered that his brother had married a woman who was living with another man, and he was charged with Immigration Fraud crimes. That is what I would like to see happen to Mo. I don't have a problem with him deciding that he couldn't live with a woman who would throw herself in front of doors to keep him from leaving, but at the same time, he picked her. Her full crazy was probably hidden, but he picked her because he expected to be able to manipulate her.

    Same Here!

Danielle's relationship with Mo put her in the spotlight (well, of a cable reality show) and has gotten her attention on social media.  It has also provided an income from TLC that is probably more than she would have otherwise earned.  By continuing to pursue him and lament him, she stays somewhat in the limelight and it may potentially lead to other reality shows.  Yes, I think Danielle was infatuated with Mo, but I also think that she has realized that fame, attention, and paychecks have been the result of her relationship with him.  Therefore, I think that some of her desperation to keep tabs on him as well as continually find reasons to stay in his life are related to future employment opportunities and a level of fame as much as any feelings she still has for him.

Anybody know how this works, ie. How the Mo/Danni - TeeVee relationship started. Did Mo/Danni find TeeVee or did

TeeVee find them? Props to TeeVee for finding their "stars"!  Curious how the hunt goes down.

IMO he owes her half of what she had to pay to bring him here. Just my opinion

Agree.  For the record, not a Mo fan AT ALL.  Mo, pay her the $$$ and cut the last tie. She's going to stalk you anyway, but at least you'd have something for the cops to work with.

  8. Season 3 another Narcos Grand Slam!  Each episode was action packed, suspenseful, great stories, awesome character development and too short. Love how they inject the narrative facts for us. Such a difference in the sons - wanna be and successful lawyer. Season Three forum was not up when I started the first episode, so much happens in each episode that I'll need to re watch to comment. Finished watching entire season this afternoon. In a Narcos funk-tried not to binge watch, but couldn't stop myself.

Yes Tom is a big ole man whore.

The problem with Luann is that Tom never hid this side of himself from the JUMP.

He showed this side of himself to her when they met (wasn't he on a date?)

He showed this side of himself in the Lovely Regency Kiss photo.

He showed this side of himself having his hand on some woman's thigh on "the yacht"

Tom revealed his true self for the viewers to see, Luann spent a lot more time with him so I'm sure she saw more questionable behavior - and she still chose to marry him.

I still believe their divorce comes down to money. If Tom had true wealth - Luann would have stayed in the marriage. If Luann had true wealth - Tom wouldn't have filed for a divorce. They both got tired of trying to pass the bill across the table to each other - with no one having the funds to pay.

I'm with you KFB. I voted a money connection as the reason for the Big Slap.  Looking forward to watching her river dance.  She cannot say that Tom's ex-friends are the reason for the Big Slap, when she has said numerous times she's ok with his "friends".   But she'll have to.   She can't/won't come clean about any money angle to the "murrrage" .  Unless Andy turns into Diane Sawyer at Brynn's playground, this special will be a lot of the ex countess's blah blah blah.

I don't think Ramona was any more vicious or clueless than she's been in any other seasons although I've missed a few. The way she went after Bethenney didn't surprise me nor did her thoughtless trashing of Dorindas guest room or anything else she did including what I consider to be her constant lying. I don't believe she has lots of dates and I think she's lying about having guys give her oral sex then leaving. She said in a previous episode that she was the one giving the oral sex! She can't keep her stories straight. No man in his right mind is going to put up with her shit. She's pathological and always had been.

What I would like to see is someone finding her Achilles heel and grinding her down with no mercy whatsoever. Just take her down to the nub so she is forced to look at herself and start over from scratch. Only thing better than that is if she was fired.  Because as someone upstream observed, she always says she sees the error of her ways and then turns around and does all the selfish, bitchy mean girl stuff all over again.

My dream season would be a Ramona - Kelly Dodd Bravolebrity Death Match, (with regular visits from Shannon, Vickie, and Drunk Dorinda).  Like a verbal Survivor.

Okay, this lace up front/pirate shirt nonsense has got to stop.  Ramona had it going on several times in NYC, and I think both Kelly and Vicki had it in the OC, and maybe Lydia, but now Brianna....this is not a good look on anyone.  Speaking of fashion misses, what the hell is up with Kelly's love for tops that are just a shade off her skin tone, like the one at dinner with her husband?  Is she that much of an exhibitionist, that she wants to look naked all the time?  If so, she should nix the weird yarn loop sleeves.  Kelly's husband generally comes off like an asshole, but at this dinner, he seemed more even keeled than previously and she just seemed spoiling for a fight.

Did I hear Peggy's daughter correctly and that Peggy has a college degree in English?  Was that a joke?

Lydia's birthday of conspicuous consumption was just too much in "the lady doth protest too much" way.  No doubt those cars are leased or bought with her family's money, and same for the ever more Chanel jewelry.  Maybe, and I might be giving her too much credit here, Peggy's sly "we own all our cars" remark was really directed at Lydia.

I generally am neutral on Shannon, but she's the last person I'd ever expect to do well in the service industry of running a restaurant.  Maybe a concept restaurant where servers are supposed to be crazy rude and throw plates at people could work for her, but not a normal restaurant.

OMG really!  New Bravo show-Shannon reading her restaurant's Yelp reviews!

Both Luann and Tom said that there was no cheating during their marriage and I believe them, otherwise, there would have been photos/or some kind of proof of it. Yes, Luann is bad at cheating, she, like Tom aren't very good at covering their own tracks, which once again makes me believe that cheating wasn't the cause for their divorce.

My vote in the poll was and continues to be a $ angle to this wonderful shitshow. Some of her reactions truly seemed sincere, so maybe it started with $$ angle, and she allowed herself to get caught up in the fantasy. Wish I could fast forward......

Why didn't they add someone who was fun, SMART, accomplished and happy? Oh, yeah. She might be interesting, not attacking/cussing/mean and might be more popular with the viewers. Why in the world did Bravo think adding a woman with a cancer story was going to be interesting to us? Goodness gracious me. I just can't with this show anymore. I predict this is the last year. At least, I hope so.
